Very nice and spacious room, with balcony, quite, well located, nice view. Staff is nice as well. The breakfast is a joke though looks more like a quarantine center meal, than a hotel of this standin (plus it is served in a poor plastic tray). Best to go from June to October when the pool on the rooftop is open

My superior terrace room was very cozy and clean, the room scenery was spectacular in additional sunny weather during the day. It’s very relaxing staycation also for the wedding anniversary celebration, we wish to come back again and will choose other bigger premium room next time?

A very homey hotel. The scenery creates a remote island vibe in Japan. A lot of small boats around and next to a pier. 10 mins drive to the main street of Sai Kung. They have a set of Simens kitchenette including a microwave oven, electronic plated droves, and a slide to open range hood. When you open the curtains, you can enjoy the Seaview and it's really quiet at night. A really reasonable stay with a great view.

Nice experience. The hotel room is large with a great view. Besides, the breakfast is delicious. Apart from delivery, we can cook inside our room as there is a kitchen inside our room.

A nice hotel for staycation Spacious room with Superb view

We had a lovely stay in this hotel. We had a balcony and a kitchen in our room. The room is quite spacious with an open view. The kitchen is equipped with basic utensils, it's nice to have an option to cook since there aren't many restaurants in the area. The food came with the package was just average, it's just instant pasta and salmon and some cherry tomatoes and a small bottle of red wine, but the breakfast in the Japanese restaurant was really nice. Recommend to choose the Japanese breakfast. We didn't get to use the ferry tickets because the beach was closed down. The rooftop area is very nice to chill out, swimming pool is decent size. The gym however is very small. Overall we really enjoyed our stay at The Pier and would want to come back to stay again at some point.

The room with good view but just too close to the boat workshop. Food quality is good, quantity is enough for 2. Quite a relax day and enjoy the staycation.

It'll be better if The Pier could provide the 100% Seaview room. Now we only had the partial view. However, the services were absolutely perfect and the room was very cleaned. I'll definitely come back for staycation again!

The premium ocean front terrace room is really awesome! it’s spacious - particularly like the bathtub and the balcony! did have a feeling of staying out of Hong Kong :) the package included the semi-cooking food set - food were nicely favoured and easily made as well! Breakfast at the japanese restaurant was satisfying too! Staff here were very friendly and helpful as well! defo love to revisit soon!

The view is great. Atmosphere is nice at night on the roof top if you enjoy seaviews with music. Location is not bad around 5min by minivan to saikung city center.

Nice surroundings environments Room not as clean as last time I Stayed maybe more staycations lately. Cook set is good and easy to handle Kitchen utensils too limited for other cooking No furniture at balcony, just two chairs make it more comfortable Shuttle bus service should be more fluent between hotel and Sai Kung town Swimming pool is nice and clean but opening time too short ! At least 12 hours opening time is normal service for people come for vacation!

The hotel has an amazing location with stunning views. We paid extra to upgrade to the Premium Oceanview room and cant complain of the beautiful view we have. Nevertheless the package we ordered included dinner and breakfast which both disappointed. Dinner was late by over an hour which I could understand given there was heavy traffic on the road and the food came from the Sai Gung city center. The breakfast never arrived because the staff did not mark down our order properly, even though it was already in the package pre-ordered. We ended up having to eat out for both dinner and breakfast. The hotel made up for it by giving partial refund and an anytime check out which was reasonable and we are grateful.

Good vibe and the food package is alright! The view is stunning and so as the rooftop. Hopefully the pool will be re-opened soon.

The overall experience was good, spacious flat, friendly staff and nice view. The Trio beach and swimming pool were both closed the day we stayed in, understood this was government policies and hotel had no control over it but would appreciate if alternative arrangement could be provided. The cooking pack was very easy to handle even for beginners. The portion was ok for the two of us (ladies) but I believe it wouldn’t be enough for men or bigger eaters. Breakfast was not as good as expected, some food items were a bit cold when served (supposedly warm items). Convenient public parking lot just right outside the hotel which would be a plus for drivers. Overall a good staycation and would recommend friends to visit.

A very nice experience which gave me the feeling of being on vacation for a week end. Spacious room in a boutique sized hotel, very good location, convenient ferry arrangement and beach bag. The packed diner option was more than welcome in a context of dine-in restrictions due to Covid. I will go back again for sure.

Super nice! The room was huge. we upgraded the room to premium ocean front terrace, and the bathtub is located near the terrace. luckily we arrived before the implement of the ban, so we can swim in the swimming pool. the swimming pool is not that deep, it's just a metre deep, so it is very safe. the food was okay, very easy to cook, perfect for starters. awesome trip for couples! room facilities are up to standard and new, very state of the art, the TV is with smart TV function, including Netflix account as well.

Great location for relaxation. Just next to the pier and can visit Trip Bay by ferry with quite frequent schedule. The food package provided was so-so, the asparagus was not fresh. Staff were friendly. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it!

Got free upgraded to seaview room. Food was seasoned and could be easily cooked with oven. Great view, great hygiene, great vibe. Will come again if any chances.

staff are nice and the room is spacious. breakfast choice is limited but not bad in term of food quality. not much restaurant around so it is wise to provide a semi cookset.

Location: It’s in Pak Sha Wan right next to the pier, not near Sai Kung town Center, there is one in house restaurant, a local seafood restaurant (the best) next door and a western restaurant across the street and a local convenient store nearby. Very tranquil. Service: Average and a bit understaff but overall nice and attentive Room: Spacious but not luxury, plates in the kitchen were still dirty and some greasy, make sure you wash them first before use. The balcony was nice. Food: Breakfast included at the Japanese restaurant was reeeaaallly good, make sure you choose the Japanese option. Facilities: Rooftop pool is nice, not too big but the rooftop is very scenic for good picture taking. Gym is small. Extras: Kaito tickets were included to head to Trio beach, every 15 mins or so and for about 15 mins. Beach is not big but has good facilities.

There was not much choice for the breakfast. Room is clean, service is good & the sea view is amazing! The only problem is that the cooking pan has no cover with it!

I was surprised by the spacious room -the kitchen was a good size for cooking, bathroom was great, and the room is decorated beautifully and cozily. The amenities at the hotel was awesome too - we loved the pool!

Highly recommend this package! I booked two nights with boyfriend and we enjoyed it very much!With nice hotel, clean and comfortable room with balcony that can see the sea and food quality for both breakfast and dinner are good!! The swimming pool in the hotel is clean and nice too tho it’s not too big that might be a bit squeezed in the morning time. But the overall experience is good!

I booked the package that came with dinner, just needed to cook by yourself. But it was frozen salmon when we got it at 7pm...then we decided not to cook, just ate delivered food. Other than that, overall was pretty good.

Nice deal, the view was spectacular and the cooking package was very easy to handle.
