Great experience for the kiddos who have no chance to experience real snow! The snow slide is fun and the kiddos went for many rounds. Great playtime for kiddos to play snowballs, taking photos and enjoying the coldness. Miss out the cold chamber though, hope to experience the next time. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Great for those who never experience snow before.

Interesting experience playing at snow city. My son loves it very much. Counter staff was very cheerful, friendly and helpful ??.

Good family experience. the place was small but it was fun enough for one hour experience! not allowed to take photo inside the chamber =)

First time there. not bad experience..except the place is quite small and rundown.. not up to expectations. very cold, need to be well prepared.

A sure "MUST GO" for kids! Even for just 1hour, the kids really enjoyed taking the tube snow slide, play snow fight, doing snow angel.. Definitely will return again to try the bumper ride and snowball shooting.

staffs were very helpful and I enjoyed the whole experience. it was such a waste that I only knew the target shooting was down on the day I went for my planned visit. bt the target shooting were substituted for pants instead.

Awesome experience. It was very cold and sliding in snow was superb.

very easy to redeem and good for kids to experience snow. however not much social distancing during playtime just fyi.

Really fun experience with Snow City’s Close Quarter Battle. Only wish that it can be longer. Very worth it since it can be fully redeemable by Singapore Rediscover Vouchers.

Super cold inside although all geared up. A bit disappointed as we can't take photos with our own camera inside. The photos that they took cost too much. Snow city should be more flexible on allowing people to take their own photos. The place inside was rather small,nothin much to do after 1 hr.. Luckily didn't get the 2 hr package.

Not that much activity inside. We only did the slide twice and that was it. It wasn’t boring but it wasn’t that fun either. Kids would probably enjoy it than adults.

Ticket was very easy to redeem, used SGV vouchers too! It was a breeze and I highly recommend getting more than 1hour because of the queues etc.! And take the bumper car last bec. The queues are really long, enjoy the slides first!!! & prepare $1 coins for the lockers!! Come early too!:):)

EASY BOOKING WITH KLOOK FOR THE SG VOUCHER, DO NOTE U HAVE TO BOOK THE TIMING ON ANOTHER WEBSITE FOR THE SNOW CITY. ALTHOUGH SNOW CITY ITSELF IS RUN DOWN ALREADY BUT WE HAD ALOT OF FUN, WHEN WE GO THERE, THE BUMPER CAR WAS NOT OPERATING. THE CAFE FOOD WAS SUPPER EXPENSIVE. AND DO NOTE THAT UR NOT ALLOWED TO TAKE PHOTOS USING UR PHONE AS WELL, THEY WILL WANT YOU TO PURCHASE FROM THEM FOR $25/PER PC (PHOTO)

Place was really small - just 2 small play areas and 1 long slide - so 1 hour of snow play is more than enough. They've also increased the prices of the photos - $50 gets you only 3 prints and 3 softcopies. We got the photos as it was our first time there. My kids still had fun but it can be boring for adults. Bought using SRV so it wasn't so bad!

fun.easy to book.but place was slightly small.waited very long for the car. should do something about this.stood there too long.it.was very cold too.nothing much to do.should put more activities.eg: snow ski. ice skating...

Seamless redemption via Klook, remember to go to their Snow City website to reserve your slot before coming down. Lockers to deposit items require 2 x $1 coins, you can't bring your things inside the Snow Chamber. No photo/video taking inside the chamber allowed, but there are photographers inside - one printed photo with Snow City cover is $25, 3 for $50. You can also get access to the photos via the app/QR code on your wrist tag (given when you go in and all photos of yours will be tagged) but they're watermarked (as below). Great experience nonetheless, my 4.5yo and I had a lot of fun!

It’s fun to take your kids. But the jackets etc could be cleaner.... I mean... it’s covid time, so you should take extra precautious. But we bring our own anyways so it’s fine. We’re not allowed to take any pictures... but we took them anyway. How’re we going to leave review without pictures??? Haha

Went during the weekday and we had the whole place to ourselves! Staff were great and friendly with helping us take photos that we later purchased for $50 for 3 print outs and all the photos taken (so ask them to take as many as you like if you're going to buy the $50 picture package). The slide is the main attraction and really fun!

good experience, had the 1hr snow play & 2rounds of target shoooting, there was no one else, there were "bonus" rounds. Really a good one! enjoyed the day.

The whole facility is smaller than expected but the activities are fun. The staffs are also very friendly and helpful.

First time bringing my son to snow city very interesting for him as he gets to experience the cold very worth it. There's even a slope to ride down even a igloo too

Easy to purchase tickets and easy to redeem them at the spot! The target shooting was really fun as well as the snow slide! Redemption of rental boots and jacket was easy and fuzz free as well! Photography is not allowed inside the snow city though

It is small but fun. We were one of the fews to enter first, was able to enjoy before crowds started to pour in. The slide and bumper car were fun.

Nice activity with the family as its a way to experience snow in tropical Singapore. The slide and bumper car was fun, although the whole area is consider small.

We took the 1 hr snow play along with the winter target shooting and bumper car. Apparently, 1 hr is insufficient as there is a long queue for the bumper car and all the paid activities such as shooting and bumper car are to be consumed within the 1 Hr snowplay. if you are like me, purchased these two additional activities, I would suggest that you consider taking 2 Hrs snowplay.

The bumber cars was really fun, we enjoyed ourselves there. only issue is the waiting time to queue a bit long. ice sliding was fun too! Can play snow and take the merry go round horse riding. Photos taking service there was quite expensive. we bought 3 photos with hardcopy and softcopy at $50 as they do not allow you to bring in the handphone to take photos inside the place. overall quite a good experience for the children as they have not gone to snowing country before. Highly recommended.

The slides were fun but a bit cold and boot sizes are limited. Only 3 Bumper Cars were working, waited 45 mins for it.

Easy redemption but remember to book the time slot on snow city website. We managed to do 4 slide rides and crowd was ok on a sun morning... the initial queue was rather long at the counter though. Place was small but just nice for an hour play.

Nice place to go with family, kids have so much fun there, no issue to redeem the ticket on site, staffs are aware of it. Highly recommended

We had a good time at snow city. The big slide was fun. And the target practice was especially fun too. We enjoyed that the most. Hope they promote it better. And include in the packages Otherwise we found snow city to be very small and the bumper car kinda 'meh'. The entrance area was a little chaotic when we came as there was no one guiding us on where to go 1 hr is more than enough.
