The room is comfortable and clean, with an excellent harbour view. The staffs show well coming to the customers and are really helpful. The free flow of drinks in the lounge are so attractive and enjoyable. The dinner are delicious, and the food are well presented as well.

Smooth check-in process. Staff was nice and patient. Gym equipment was cleaned and sanitized every single time someone’s done with it. Room was nice and comfortable. Dinner at the Nicholini's was excellent. Staff was able to accommodate a bit of an emergency situation I had and made my dinner even more enjoyable. Breakfast buffet at the executive lounge was delicious! Their croissants fresh out of the oven came highly recommended.

Great choice for birthdays or other anniversaries

The service attitude of the hotel staff is good. The room is spacious, and you can see the sea view, right! In terms of food, I am also very satisfied. Zhong can check out until two o'clock in the afternoon, so we can have more time to visit the equipment in the hotel. Include breakfast, afternoon tea, cocktail party and dinner, about 3000 mosquitoes, come to play! It was a birthday celebration, and the hotel gave me a small chocolate cake. The only drawback is that the pillow is too soft. My wife and I are not used to it.

Service attitude is very good, very good experience

This time I booked the left sea view room. I saw that part of the view of the room was blocked by the sea view. The staff was very attentive and helped me change the higher floors. The entire room change procedure was completed within 1 hour, which was very fast. During the meal, the staff heard my opinion on one of the dishes, so they immediately stepped forward to understand, listened to my evaluation, and even asked if I washed it before cooking. Food may not be the best in many 5-star hotel restaurants, but it is truly a commendable thing to put customers first, caring about and satisfying the needs of customers.

Super service, including all staff, rooms are upgraded to high floors, excellent sea views, French restaurant food standard is also very good, it must be accompanied by three glasses of wine to add money, but it is also worth the money. The service makes you feel like a VIP, breakfast and afternoon tea are average but the service is still top-notch

A relaxing holiday

From check-in, check-in, meal, and check out, all the staff are very good, attentive, and feel at home. The dinner is good, but the portion is too small, but the restaurant staff is very polite and smiling. Makes people feel so happy

Great value for money

From the moment of check-in, I have felt the service experience of a five-star hotel. The room view faces the Victoria Harbour sea view, which is condescending and feels comfortable. From afternoon tea, cocktails, dinner to breakfast the next day. The food is rich. You can choose to eat in different places. Very worthy.

Grand and amazing room with nice harbour view. Very tidy and clean. Service was wonderful as well. The breakfast, tea and cocktail hours in executive lounge were enjoyable and delicious. However, the food in Nicholini’s was worse than I expected. I was quite shocked that the food quality there was not comparable to those in executive lounge.

The room is not too big, but you can see the sea view, but unfortunately the weather is not good, it's so beautiful. Afternoon tea and dinner are good. It is indeed a good choice at this price!

Excellent experience. Good value for money at discounted rate around $25xx. The room had such a wondeful view and it was so romantic to have in room dining with that view. Size and decor of the room was good too. The lounge was a bit crowded which does cause some concern about safety during pandemic time. But the food and drinks were good. Window seats were actually not that comfortable in the lounge but luckily we went early we were able to change to a more spacious spot in the corner. The buffet breakfast was fantastic with lots of choice. Staff were friendly and seemed to care about customer satisfaction. Overall a highly recommended experience.

Smooth check-in. Stayed at the very top floor with excellent harbour view. Fruit and chocolate awaited us. An extra bed for child was already set up. Housekeeping was upbeat and friendly, offering us tea and extra toiletries for children. Room was clean. Afternoon tea and cocktail were equally delightful in the executive lounge. It's a mini buffet with good selection. Nicolini's in-room dinner was excellent. We were so full that we had to pack the birthday cake home. Breakfast had a nice selection. The congee and cold muesli were especially good! Overall, a pleasant stay for birthday. Recommend! ??

My friend and I had a wonderful staycation experience at the Conrad HK. It took only 15 minutes to check in and it was a smooth one. The staff was very friendly and helpful. She offered to help my friend to join the “Hilton Honors”membership and explained what it is for. Also want to compliment that Conrad did a great job on the precautions of COVID-19. The staff explained there is a sealed by the room door which means the room has been cleaned and no one has been inside after cleaning. We had been given a room on the 58th floor, one floor below the Executive lounge with a spectacular harbor view. A Welcome Chinese tea has been delivered to the room to us. There is a special spiral staircase that is closed to our room which connect directly up to the Executive Lounge. We had afternoon tea and cocktail at the Executive Lounge. The afternoon tea set is alright. For cocktail, there is a nice selection of cold cuts, canapés, cheese and Chinese food available. There are also, white wine and sparkling wine for consumption. Due to COVID-19 regulation, dinner is served in our room. We have pre-selected the menu items from Nicholini’s. Appetizers, 2nd course and main dishes were delivered first. Honestly, 4 courses are very filling but we are very happy with the food. The Halibut and Angus beef are delicious. On a side note we did BYOC, c as in champagne. The menu did have wine pairing offer with additional charges. The desserts were delivered to us around 40 minutes later which was perfect timing. This morning we had breakfast at the Executive Lounge. Again there is a very good selection of western and Chinese food for guests to help themselves with. Warm croissants and congee are available as well. Overall we have enjoyed our stay. We would consider another staycation again and to be able to try the swimming pool when the COVID restriction is lifted.

Overall, we had a great stay at the Conrad. Our room had an amazing view of Victoria harbor. Because of Covid restrictions, we couldn't have our dinner in the restaurant so the staff suggested having our dinner in the room which was a great idea. The view in our room was phenomenal in the evening. We also enjoyed the breakfast and the service was brilliant. We didn't enjoy as much the afternoon tea and cocktails at the executive lounge because it's packed with guests and of course with restrictions, they cannot put more table so we sat at the boring table next to a family with a very loud and noisy ring tone. Luckily we had a very nice waiter a Filipino guy. He was amazing and served as well. The lounge at the hotel isn't very uninviting for people who wants to sit around and chill.

Went for a anniversary celebration, and the hotel prepared a bottle of prosecco for us, that’s great. Also a pair of bears surrounded by the rose petals, a little surprise! Overall the service and the foods were great!

We had a wonderful stay at Conrads for our anniversary celebration. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Food and service were great, staff also helped us to decorate with roses and bears. We would definitely like to be back some day.

Service was good. Didn’t wait for too long for check in. The room was both comfy and classic. Each room has a teddy bear and a rubber duck as a special gift, as well as a welcome drink and fruits. They even had a tv in the bathroom facing the bathtub. Very relaxing and enjoyable experience.

Amazing staycation experience! We were given a room on 58/F, which is just one floor lower than the executive lounge. The room view is excellent! The Italian dinner is wonderful with welcome drinks! Visit the executive lounge on time. Otherwise, you might have to wait for a while or choose to visit 7/F.

We loved it. Not crowded. Top floor nice view. Good service. Executive lounge is a good plus. Even though there aren’t many family or kids facilities, it is closed to Hong Kong Park and Pacific Place Mall so all good overall.

As a whole, the package was a deal! It included breakfast, access to the lounge and dinner. Dinner at the Nicholini's was great. Afternoon tea at the lounge was not as good as expected! Food/snacks were prepared and kept for a while before serving. Evening cocktails added extra thrill to the stay. Overall speaking, the package was a deal!

Good experience with nice staff and environment experience. The afternoon tea is great and refillable with tea coffee and food. The dinner in the Italian restaurant is normal which is a bit overpriced than they prcied. Ten breakfast buffet in the next day morning is awesome with great food variety and choice. Staff are helpful to help out for cleaning table and dishes.

The service was excellent. The people were helpful, considerate and polite. My requests were always fulfilled through out the journey. The waiter in Nicholini's was willing to explain the dishes to us and also gave appropriate suggestions. His attitude was respectful. The harbour view room was stunning, especially at the night time. There was a bluetooth speaker in the room, therefore, I could listen to the my own song list while enjoying the night view. The whole experience was great. The drink and beverage of afternoon tea and evening cocktail was unexpectedly fulfilling. The dinner at the Nicholini’s was high-quality and mouthwatering. The restaurant was classy and the atmosphere was relaxing. I highly recommend Conrad as the choice for staycation.

Seaview room at 53/F and have a stunning view to the Victoria Harbour and the Central. You can view the sunset. Afternoon tea at Garden Cafe with delicious tea set. Then free flow of snacks and wine at 58/F with an even more surprising and open seaview, you will definitely enjoy the evening with sunset, nights and the hassle of Central. You are almost full but have to continue at Basserie of the Eighth for a beautiful italian dinner. The BBQ lamb is excellent. Although the breakfast is if no surprise but it is in general acceptable. A very enjoyable and relaxing staycation experience.

excellent service! Once we got off the taxi hotel staff assist with our bags promptly, sprayed with disinfectant. ?????? staff offered to help with our bags in out room! Waited about 5mins for the checkin, after all the paper work, about 10mins later we got out keys and proceeded to our room. However our room was on the 45th floor which have 80% seaview blocked by the other building? Dinner at Nicollinis was excellent! We paid extra for the wine pairing and all three wines are fantastic! swimming pool is good too. What a nice Staycation experience:) xx

We have had a wonderful time at Conrad. The ordering process over Klook's APP was seamless and everything got confirmed within a couple of minutes. The package is value for money - we literally started eating nonstop from 3pm on the day we checked in till we checked out late afternoon the next day. The dinner at Nicholini's was the highlight of this package, which the dinner alone already worth over HKD1,700. Below are my experience with Conrad. Check In: - Early check-in at 11am was available versus the usual hotel check-in time in the afternoon, giving us more time to enjoy our stay. - We waited for around 15 minutes, which was longer than we expected but we fully understood the reason behind - Conrad made sure that each check-in counter was thoroughly disinfected before calling the next guest to do the check-in at the counter, given us the peace of mind and reassured their determination (rather than just advertised) to ensure that we all safe. - A Number Card was given to ensure that we were being served first-comes-first-serve. There was no need to fight to do the check in. The Room: - We were lucky to get upgraded to a high-floor. Very happy! - Honestly the hardware is a bit dated and needs massive renovation. But the service was impeccable that had compensated the shortfalls from the dated hardware. - All rooms had been disinfected with a seal at the door. Remote controls and other possible/frequent points of contact had already been disinfected and sealed. The Gym - Rather small but very clean. - There was an attendant keeping a close eyes on who used what equipment and immediate disinfected the equipment thoroughly after someone finished using it. The Dinner - We were given a window-side table overseeing the harbour with a bit of city view. - Food was wonderful and impeccable. - Service was great, attentive and friendly. Managers went around to greet the guests. Waiter and waitress were very polite, smart and easy going. Very good ambience! - Smart-casual was required at Nicholini's but a gentleman was allowed to wear shorts to the dinner which made us overdressed with our shirt and dress pants for the dinner. Recommend Klook to remind every guest the dress-code for the dinner and also Conrad to uphold this requirement. - Haven't been back to Nicholini's for over 10 years and again, it needs massive renovation even though an Italian restaurant doesn't have to be too modern and chic but some renovation to the hardware would be great. The Breakfast - Due to social distancing requirement, we had to wait for 20 minutes to get the table. Once again, this is the reality that we need to live with during this difficult time. But we were offered drinks while we were waiting and the waiter and waitress were very polite and apologetic. - Food selection could have been better and the selections were a bit limited for a 5 star hotel. But to our surprise, the breakfast provided in the executive lounge was just as good and the selection wasn't too bad. We had breakfast both downstairs and upstairs! The Executive Lounge - The package came with the privilege of accessing the Executive Lounge on the 59th floor. It has a full unblocked harbour view and it's good to chill at the lounge while the pool was closed due to social distancing. We spent most of the time in the lounge during our stay. It got quite busy during the afternoon tea time (3pm to 5pm) and cocktail (5pm to 7pm). - All the waiter and waitress were very friendly, nice and attentive. Impeccable service once again! The Afternoon Tea & Cocktail - The food was good and they kept feeding us during that 2 hours afternoon tea by refilling us with more sandwiches and snacks. Then at 5pm they fed us with more food such as hot dogs, nachos, Chinese dimsum and pastries and kept refilling us with more prosecco, tea and coffee!

Excellent staycation with very good services provided. A clean and photogenic room is served with a surprised cake for the birthday celebration of my boyfriend. As I have phoned to request a high floor with good sea view of the room, they have all met my requirements. The dinner was very good and romantic with a window seat view upon request. I especially loved the afternoon tea set in the executive lounge and the breakfast in the garden cafe. The staff in the breakfast area was very nice by letting us eat until 11:45 even they finished the breakfast section at 11:00 am

5 star staycation experience at Conrad Hotel. Very nice sea view & city view room come with welcome tea served, free chocolate and food plate. Nicholini's dinner, no matter the service or the food quality are all up to the standard and expectation. I enjoined it very much. In the Lounge, not just provided afternoon tea and happy hour drink and shack, the highest floor view become a great place to hangout. Highly recommended the Conrad package.

It was my birthday and they offer us a free upgrade and cake during dinner. The view of the room is amazing. Due to the dining restriction, we had our dinner in room instead. Great experience overall.

The hotel offers very good victoria harbour view for us at 59th floor. Very impressive. High tea and cocktail are high standard at executive floor. Dinner(lunch) at Nicholini are good. Place is nice for take picture.

Couldn’t be happier. We tried the Italian restaurant. The lamb was soooo goooood. The pasta was good too. There was so much to eat at the afternoon tea and evening cocktail. The wine selection was not bad at the VIP lounge. For this value, we gave two thumbs up!! Due to coronavirus, we had our dinner in our room.

Hospitality service offered by the hotel. The package is value for money and it’s good to have a relaxed staycation in hk. For the dinner at Brasserie, I at first wanna pick sea bass for main but only salmon was available. Slightly disappointed but overall it’s good.

Great location for a little getaway in the city. Good value for the money as there a lot food and drinks included and the staff are super forthcoming and friendly. One star deducted for atmosphere as the room felt a bit dated, especially the bathroom. would have expected a bit more from a 5* hotel executive room but the amazing view did make up for a lot of that. All in all congratulations to the Conrad team for creating such a nice experience!

The room is a bit tired and there is strange odor upon entering into the room. Other than that, everything (food, services and facilities) are excellent and superb and value for money. Ask for room at 40+/F for better view.
