One of the best views in town! Room is big and well designed. Food delivered to our room but we’ll done the food remained delicious and warm. Personalized service, well done the Upper House staff!!

It’s very comfortable. The big bathtub for a day is really comfortable to live in a immersion bath. Enjoy a day of buried breakfast and freezer for picnic drinks. There is also a movie ?? The service is good and will be brought by someone Check in check out the room on the floor, no need to wait soon ?

My husband and I had an excellent stay for our anniversary at The Upper House. Staff were lovely and welcoming, happy to help with anything we needed and made our stay very pleasant. The room was amazing and incredibly spacious, one of the biggest non-suite rooms I have ever seen. The bathroom was equally massive and the bathtub was lovely and deep, fitting my 6'4 husband comfortably. Views were incredible of course. Chromecast was handy for watching Netflix too. Only slight downside was the breakfast being a set instead of a buffet. It was yummy but it could have been more filling :) Overall an amazing stay and would definitely recommend and come back!

Emphasize the feeling of "home"

Adding $440 to upgrade the ocean view room bathroom and the room are absolutely worthwhile to see the ocean view. The sound equipment is very good, listening to songs and watching the show first-class. Bathroom ? Needless to say, just dip it a few times ?. The service of the hotel staff is very caring. After breakfast, I returned to the room and the pajamas were folded. It was a pleasant surprise! In the afternoon, a staff member rang the bell and asked if you need to add water. The service is really recommended to stay

Comfortable 24 hours

Very suitable for couples or couples. Continental breakfast is very good and the environment is elegant.

The room is really big and the bathtub is really stunning. Although check in time have a little bit delay, the hotel arrangement is good that they let me to wait and have a drink. The staffs are friendly and care about everything and every meal. So, it was a wonderful and enjoyable experience. Worth to have another stay!

Check-in and the overall service are good ?? Someone will bring you an introduction on the room. The design of the room is good, and it is easy to relax. It's a good price to stay at, and it's worth staying again.

Moreover, thanks for arranging the bathing duck and warm hand writing card for us. We are so delighted. For in room dining, we ordered one angus beef burger and one buttermilk chicken burger. Both of them were exceed our expectation. Amazing in room dining team. Room facilities perfectly enjoyable. House keeping team also providing timely assistance. Great job! For breakfast, we chose one pastry set and one western set. Service , taste and presentation were good. One feedback was the portion of breakfast slightly light. Thanks again Kay and the amazing team.

Nice stay with flexible check in hours which was good. We checked in around 5pm and stayed till 5pm the next day! Breakfast at cafe grey was very nice as well!

One of the best guest room that I've been and with a very luxury bath tub. All amenities are well prepared with free mini bar. In room dining tasted good but since there is no dining table or chairs we need to sit on the couch and use the low table for dinner. Professional and friendly staff throughout my stay. No breakfast buffet but there are many sets to choose from and tasted very good.

A place that you would feel like home! The credits definitely goes to the professional catering team. Upon check-in, the staff shows you all the way to your room and introduces each facility in detail. Highly appreciate the complimentary cake for our anniversary celebration. Mini bars and popcorns are also for free and you can just enjoy them with the great movies available. You could avoid the check-in/out crowds with the flexible hours. This is by far my best check-in experience without long queues!

Stay At upper house is a right choice of Celebration for boyfriend birthday . The meal is fantastic and the staff is caring and professional. We do enjoy the staycation at upper house.

The washroom is huge and occupies half of the room space. Mini bar is free as well.

Almost perfect for the stay. Bring your own pillow if you want a good sleep and if you want to catch the sun rise, better upgrade to a room with Seaview.

Really appreciate the flexibility of check-in/out time which makes it a true stayca experience. The staff are all professional and caring. Room is spacious especially the bathroom which takes up half of the total room size. We were offered two Complimentary cocktails at Cafe Gray at the evening, nice vibe there. A little less than my expectation was the breakfast, the look is tastier than the tastes. Oh, also the array of available blockbuster movies weren’t quite in syn with market trends. Having said that, I most surely would come back again in the future.
