When I got to the lounge I was told that the one that is on the profile picture is closed. I was disappointed because I wanted the view of the planes. This lounge didn't have a variety of alcohol only beer and I don't drink beer. The food wasn't so good,they need to add different dishes to their menu. The chairs were so uncomfortable? some people had to sleep on the floor. If I had known I wouldn't have paid for this lounge. I was so disappointed.

Plaza Premium lounge was very busy and we were redirected to the Thai lounge. Quiet and comfortable but limited food and drink.

I checked into the Plaza Premium lounge in HK (near gate 1). The food was very good and I was able to have a refreshing shower. It was a little busy, but as I was a solo traveller I found it easier to get a seat.

It's a very clean and beautiful space, with friendly staff. Food and drinks available 24/7, good value for your money and not crowded

Locating the lounge was fairly easy. Use of the voucher was hassle free.

I booked 6 hrs lounge, it's just too crowded so I did not stay for that long. 3 hrs is enough to eat and take a shower.

It was a good idea to buy a voucher of Hong Kokg Lounge, I could take a warm shower before my flight which made me feel clean and fresh! Also offered foods in Lounge were tasty and of a good variety. Recommended.

I bought a voucher in advance and was looking forward to a shower and some hot food. the shower was offered immediately upon arrival and was amazing,although you have to walk a fair way from the lounge in order to use the refressh facilities. on getting back to the lounge I was welcomed back and ushered into the lounge. I was a little disappointed by the small array of food on offer but it was tasty and there was a nice selection of drinks so took a little plate and settled in. nice view of planes taking off. it wasn't until I had 20 minutes left that I looked up and realised there was a hot food section around the corner from where I was sitting. as it was too late to check it out I stayed where I was. I think this would have been a 5 star experience had I been provided with the information and directions at the start, but it was still a nice place to be. I'd definitely do it again.

After a long day touring then an overnight flight to HK, to enter the calm quiet of the Lounge was welcome. Staff courteous and helpful

My flight was landed at 6 in the morning while my parents arrived at 2pm, so I decided to book this and wait for them in the airport. This lounge is located in the Terminal 1. It takes around 7-10 mins to walk from the Terminal 2 Arrival Hall. I checked in at 7.30am & checked out at 1.30pm. As others have mentioned, the lounge is quite small; however, it has everything that I needed. I could browse web & watch movies thanks to high speed wifi, eat, drink, charge my electronic devices, and take a shower. In terms of their food, there were not plenty choices, but I enjoyed them, especially the fish ball noodle soup and mushroom creamy soup.

Bought 3 vouchers for my family as we had a long layover in HK after arriving from Australia. We had a 5 hour layover before going to Vietnam and needed a place to shower, rest and eat. It was very easy to buy from Klook but the lounge only has 2 showers so there is a very long wait for the shower. Book the shower then grab your food. It took us over 45min before we had our showers. Recommend buying from Klook as its much cheaper

Was there on a long transit (9 hrs). Had a very nice relaxed stay at the Plaza premium Lounge. The receptionist was kind enough to upgrade me to a business lounge! Great facilities, service. Definitely recommended

The food is okay, which is delicious but there aren't many choices. However, the most impressive thing is the service from their staff. Just like staying in my own place.

Lounge was good and got me through the day. Food was ok; nothing spectacular but simple and nice. It can get busy but people constantly in and out so no big deal. Book your shower early to ensure you get your desired time. Overall a worthwhile experience when you have hours to kill and not interested in heading out of the airport.

I went to the west lounge. The service from staff was great and the food was decent, but the lounge was crowded with people even when I arrived at 11pm. I also took a shower but the shower room wasn’t in the lounge itself, so it wasn’t too convenient.

I stayed in the one near gate 40, it was a good experience over all. Just the only minor thing I wish them to improve would be the unclear signs for the shower service. It took me a while to find it. Would be perfect if the shower time can be over 30 mins.

This Lounge was great! The buffet was delicious and there was plenty of choice for our vegetarian friend. Staff were polite, efficient and kept the service area clean as well as all the tables/chairs spotless. Cozy, low lit, with comfy chairs, an ideal place to relax before a flight.

Easy to redeem, the lounge is super nice and comfy. Food was really good. You can use the bathroom, but it’s quite far you need to walk to the other side if the lounge. Overall worth the money.

One of the best Plaza Premium lounges with Asian food choices (Seafood noodles, chicken, salads, pastries), softdrinks, coffee, tea, bottled mineral water (to go). It's definitely worth it.
