Park Hotel Clarke Quay Staycation

My stay at the Park Hotel CQ was really nice. There are some hiccups during my check-in and the staff(Tarzin) was kind enough to make some arrangement. Breakfast was good. Room is a bit dusty, could be improved.

The hotel staff are rather friendly. The swimming pool is rather big and I find the amenities are there in place. The room I have booked is rather comfortable. the hotel provides quality body wash, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. The only slight drawback is that when I tried asking for extra tea bags to brew my cuppa, it took quite a long time for them to get back to me. Other than that, my stay was extremely pleasant.

Check in was a breeze as there was pre-booking. Was given a room on the 6th floor and the view is marvelous and unblocked. Breakfast was not buffet style and can only order one main from the menu but food was satisfactory. Utilized the $10 f&b voucher on cake of the day - mango cake. Hotel room and toilet are Spock and span. Room is too comfortable so did not leave it to try out the pool which has to be pre booked due to covid.

A pleasant staycation from start to finish. Chose a superior room and managed to arrange for one with a bathtub and even extended checkout time to 3 pm. The staff Tanzir was very friendly and helpful. He is clearly a people person who enjoys his job. We enjoyed our choice of breakfast. I had egg Benedict and hubby had pancakes. The hotel also provided a care package. Swimming pool was big and great for one to unwind.

Check in and check out was smooth and fast. Salad and the spanish octopus in Porta are nice, and . Toilet is small.

staffs were friendly and parents had an enjoyable experience. room is a little small but still comfortable just that bed is a little too soft as one side have kinda dent in. breakfast was great but they gave one wrong order

Hotel has a very nice pool, can swim in decent length of laps. Rooms are clean with good pillows. Service at porta is good. They have to be good, the hotel GM ask u thru numerous channels to rate them. ?.. But really well done, wil be back.

check in was fast and we had an early check in. friendly staffs. we were given a high level with a lovely river view. thou its an ala carte breakfast, food is nice

Overall, it was a pleasant stay! Our room is very clean as well as the T&B. Things look updated here, though I wish they installed a bidet. We requested connecting rooms and we got it. Evening cocktails at Porta was also nice, free flow alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks from 5.30-7.30pm. Canapes were also served though I think they can improve on this. I was expecting mini sandwiches but none was given. Our server was a lil busy with guests but still managed to serve us asap. I was looking forward for the Club Lounge experience but was told it's closed due to the pandemic. Maybe next time :) Pool size was adequate and there were less than 10pax during our slot so I felt safer in that. Breakfast is filling, it's not buffet, but free flow drinks. We enjoy our stay at Park Hotel for our 24th year anniversary, early check-in at 1pm, free parking subject to availability. Room is small but clean n nice. Swimming pool need to book slot online but easy n not crowded. Very near to MRT n Roberson Quay, breakfast was nice but not buffet style. Highly recommended n will come back again.

The customer service is great and they allowed early check in and late check out. They also offered a free room upgrade for us. Facilities are decent with gym and swimming pool. It’s well worth the money you paid for. Will go again.

Booked 2 superior rooms with breakfast & $10 F&B voucher. 5 mins walk from Fort Canning mrt exit A. Great that the hotel allowed us to combine both rooms F&B vouchers for our dine in meals at Porta restaurant. The handmade pizza was quite good. Set breakfast portion was quite small & doesn’t come with any toast. There is a small children pool & jacuzzi at pool area. Overall it was a pleasant staycation.

Booked a deluxe room for 2 using Singapore Rediscovers voucher and was given a room on the 6th floor. The hotel was in a nice location, central enough for accessibility but distant enough from the crowds - both the office and shopping crowds. Both the check in and out process was very efficient, easily within 5min each. Staying at the area is great for exploring Fort Canning Park and the Singapore River if it doesn’t rain but sadly it was raining for most of the day after checking in so we went to the gym. Gym was pretty small with safe measurement rules that other guests weren’t abiding to, that was just one uncomfortable downside for the whole stay. Used the $10 voucher for a Black Forest cake and had to top up slightly more than $3. As the rain subsided in the evening, managed to get a nice dinner at Clarke Quay, mini golf and pub hopping. Breakfast at Porta was nice with friendly staff serving us and a good range of options. However, only one main could be chosen unlike other buffet breakfasts. No complains though as the food was filling enough. Overall, it was a good stay and I would return again if travel is still affected by COVID-19.

Fantastic stay at Park Hotel Clarke Quay. Room was spacious (even though we booked a superior room), reasonably priced and clean. One of the hotel that I'll definitely come back to.

Staff were super friendly & accommodating, managed to get my friend and I on the same floor! The superior room was not too small, bed & toilet were very clean, super satisfied! The outdated look doesn’t bother me that much, bed v comfy too! Can’t wait to try out the gym and pool, looks super good!

Overall a nice small hotel. Hotel pretty new so furniture is new. Room a little small but I was upgraded to Deluxe Room so it came with a proper working desk which helps as I still need to work. Pool n gym quite standard. Hotel is surrounded by many food options and v close to Fort Canning Station.

booking was done smoothly! check in was fast too as there werent any crowd. staff was friendly and showed great service. room was clean and neat. view is great too. great amenities nearby as well. the pool was nice to hang out at as there wasnt any people but do call the reception as you have to book slots if there’s a crowd! :) oh and received a care pack in the room which consists of mask, sanitiser etc too which is a super nice gesture. really enjoyed the stay.

Excellent customer service (Nick), breezy check-in, and delicious food. Although the room has a dated look, the bed was comfortable and the shower has great water pressure and heats up fast. Highly recommend any of the Crystal Club rooms because of its lounge privileges. This is my second time staying at this hotel and I will definitely return. Breakfast at Porta was excellent as well! Also, thank you Nick for the surprise birthday cake!!!

Wonderful stay at executive suite. Bed and pillows are soft. Bathtub is just big enough. Evening cocktails is nice. Swimming pool is spacious.

It is value for money by booking hotel thru Klook as it has Valentine day promotion. The hotel kindly accept our request for early check-in at 1pm late check out at 12pm. It is also nearby Robertson Quay and Clark Quay which are great places for chilling out.

Pros: The hotel allowed early check-in and late check-out for my 2N stay. The pool was empty. Thanks to the Club lounge staff who sang birthday song and brought a small cake for my wife! Could be improved: Club lounge only open for evening cocktail (530pm to 730pm). Due to COVID-19, breakfast was ala-carte and only one portion allowed.

early check in at 1pm is allowed and late check out till 1pm. free upgrade as well. counter and room service was good and friendly. Good and nice stay cation:)

Good if you want a no frills stay at a slightly above budget pricing, to make the best out of your Singapore rediscovers vouchers. The room isn’t big, but isn’t that small either. But I must say it’s a pretty outdated hotel, the furnishings look old, the pool also looked worn out? HOWEVER, kudos to the cleaning staff, the room is very clean ???? Very good if you want a quiet space to be by yourself/with loved one. TV, although is rather small, has access to Netflix(just remember to logout)? Complimentary $10 voucher for each night stay, so we stayed 2nights, that was $20, so we had ala carte dinner on the first night at the restaurant Porta. Food was good, however we waited 30mins for the food ? myself I wouldn’t mind, but this put me in a predicament where my loved one who is on insulin slightly on edge. Overall still good and am happy with my stay. Thank you! ?

check in/out: hotel was accommodating allowing a 12noon check in and 1pm check out. room: 2 connecting room reconfig to 1 bedroom and 1 living room. room was refresh but still separate by 2 connecting door. facilities: pool and gym is available probably due to the low occupancy. pool is well maintained relative to my other staycation. club access: staff were attentive with cocktail menu provide but no canapes menu. selection was small. breakfast: one set/person. value: acceptable to my rate (

Easy check in and fuss free. Room was in good condition. Pool and Gym has to be booked during our stay for one hour each but nobody really uses it. We practically had the whole pool and gym to ourselves. Close proximity to Clarke Quay where drinks and food are a-plenty. Will come back for another time if given the chance.

Overall a pleasant stay and great service. Try to be early for your breakfast or you might have to queue for a long time as they have limited tables. Suggest the restaurant staffs to be more proactive and can save more waiting time. Breakfast was served hot and good during this pandemic period.

Warm and comfortable staycation. Lovely breakfast at Porta where we finally can sit together in a table for 8 on the first day of the relaxation of Covid measures. The delicious Egg Benedict is my breakfast option and although we have to maneuver around the COVID measures which is somewhat inconvenient at times, we still very much enjoyed our stay. ??

Used the Singaporediscover Voucher to book this hotel. Stayed for 2 nights. Book the deluxe room. Request for twin bed with pool view. The bed was of a super single size. Can fit 1 adult and 1 child (small build size). Room was small but cosy and clean. Request for Halal breakfast during check in. Very happy as i got all that i requested. Niway, for the Halal breakfast, it's take away and not dine in at the restaurant. So, you will have to go down to the restaurant to collect and bring it up to your room. Swimming pool need to book slot during check in. Free parking. But you need to get the free parking tickets from reception before you exit. Stayed for 2 nights and its a wonderful staycation experience for my kids as we cannot go overseas. Nearby is the Jubilee Park and Fort Canning Park. About 5mins walk.

Booked a club superior room but upgrade with hotel to a suite. Clean room with river view on the top floor. Check in at the crystal lounge was a breeze. Complimentary drinks and evening cocktails/alcoholic drinks and canapés is great value. Except for the breakfast which is a disappointment in terms of taste, variety and quantity, no other things worth complaining during my staycay at Park Hotel. Service from staff not bad. Area around hotel vicinity interesting to explore and lots of eateries. Given a care pack of 2 disposable masks and a small bottle of sanitiser.

Booked two Deluxe rooms for 2N staycation and celebrating my birthday with my family. Used Singapore Rediscovered Voucher to enjoy the discounted rate. Hotel location is very convenient as it near Clarke Quay with tons of restaurants and shopping mall nearby. Room is small but clean and comfortable.

had a very pleasant stay at park hotel! there was a slight queue for check-in at around 2+, but it moved quite fast. the staff were very friendly and accomodating and helped us change our room as we wanted a bathtub (not all rooms have it). the superior room is quite small, but everything was very neat and clean. however, we didn’t receive the care pack with masks and sanitiser mentioned in other reviews. the hotel is located really close to the mrt and is a short wak away from clarke quay! we had the pizza making activity, which was pretty underwhelming and honestly not quite worth the money. breakfast was good, although there was a queue to enter the restaurant. they allow you to order your breakfast the day before, and there were a variety of options for breakfast. checkout was very smooth and efficient! overall, i would recommend going to park hotel for a staycation :D

Check in: staff were prepared and present to manage the (actually inexistent) long check-in queue. Waiting time was about 20mins :) Room: room is small but cosy, clean and neat. Toilet came with bath tub, also in good condition. Breakfast: had to wait a while to enter at 830am, but queue was not too bad. It was much longer after we were done at about 9ish, but staff were constantly in action to manage guests inside and in the queue. Hash brown was really crispy and yummy! Overall a good and chill stay here.
