Excellent service, decent sea view, staff was helpful and polite, approved my last minute request. Clean room, nice breakfast till 1030am, must try omelette.

Add on $450 to family room with children breakfast included. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The room is so tidy and you can see Victoria Harbour View though the window. Thanks hotel for the anniversary decorations, gift and greeting card. It's a good stay.

Super staycation

What a busy holiday ?Drink food and drink from start to finish... Adhering to the feeling of traveling, playing art jamming to experience the pseudo-temperament atmosphere, after dinner, go to the nearby Ji'an to feel the Japanese feel, devour it late at night, and go downstairs early IKEA feels the Nordic style, and spent a very busy two days and one night with friends ?? Fortunately, a late check out was arranged. Finally, I returned to the room to drink the red wine and left. It was very complete ??

Great experience to celebrate my friend birthday, the staff have nicely decorate the room and hand written and illustrated the card. Also enjoy the art jamming activities as well.

The in-room dining was served hot and quality of food was unexpectedly high! Staff were very helpful and responsive in general! The room was clean and spacious! Food option at the breakfast buffet session was satisfying as well! We enjoyed our stay a lot!

Worth going again

The package contains a lot of wild and chocolate hot pot tea set cocktail and dinner set. Dinner is room food, but it is wild food. It’s a delicious meringue soup! The breakfast is good! Convenient, there is an IKEA donki downstairs, it's like a trip to the left!

The room is clean and nice with seaview, the dinner was above average. Hotel offer macarons and card as birthday gift which is really sweet! Nice stay, definitely worth of money!

Had a really nice stay at Park Lane, the dinner in room was good as well

Spend a sweet Valentine's Day

The waiting time in line is acceptable, the staff is very kind, smiles are nice, gifts are thoughtful, and you can see some sea views. The only shortcoming is that the staff has arranged a quiet room, but the opposite room on the same floor and the isolated room on the left and right are so noisy. When people gather in the same room, laughter and the sound of opening and closing doors are quite affected.

Included tea time set, 3 courses dinner and buffet breakfast! In addition, gifts with chocolate and red wine. And we can enjoyed the art jamming. Hotel staffs were all very nice. Super great value for this staycation experience. Highly recommended.

Staffs are very friendly and helpful The important thing is food very delicious!! We eat all day after check in at 2, a tea set, cocktails time and then dinner time. Highly recommended to stay and I will come back for sure.

Fair. front desk & concierge staff are friendly and helpful. Check in at 14:00 and check out at 12:00. Tea was okay, I’m so down for the free flow drinks and sea view!

Beautifully furnished! Afternoon Treat is delicious! The staff who delivered the dinners worked quickly. Although Art Jamming has no tutor, the process is fun.

Professional service attitude!

The environment is comfortable! The food quality is so high! The hotel arranges painting activities to make lovers laugh at each other, which will definitely help the relationship warm up! The view on the 26th floor is pleasant, the sea view is refreshing, and the food can completely repair all kinds of injuries in the past! After the 26th floor film returns to Zhang Meizhao, my mother said that we have become very cultural! (<-This sentence is redundant!), but the scenery is really beautiful! The hotel very heartily sent red wine and chocolate to celebrate our meeting each other! No more harming others! Thumbs up! Holiday celebrations in the future will be considered as the first hotel!

Quality journey

The staff is very polite, the rooms are comfortable, the location is convenient and fast, and it is close to many shopping malls.

Park Lane service is impeccable, from the front desk, to the lounge and restaurant staff, they are professional, speak excellent english and very well mannered. They are delivering a very high standard of service to the p guests and I feel very well taken care of during my Staycation, the food at the lounge and restaurant are good. The highlight of my Staycation is definitely the 4-Course In Room Dinner, it's AMAAAAAZING, dinner was served in my room with the harbour view, on a nicely set up table, a bottle of red wine is complimentary for us to enjoy with our meal, the Seafood Chowder, Lobster Appetizer, Beef Cheek with Red Wine Sauce, Scallop with Black Truffle and Potatoes, and the Red Velvet Chocolate Mouse in Love Shape are soooooooo good, I enjoyed every moment dining in my room with my loved one. They even wrote a personalised card signed by the employee wishing us Happy Anniversary. I am beyond impressed by the amount of efforts they put in to make my experience unforgettable!!!

The package is worth for it. The arrangement for the whole stay was good and smooth. The brunch was nice as usual. The room was a bit old style but good enough for the hygiene.

Didnt get to join the class as they were too fully booked. The room was equipped with basic necessities, the lobby was modern and well renovated, the room seems a bit old fashioned but was neat and tidy. The staff members were polite and generally helpful.

Comfortable room, with Nespresso coffee machine. View is just so so. Surprised it comes with Yoga mat that i can do some exercise while gym is still closed.

The location is convenient. There were many people for lined-up of check-in, so they allowed us to leave our informations, then they called us to make a simple hotel check-in once room ready, we appreciated that arrangement. In the punch, there was not bad, there were some seafoods such as lobsters, long leg crabs and fresh sushi. In the other hand, it was too dark in the art jamming, l hope they can make lamp adjustment. For the breakfast, it can make more species would be more better. Overall, they were not bad.

Clean and spacious room. Loved the bathtub! Staff were friendly and helpful. There was a bit delay in check-in due to long queue during CNY holiday, but we were offered a late checkout :) Breakfast buffet was good but dinner was fair.

Three meals a day

The hotel service is good, the staff are courteous and helpful, they will take the initiative to call to confirm the time, and there is an email confirmation. The food quality is very good, and the breakfast buffet is a lot of choice. The tea + cocktail lasts for 2 minutes, enough to drink. Brunch is arranged in an outdoor location on the left. Looking at the Victoria Harbour is beautiful, but it's hot!

Valentine's Day

Whether it is the lobby receptionist, the catering staff, the staff are very polite, the food is also good, I will say it again, the only drawback is the buffet dinner due to the epidemic, I hope I can cooperate with you next time?

It was definitely a fantastic journey with Pullman Park Lane. Starting from check-in, the receptionist showed a warm welcome and very helpful! The room is very clean and got the premier view of Victoria Harbour. Happy Lunar New Year to everyone!

Planned to count down at Park Lane with bestie and upgraded to premium pullman room. I called to hotel before arrival for a birthday arrangement as a surprise to my friend. When we arrived, the room was with sea view and nicely decorated. Thanks Carol for pre-arrangement; my friend was very happy with the preparation, cards and treats. Also thanks the GR team including Sandy, Carol, Hilary, June, Jekaterina, Belle, Roger, Jack and Elise for writing the card. We had a very plesant stay and would definitely visit again :)

Excellent while at the check-in service. The room view is good as we enjoyed to see the Victoria Harbour, ICC building for New Year Eve count down. The breakfast was just ok as it was not the standard I visited before for business breakfast

Room is pretty nice and big, enough for 2 ~ 3 people, Tv is normal size(can be bigger, not smart tv, no Netflix), Bathroom is normal. Btw nice breakfast :D

The room service steak was excellent and reasonably priced. Unobstructed view over Victoria Park was superb. Nice breakfast served at Playt. Courteous staff. Efficient checking in and out.

-The staff are friendly and helpful. -The room is comfy and the harbour view is awesome. -Dish quality of In room dining is great, although dish selection is somehow limited. -Overall, a refreshing and pleasant staycation experience.

While the hotel facilities wasn't open due to COVID-19, it was a nice stay in at the hotel. There was an art-jamming class, you get a room and paint and canvas to create a painting. The room service was nice, and the dining credit was sufficient to cover both dinner and breakfast next day! One thing that could be improved was the direction of the room. The room is facing the buildings instead of the sea.
