Andaz Singapore Staycation

Managed to check-in slightly earlier than 3pm and was given a room at level 36. My hubby and I were here to celebrate our 2nd wedding anniversary but there were some hiccups during our stay. Firstly, we had problems connecting to the wifi in our room and had to call the operator twice before it got rectified. Secondly, the ceiling near the bathroom area had a small leakage and the staff came down and temporarily eased the leakage till we check-out the next day. On top of that, we are quite satisfied with our stay here as the room was surprisingly huge especially the bathroom area. Super love the bathtub and pretty mirrors in the bathroom. The breakfast was sumptious and we tried their in-room dining for our dinner. Dinner was average given that the price was on the higher side. One of the staff had also hand delivered to us a welcome card as well as a totebag. A pity that we were not able to visit the pool as the weather was not to our favour. Overall we had a pretty good experience at Andaz and would definitely be back in the near future.

i got myself the 36 hours stay package. checked in smoothly at 0900 and did express checked out at 2100 (next day). i got only praises for this hotel, from the friendly and ever so helpful staff, very clean room, yummylicious high tea on day of check in and hearty breakfast on day of check out. if there is anything to make this even more perfect than it already is, i wish there is a bathtub. hahaha.

We had an incredible experience staying at Andaz over the weekend for a birthday celebration. The service was excellent throughout. The service rendered by Gregoire (front desk) during check in was superb - knowing that it was a birthday staycation, he extended our check out time and even sent a small gift up to our room. The meals were good and the complimentary bar was wholesome. Good location and easy to move around. Only hiccup was when they sent the wrong breakfast set to my room, and took 30-40mins to replace it.

Excellent service. Staff called to check if breakfast was good and indeed it was beyond satisfactory. Room is clean and spacious with great views of Kallang to Marina Bay. Great location to explore Kampung Gelam area, Bugis area. Awesome amenities with a Nespresso machine, a Dyson hairdryer and wireless charger. Large bathroom with a walk-in closet. Residential suite comes with two toilets.

I had my stay there and was enjoying so much. Hotel was clean.. Good service by the front officers. Hotel looks newly renovated. I brought my baby and they gave me a free babg cot n baby shower gel set for my stay. They even gave us a free macarons for my kids birthday. Since my booking have 100dollars fnb voucher, they allow us to use it for in room dining as their restaurant are close due to the covid situation currently..we also have a free breakfast for 2..the pool also have a nice view. Thumbs up!

Stayed here from 12-13th Jun 21 during Phase 2 so no dining breakfast and Hi Tea at cafe. You can select either Asian, Western, Vegetarian or kids breakfast and Hi Tea no selection. They will bring all to your room. Room is spacious with good view at the bay. The glass are layered with small poka dots on the outside that will reduce the UV and heat from the sun but it will hinder you from taking nice photos of the bayview... The only thing I dun like about this hotel. Location wise is very convenient and near to bugis MRT, bugis junction and other good food around that area. Recommend to stay here when all activities can resume normally.

Wonderful stay for me and the kids! Check in was a let down as we queued for over an hour and the lobby was very small and congested. It was not the best experience. Luckily the bad vibes ends there. We were given a wonderful high floor room with amazing views. Room is spacious and has a nice connected walk in wardrobe. Service was great! You can use an app to get any housekeeping items you need and they did not take very long to deliver them. Food at Mr Stork was alright. View made up for it and money well spent. Breakfast was one of the best. The sets of breakfast came well presented and warm. They were also huge portions and delicious. Service was very good too. Valued for money stay!

Glad to have gotten this deal! The room was comfortable and all, just gutted that there isn't a bathtub available. Food was not too bad as well, wanted waffles but they weren't serving it that day, lucky people got it the day i checked in though haha! They missed out the dimsum but a quick call to guest services rectified it. Happy with the stay honestly! Front desk staff and service was great - couldn't ask for more. Thank you! (ok maybe the tub, i would've liked a tub (': hehe)

The room was spacious even though the view was lacking. The dinner at 665 Degrees Fahrenheit was pretty underwhelming especially when it is always fully booked and reservations need to be made way in advance. But the hotel's breakfast on the other hand, was amazing. Loved the night view at the pool!

Beautiful hotel and nice room. My reservation come with $100 F&B credit, free breakfast and free upgrade. Is a good deal. Best is that they do serve SHN guests which us guests felt more safe.

Great staycation with my hubby at Andaz hotel. Booked late checked in at 6pm and late checked out at 3pm. Was staying at level 34 with a nice scenery. Breakfast was served in room due to the covid 19 measure. The hotel is easily accessible to Mrt station. Will definitely come back for staycation again.

Enjoyed the ultimate pampering with this package. Andaz itself already enjoys an excellent reputation for its friendly staff members, chic rooms and breathtaking views. Throwing in a 36h stay with breakfast, tea and minibar makes it a no brainer. Check-in was fuss-free and kind Melissa quickly searched for a suitable room for me when I enquired for a certain room type. It was found and I fully enjoyed my preferred bed layout. Getting into the room at 9am means you can still think about what to have for lunch, either through in-room dining or a short run to the plethora of nearby malls. High Tea and breakfast came on time and offered an indulgent spread without compromising on flavour. You choose the breakfast timing so feel free to go for a morning swim or run before eating. Gym was closed due to 2HA but pool was of comfortable capacity. The hotel could not host guests at the Sunroom as well so they topped up the tea sachets and coffee capsules in the room. And one highlight for me is always the clear teapot and cup that gives that additional class to your hot tea. Finally, the 9pm checkout means NO MORE of that morning checkout rush. Finish a lazy breakfast, kick back and watch TV. One even gets to imbibe a second sunset, well enjoyed whether at the pool or in the room. Hope to be back again soon!

Its our second time staying at Andaz and we love it as much as our first! Even though our stay was during the heightened alert period, it was still enjoyable given that the room was really spacious and the table was big enough for two of us to dine comfortably with all the food laid out. Highly recommended!

Experience is amazing. Comfort and cleanliness, top notch. Breakfast in room, perfect for a staycay feels and at such a comfort of a bathrobe ? - Some accidents happened. 1. We have an accident that we lost our face masks somehow. So we called the Guests services to ask if they spare us a couple, at least we can get out of the room to check out. They called us back via the room’s phone, telling us they have sent someone to deliver it up. An hour later, no one came. I think that’s not nice after giving us a word that they are gonna do it but they didn’t, even though I know it’s my fault to misplace my spare masks in the first place. 2. Deliveries. I ordered in via Deliveroo for dinner so Deliveroo rider didn’t call ask requested upon delivery. That’s their fault. Our food was sent to the front desk and left sitting there. They didn’t call us, or send it to us. We ran down to check if it’s delivered, as the app stated. Our food was left there on the desk, no one attending to the food neither the food. It’s pretty upsetting, I must say. Overall maybe I expected too much. The stay is really amazing and will still come back again. These minor things didn’t ruin everything, just bits. Nothing is that perfect isn’t it!

An awesome 36 hours staycation package that no other hotels have. Room is clean and spacious. Facilities are well maintained. Breakfast & afternoon tea were equally adequate. Staffs are all attentive and welcoming. Will definitely stay again next time!

Great experience staying here! The 36h package with breakfast and tea is worth it. Service was great. When we requested something from housekeeping, we'd get it within 5 mins. Breakfast and tea was not bad. Laksa is delicious!

Overall experience was good. Staffs were friendly and nice. It is a pity dining in were not available at lounge and restaurants due to Phase 2(HA) Covid Measures. Definitely will be back again when dining in is made available again.

Amazing staycay for my hubby’s birthday! The hotel sent us a mini box of birthday macarons n a very tasty, light & fluffy beautifully glazed little Pandan birthday cake! Although we had to experience the stay through tightened Phase 2 (round 2) of Covid, it was still made memorable by the warmth & friendliness of the staff and the food (despite it being room service even from the few restaurants that offered a selection from their menu for In-Room Dining) was yummy!!! My black onyx steak from 665F was cooked to perfection of medium rare and hubby thoroughly enjoyed his lobster thermidor. The Caesar Salad was so balanced in its seasoning and very well mixed. And that breakfast Auntie’s laksa.... oooh lala spice me up so tasty!!! YUMMM....! Of course the SG vouchers & the hotel’s F&B credits for the package we bought made it all the more value for money - but that aside, it was a fabulous experience that I would want to return to. Thank you Staff Andaz SG for making these Covid times comfortable for us with your hospitality & good food when we do a staycay with u!!

The room are clean and the decor are modern and cosy. Stayed at level 33 and the view was wonderful, overlooking Marina Bay and Bugis. The staff are also friendly and helpful, we also got a complimentary cake for my husband bday.

One of the best hotel my family have stayed in! Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. was great, especially the Waffles. We utilised the $100 dining credit at one of their restaurant, and their food is delicious! It comes with complimentary mini bar too. We all enjoyed our stay there very much. We will come back again in the near future! Recommend Andaz Hotel to those who are looking for a staycation.

Best staycay experience we’ve ever had, service was amazing, room was spacious and comfy with a great view, dining credits were more than enough for a sumptuous meal, location is super accessible from the mrt too. Amazing stay! The staff gave us an option for late check out despite a PH the next day. Went there for a birthday staycation and the staff was came to the room to deliver the birthday card and macarons! I would definitely go back to Andaz again! Also use the $100 dining credit and the restaurant staff gave a surpise cake nearing to the end of the dining experience.

Booking was fuss free with klook! Did online check-in and was given an earlier slot at 9.30am to check in. Room was clean and cozy (I like the interior). Breakfast was good and we used the dining credits for our dinner at alley 25. Highly recommended!

Booked the Andaz Studio Suite (corner room). Spacious room & bathroom with great layout & decor! Was allocated a suite on the 32nd floor, which offers an unblocked view of the city landscape and also the Flyer/ MBS area. Was a very peaceful & relaxed stay, (won’t hear other room doors slamming). Pool booking was easy. Do check out the great view from from pool and Mr Stock on 39th floor (complimentary access to hotel guests). Good pool size for serious swimmers. Great location, with direct link to Bugis downtown line (exit F). Can explore the eateries at Tan Quee Lan street and Haji Lane. Lovely little touches include complimentary care packs with satin masks, sanitizers and wet wipes, with a personalised card. The stay also came with complimentary minibar and the option to have in room breakfast. Great breakfast choices to start the day! Some points to note: -Pillows provided are rather soft -Check in wait can be improved, though there’s express checkout which is convenient!

Great experience with Andaz Hotel. Booked the deluxe room, it has a chic and modern design, very convenient location as well. Check in took around 15 mins. It was a birthday staycation, hence I expected the hotel staff to send us a complimentary cake since it was the actual bday and it was in their system. Somehow I guessed they have overlooked it. Nonetheless, it was an awesome experience still. Came with all day free beverages at level 25. Do book an advance reservation if you are dining at Mr Stork at level 39, great view but limited choices for the mains.

I arrived earlier and the check-in queue wasn't long. I got the room on level 37 and the view from the window is nice. the room shape and setup is a bit different from normal hotel and I like it. the mini bar gave me a good surprise too with several different drinks and beers.

Satisfied with stay overall, really liked the modern feel of the hotel. Room didn’t have bose speaker but city view was good. The package with dining credits is value for money and breakfast spread was more than sufficient. A lamp in the room randomly flickered at times but not too big of an issue haha. Check in & out took about 10 & 15 mins, not too bad and service was alright.

Great service from hotel. very attentive staffs and always smiling. Got a complimentary upgrade for the room. Lunch at 665 was great and breakfast selection was good and portion was huge. Pool is a little small but still comfortable. Overall a great stay.

Really enjoyed my stay there - it’s a relatively new hotel and highly recommended for youngsters as the concept is very modern! The staff was also very accommodating to our late check out request and assisting us in getting a pool slot when someone cancelled, very good service! Food at the breakfast buffet was great too (loved the hash browns), overall good experience and would visit again!

Very nice and spacious Studio Suite located in the corner, allowing you to have a view of both the city and Marina Barrage area. They also gave a small complimentary goodies bag of snacks and drinks. I think the best was the in-room breakfast exclusive to the Suite rooms. We spent the morning to slowly consume the wide variety of food served to us.

Andaz is highly recommended for all! Great hotel n staff service, quick to respond to room requests and enquiries. Pleasant dining space with luxurious chilling spots. Ideal for family/friends/partner

Had booked the 36hrs package deal with Andaz via Klook and also applied the SG rediscovery voucher. Andaz was very accessible as it is situated right next to the Bugis DTL mrt stn. Was delighted with the room arrangement (deluxe rm-king bed) as was given a room on the high flr with a special layout and floor to ceiling window whr was able to view and snap a pic of the SG city skyline. Staff were friendly and helpful too. Had a complimentary drink (which didn't know beforehand) and also ordered some drinks and truffle fries at Mr Stork (rooftop 39 flr) and the view was excellent. The view from the swimming pool on the 25th flr was excellent too. Overall a pleasant and satisfied 36hrs stay with Andaz. Tq for the service provided. Stay safe & healthy!

A great experience and recommended staycay location! Stayed on 29-30 Apr. Didn’t managed to get late checkout due to the next day being a PH and full capacity but that was fine. The staff were really nice! From check-in to even getting into the lift to the room, the staff exuded politeness and initiative and great hospitality! Got the 12.12 deal which came with $100 F&B voucher and free room upgrade to Deluxe room. Vouchers can easily cover the dinner expense for 2 pax (meal and drinks), which we did at Mr Storks. However, do try to order other dishes as the Chef’s selection isn’t that worth (see pics attached). Breakfast on the other hand was excellent! They had a wide spread of food from western to local asian dishes. Makes the package really worth! Room was really comfortable and nice. Got the corner room which had a elongated floor area. Extra credit goes to Klook for allowing the change of date for the booking (which isn’t included in the terms) due to me falling sick ??

Had a wonderful stay at Andaz over the last weekend. Chose the late check in at 6pm and late check out at 3pm deal which proved to be the right choice, giving us ample time on the next day to chill. Furthermore there seems to be not much people doing check in at this hour, which helped save a lot of time. We used our credits at Mr Stork and Alley on 25. The view at Mr Stork was amazing. We booked the slot at 6.30pm which allowed us to witness both the sunset and Singapore city skyline at night. The food at Alley on 25 was ok but nothing too wow. Breakfast was good as well. We were there around 9am and it was fairly empty. However by the time we left (close to 10am), there was a long queue outside. So try to be early if you wanna avoid the queue. We also booked a pool session which offered similar amazing view atop 25th floors. Love the room at Andaz as everything was rather new and clean, with good views. Also love the sofa at the side which allowed us to chill and have drinks comfortably. Not to mention the handy charging points right beside the sofa.

Room was underwhelming for its price and the pool kinda fell below expectations too. Other than that, they had great service. Loved the scenic night views & chill vibes at Mr Stock. Dinner at Alley on 25 was average but the breakfast buffet was pretty impressive! Quite yummy imo. Overall, a lovely experience but just a tad bit pricey considering the room was the main thing we were paying for haha.

My 2nd booking with Klook for Andaz, this time for my parents and nephew. The young one enjoyed the big room, big window, big shower, big bed and the old school snacks from Sunroom. By the way he kept saying Hi to the 4 "uncles" on the opposite building (Park View square). The old couple spent their f&b voucher at 665 weekday lunch with one for one wine, overlooking ships on water. I think the entire trip is a well spent staycay with comfortable room and places to explore within and outside of the hotel. Booking was a breeze and reservation of facilities with Andaz was convenient too. Just felt that check in took abit more time but there's express check out. Will continue to recommend to others!

We had an awesome staycay at Andaz as usual. This was our 2nd time visit. Service was excellent, this time it took us around 20mins wait for check in, but other than this everything else is perfect. celebrated our anniversary there and received a cake from 665 and macaron from the hotel. ? thank you for making our stay exceptional!

I was staying at #34 with superb city view, I have visited #39 floor, Mr Stork, the evening panoramic view there was spectacular. I enjoy the swimming pool, good size for real swimming, at the same time, enjoy the nice view. What a holiday, I strongly recommend this hotel for a staycation.

My first family staycation and it was an enjoyable stay at Andaz! The infinity pool is nice with spectacular city view. When we were making our way out of the pool back to the hotel, one of the staff passed us an extra towel for our toddler to prevent him from catching a cold. This small gesture touched our hearts. We also enjoyed chilling at the sunroom with complimentary snacks and drinks. I booked the room that comes with $100 dining credits and we dine at alley on 25. Food is delicious and even my toddler enjoyed the meal. Even though there is no breakfast buffet due to covid but the breakfast menu still comes with many varieties for us to choose from. We can even order back as many times as we like. My favourite out of the menu was the Laksa! We also went to Mr stork at the top floor to seethe night lights and nice city view! This hotel is also accessible to bugis mrt and bugis junction! Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Andaz and will highly recommend this to our friends and family!

Highly recommend this hotel for a stay. Booked 3D2N for my hubby's birthday & our wedding anniversary. The stay was excellent , service superb everything abt thus hotel was just perfect. I managed to get reservations for 665 & Mr Stoke, since i had $200 credit totally worth it. The views from there, atmosphere & staff service are great! Pre-book swimming pool timing & Alley@25 High Tea goes off like hot cakes.

Staycation at Andaz is a wonderful experience. Easily accessible as it's near to bugis mrt station and sheltered walkway to the hotel. The room has a city view, big comfy king size bed, good in room amenities/toiletries and very comfy couch to sit back to relax. Visit to Mr Stork / observation deck at 39th floor for scenery and a swim or walk at 25th level Infinity pool is a must try. Love the varieties to select for breakfast and the free $100 F&B credits for dining in Andaz. Also, love the express check in & out and option to check in after 6pm and out the next day at 3pm . Staff are friendly and approachable. My second time here for staycation and this time with my mum and it didn't disappoint and we truly enjoyed the stay in Andaz. Thumbs up!

Booked this staycation package for my partner’s birthday and we enjoyed it thoroughly! We went to the hotel at 10.30am to leave our bags, where we waited for about 15 min due to the crowd on a PH but we were allowed early check in so that was really nice! However late check out was not allowed due to PH weekend. Room was clean and spacious. We enjoyed complimentary drinks at the sunroom, and also enjoyed using the pool (note that booking prior to arrival is necessary). Our package came with $100 f&b credit which we used at Alley on 25 for dinner (where we were served complimentary birthday cake!) as well as drinks at Mr Stork. Breakfast was also provided and we were very full from the spread. All in all a very enjoyable staycation!

Room's interior was perfect ?, requested for high floor and got a room with good view. Overall had a great stay, despite their F&B restaurant's standard being so-so. Highly recommended for young couples. Unfortunately, the staff didn't grant us a late check out, but in terms of comfort and relaxation, Andaz is a great choice to unwind.

The 36 hours package is such a great value! The hotel room is huge, we checked in early in the morning, zero queue and we got our room really promptly. The afternoon tea was pretty good and I must say a good selection for breakfast set. Scott, the pool attendant was really warm and caring. He constantly walked around to check on guest, volunteers to help us take photo, and even stop by just a small chats (you hardly find such staff with passion in hospitality anymore) Oh, minibar has 8 drinks, with compliments from the hotel. Nice! (Small gestures but great impact!)

Took the 36h staycation with SRV voucher. Overall experience was positive. Infinity pool had great views, gym was small but good enough. Breakfast was served instead of buffet due to Covid, choices are okay. The package also includes beverages at their sunroom, which has good vibes for chilling. Room and service of staff were good too. Would come back for another staycation in the future!
