Got a better deal from Klook which offers instant confirmation compared to walk in kiosk purchase. Easy to redeem as we only need to show the qr to the PIC in the main kiosk in Bukit Bintang to get our tickets. The bus brings us to attractions that we know by name but have never been to - it’s indeed fascinating. The down side is during cmco the bus only operates from 11am - 4pm. Would recommend to call the office to get the correct opening time prior going for your trip to avoid waiting.

Amazing experience, nice view and it was a good ride. It is very easy and convenience to buy the and redeem the ticket with klook. It also can be used for 24 hour. Next time I will definitely repeat the ride together with my kids. Very recommended and worth it.??????

If you don't have much time to spare in the city, or if you're not sure where to start, I advise you to start with the hop on hop off bus. It has 2 routes that will take you all over town. From there you can choose which places you want to visit. Plus the ticket is valid for 24h. I bought it at 9am and it was valid till 1pm the following day. Great to get to the top of the KL tower hill without sweating.

Must try for first time visitors in KL. Redeeming the ticket was very easy.. Best to plan ahead which stops you'll be alighting at to make the most of the trip as the waiting time for the next bus takes around 30-40 mins.. If you plan to visit the mosque, check the schedule for non-muslim visitors, in case.. Overall, we enjoyed the whole trip. ?

Do this at 8am, you will need an entire day if you want to visit every stop, the tour assistants will give you information, make sure to listen to them. The crew are very accommodating and friendly. Have you walking legs ready for the journey❤️❤️

our experience of going on bus Hop On Hop Off is extraordinary. Our family can go around Kuala Lumpur all day. It does not take long to wait for the bus at each stop. My advice start from Bukit Bintang at 9 am to get around everything.

We redeemed the physical tocket at the kiosk of HOHO in Bukit Bintang in front of Sungei Wang Mall, the resdemption was fast and easy. There are garden route and city route. It took 2 hrs to finish all the designated points if you will not hop off.

This is the great way to see the beautiful city of kuala lumpur with 27 stops if you only have a short time. We enjoyed it so much. Would highly recommend this to anyone.

Good way to explore Malaysia when you have limited time. I like the city route better :) both route take 2 hours each so better start early and rest for while during lunch and do the bus tour in the afternoon. Operating hours is 9am to 6pm but last bus pick up is at 5pm.

easy to pick up ticket from the counter, easy to find the bus stops as they are very well signposted. most of the staff were friendly and helpful. live commentary was average, sometimes a little difficult to understand, but the routes were great. two routes, each takes around two hours without getting off. very convenient for getting around the city!

This is my second time to ride the hop-on hop-off bus (my 1st time was in 2017). While riding, there is an announcement where are we exactly and a little background of the place. We really enjoyed the tour especially you own your time how long you gonna stay in the place.

The trip was smooth, the waiting time for the next bus was very short. The staffs who guided us gave clear and precise instructions. As a person living in KL myself, i’ve never get to experience KL like this ever before. Bus was pretty good way to orientate ourselves in KL. We did the both routes to see we wanted to get off and then jumped on and off. Didn’t encounter any major traffic issues.

If you only have limited time in Malaysia, you should book this tour. The redemption of tickets is so easy. Just go to their counter in front of Sungei Wang Plaza and present your QR codes. They will give you physical tickets afterwards. Keep your tickets, cos you must present them to the drivers, when you hop on and off the bus. I suggest that you try City Route first before Garden Route, because most of the stores in Central Market, Petalling Street, and Kasturi Street open in the afternoon.

We took Garden road (green line). It was amazing trip. We could do sightseeing in short time. Audioguide is better when everyone have headphones. If you want to enjoy the trip on the top of the bus we should use sunscreen and wear hat to avoid sunburnt

We had a good experience riding the bus around Kuala Lumpur. We only bought the 24 hour pass because we had limited time there. One thing to note is that the advertised price is for Malaysian passport holders. The foreigner price is almost double, but still a good deal. There are 2 routes to ride. each route is roughly 2 hours if you dont hop off. This is for sure a good was to see the city and get a lay of the land.

I highly recommended this Pass. Get a 48 hours one unless you don't have the time. It pretty much brings you to all the tourist attraction in KL. There are other free city bus routes but this one is more comfortable and not crowded.

What a great way to see Kuala Lumpur! The hop-on hop-off bus is very convenient especially if travelling with seniors and small children. Every turn of the bus provides a different feel and vibe of the city. Attractions in both the red line (city route) and green line (garden route) can be completed within the day.

Has two routes - city route and garden route. Unfortunately we were not able to ride on the garden route since we got caught up at the KL tower stop and the bus only operates until 6pm. But the ticket is still valid the next day to complete ur 24 hr time.

The most easiest way to tour KL! Can hop off anytime if you want to explore a specific stop and can hop on anytime after. Will probably take a whole day to finish the whole route if you have a lot of stops to visit.

It was the best decision that we made to discover new side of KL. Great way to visit around tourist spots in KL. Hassle free to hop off to visit and take picture at every stop. However, we had to wait more 30 minutes to hop on back into the bus. It maybe due to the traffic congestion. Start early in the morning because it will be freaking hot in the afternoon. If possible avoid sitting on the seats opposite to the driving direction because it may cause dizziness. You can change from city route to garden route or vice versa at the first stop(Sungei Wang Plaza-landmark Nandos).

2 routes, garden and city route. Hop on and hop off at key locations in KL. Went on a weekend, bus was quite full. Overall pleasant experience. Spent 4 hours for both routes.

Should put more attractive City Route. Suggestion stop like Taman Tasik Titiwangsa, Balai Seni Lukis Negara, Kompleks Kraf Negara, Chow Kit Road & Sogo. Last bus from 1st stop (Sungei Wang @ Jumpa) is 5.00 pm. Too early, it should be 6pm. Suggest for someone who does not tolerate with sun to bring an umbrella or just sit at the aircond side.

Very recommended! Tour KL by Hop On Hop bus can save your money and energy. Just relax yourself at double decker bus and enjoy the scenery. Start early and can complete both lane(red and green).

I would give it 10 stars if I could! Best decision in buying this tour. 24 hr pass is sufficient. You can take the whole route and then repeat if you want to go down on some of the spots.
