The Fullerton Hotel Staycation

That’s a fantastic staycation at Fullerton! The Heritage room is so spacious and clean, my kids just jumped around. The MBS view too breathtakingly nice! Our first experience to dine in due to the heightened alert, but we love it too! Ordering was so convenient and the set up looked classy! The pool was warm and cozy… plus the complimentary late check out till 6pm, we enjoyed to the max!

An enjoyable staycation despite phase 2 heighten. In room dining and inroom breakfast was both good. The upgrade room was huge with a big yard. Can also visit the farm on level one. Kids enjoyed the koi fish feeding. Special thanks to Mr Roger who waited patiently for the kids while they are feeding the fishes.

Spacious room with seating area. Spacious toilet with bathtub. The window does not open and view the atrium only. But do not feel claustrophobic. Earring areas around hotel mostly closed during weekends.

Splendid stay, worth every dollar. The variety for the high tea could be more otherwise no complaints. Perfect hospitality and the staff were v helpful as well.

Had an amazing stay at the Fullerton two weeks ago. Service was excellent. Beautiful and clean hotel, with a rich heritage. Check-in was seamless and late check-out under the package was a lovely bonus too.

Our hotel is the best place that we have ever come over. We celebrated our wedding anniversary. The reception girl (I didn't ask her name) served us cheerfully and explained v clearly as she knew we are deaf couple which I had emailed earlier. We were assured we will be well taken care despite the heightening alert. They accessed to my request to knock the door (we have a special device that detect knocking) instead of ringing bell. To our relief, they did what we requested, don't have to worry over unable to hear the bell ringing. Our breakfast were served in bento and v filling to our stomaches. Our stay is comfortable and worry-free :) Definitely we would book this hotel again!!

Rumors and reviews from other people are true! Their hospitality is superb! We were supposed to join the Monument tour at that time but due to the recent regulations for Covid in the country, it was cancelled a few days before our booking date. Nevertheless, we went there early to have a good feel of our staycation early. Luckily we were fortunate enough to given an early check-in! Our booking consists an Afternoon tea, Evening Cocktail and Breakfast, each time! same great service. you don't even have to call and ask them, they will check on you, they have mastered that art. For summary, we really enjoyed our staycation. It highlights the quality and value for money. :)

We utilised the Singaporediscover vouchers for a stay at Fullerton Bay Hotel as well as to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We had a wonderful 2D1N staycay in a premier bay view room. The room was decorated with balloons and 2 Fullerton teddies! The balcony with 2 sun chairs were great to hang out. We even spotted 4 otters swimming at a distance away (their heads were bobbing up and down in the calm waters). There was also a Harmon Kardon bluetooth speaker in the room so you can stream your Spotify playlist. Small hiccup - the tablet in the room could not be charged so we could not order in-room dining via the tablet and instead used the good ol' telephone. The swimming pool at the rooftop was great for a swim and due to safe distancing measures, it was not crowded at all. There were also 2 jacuzzi pools if you just wanted to dip in the waters and enjoy a bubble massage. Loved breakfast very much! We enjoyed all the food we ordered - laksa, roti prata, waffles, seafood congee etc. Ordering was done via a site - simple and fuss-free. During our stay, there was a small hiccup but also made it a memorable staycay. We went out to the balcony at night to soak in the night views but the balcony door was faulty and we were locked out of our room. Fortunately, we had our phones with us and we gave reception a call. The duty manager dropped by swiftly to rescue us. All in all, this is one of the best staycays we've had since covid began - beautiful hotel, fantastic room, wonderful staff and sumptuous food!

Definitely a 5 star review for this 5 star hotel. Superb experience staying at the bay. Discounted rates for room top up which I’ve bought and committed. My wife had a wonderful stay at the private jacuzzi room, felt like a VIP throughout the experience!

It was memorable time spent at FBH on mother's day occasion with my baby and wife. It was to my surprise to see upgraded room to premium suit Ocean view. Although, because of new restrictions we just stayed inside room to avoid any mishappening, but we enjoyed the quality time in FBH what we were hoping for. Mostly, we order in room dining for Dinner, and Breakfast with some charges for room service which was acceptable. Food was presentable and taste at different level. Service provided by all staffs was at golden moment level. I remember all staffs name as they keep astonishing us. Well, would like to discover again the same feeling but in different time soon. Thanks to klook for their extended help on date changes and FBH to approve it within 3 days.

So so good!! Love it :) Staff were so friendly!! Enjoyed the 3D2N staycation so much. Could feel their effort in making their guests' experience awesome esp. the details in their rooms. Cant wait to be back!!

Wow I was very impressed by the service from Fullerton Hotel; very helpful and sincere staff. Our 2 nights stay was awesome! Totally enjoyed it. As I drink at least 2 litres a day, I requested for more water and they gladly sent to our room. Our bathtub took very long to drain the water down, the technician came up and settled immediately. We are so thankful to the team! Hope to come back again :)

Had an amazing stay at Fullerton Bay. The staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome from entering the hotel to checking out. Love the room and balcony, cosy feeling, and it's relaxing to look out at Singapore skyline. Want to have another stay there again.

Read many good reviews from Klook and finally decided to do our family first staycation at Fullerton hotel. Overall we are very happy and enjoyed the stay. Hotel staffs are very helpful and managed to arrange connecting room. The room is huge and have a very big bath room. The afternoon tea and evening cocktails are really worth it which included in the package. The food and drinks are refillable and nice. Basically you can have light lunch then enjoy the afternoon tea and evening cocktails can be your dinner. The next day breakfast is great too, each menu is a full set meal. We have tried mostly set breakfast, the Laksa very good must try.

BayView room scenery is the best. Breakfast is nice. Received complimentary bear for my kid. A bit disappointed did not receive birthday cake from the hotel when I informed the counter that the stay is to celebrate my kid's birthday.

This is such an excellent staycation. The room is big and there’s a bath tub and bidets in the toilet. Breakfast is inclusive in the package . The Ala Carte menu breakfast is free flow. You can order as much There’s a complimentary Fullerton bear for this package. The front office staff Nicholas is so good that he allow us to choose from the two available patterns that they have. The staffs are all so friendly and courteous to all customers. They are all well trained.

Paid extra to upgrade to their bay view jacuzzi room. The view is splendid and serviced rendered is excellent. And it’s totally worth it. Even had a butler to assist us ? Let the photos do the talking.

First time to FBH and it was a wonderful staycay! Kind hospitality and awesome service! They gave us complimentary macaroons! Room has beautiful views and bathtub! Package comes with dining credits and we used it at LaBrasserie, food was pretty good and love the collaboration tarts recommended by staff.

The room was spacious with a surprise birthday balloon tied on the pillow. Able to book the pool twice, once per day and enjoyed the view from pool area. Also topped up for their breakfast at first level. Food was just right. Had a great stay with Fullerton! Thank you for answering my special request too!

A relaxing staycation in this prestige hotel, fully packed with history and a feeling of traveling back in time! Pool is not very big, but comes with a great view on the river and the ACM building. We loved the in-room dining experience and the excellent and warm service of the stuff! Definitely recommended!

We enjoyed our stay very much. We love the ambience there. The service is excellent! The bedroom is very clean, nice and comfortable. We particularly like the toilet facility. Last but not least we love the hotel breakfast.

We were offered early check in at 9am, and got a free upgrade of rooms including requesting for connecting room. Really worth the price we paid for the room. It was huge and the view of Marina Bay Sands and the Singapore Flyer. My kids had free ice cream every lunch and dinner. They were given colouring sets for their time here as well. They have executive lunch during our stay which cost $28 which I feel is quite worth the price. One main course and an appetiser. Great place to relax.

The stay was excellent. I’ve booked for the straits club package with afternoon high tea and evening cocktails. The food and beverage were free flow and the food taste good. The staffs attitude is excellent . I would like to compliment Nicholas the front office staff that attended to my check in. He’s very detailed and attentive . He help to accommodate my two nights day under the same room although I had booked two different package and room type for two nights. He even direct us personally from the lift lobby to our room and explain clearly the room and regulations of the hotel. Thumb up for his excellent customer services.

Awesome experience at a good price. Great Service staff from Check-in to Straits Club to Gym & even at Check-out. The afternoon tea, evening cocktail with canapé & breakfast were wonderful. The only minus point is the small pool. It was so packed that we decided to give up the swim. Pls consider reducing the # of pax on each time slot with consideration of the pool size and the pandemic situation.

Reached 2pm and able to checkin immediately. Got upgraded to Heritage and Quay Room. Heritage Room is huge with an outdoor space for some sun. Quay Room got beautiful view of Singapore River. Full marks for cleaniness. No regrets to have chosen Fullerton Hotel for staycation!

The Fullerton Bay hotel, bay view room is simply fantastic with great bay view, it is also close to alot of amenities. Great breakfast spread and it is close to alot of local attractions within walking distance. The swimming pool has a stunning view as well, the gym although small but has a great view too when you are running on the treadmill.

Always wanted to stay at Fullerton hotel whenever i pass by. A hotel with one of the most history in Singapore and the most iconic looking structure. Upon arriving, was greeted warmly by the receptionist, got an early check in at 11 and manage to have late checkout at 2pm. Very good deal especially with afternoon tea, evening cocktail and chandon breakfast. Best of all, food items were free flow. The manager that serve us breakfast on 2nd of may was awesome and friendly. Customising our dishes to our liking and letting us try every bits of it. Swimming pool was small but view of the Singapore river was nice. The straits club courtyard room was okay, the bed seems to have some creaking sound which show it may be old. Overall a really comfortable stay. Will definitely be back again. Let’s help to boost our Singapore hotel industry as Covid-19 is a difficult time for all. Stay safe and enjoy.

The Premier Bay Room I booked was fantastic! The room is big, comfortable with view of the Marina. The sunrise view the next morning is also very nice! Breakfast have a good selection of east and west and the portion is just right. My package comes with a signature Fullerton bear as well which is cute. The late check out of 4pm is much appreciated. I love the main lobby which was the historical Clifford Pier/boarding area of the past. It is spacious, bright and luxurious. In all, the 1N stay I had here was great, looking forward to my next staycation here!

Very nice hotel and room. The staff are friendly and well organised, it's obvious that they noted my request and conveyed to the check in counter. Bath tub is the best so far. The $100 dining credit and pair of tickets to Garden by the Bay added points to the package. Bonus is the night views surrounding the hotel.

Love the wallpaper and overall look of the renovated room (do ask for a renovated room to avoid disappointment). Room is spacious with a huge bathtub to boot. Awesome service from all staff. High tea was meh, evening canapés was pretty decent, and breakfast was a delight.

Excellente throughout. Enchanting views of the Singapore River, wonderful staff who checks in from time to time, just in case you need anything. With a room like that, we stayed in the entire time & ordered in-room dining. Thank you for the pleasant stay!

5-star experience with fantastic service with this package. Doesn’t matter that it rained heavily on the second day but the room was very comfortable with a bathtub, in-room dining and afternoon tea. We had a really lovely stay, and will definitely stay again soon!

This deal deserves MORE than 5 stars. We had a GREAT weekend. Fullerton exceeded our expectations from the room, high tea, evening cocktail and breakfast. Plus, we were given a very late checkout of 6pm. We did not even asked for it! All the staffs were very warm, friendly, cheerful. Our requests and orders were quickly served. We will definitely come back. WE LOVE FULLERTON!!!

Bought the package from Klook and have a wonderful experience in fullerton hotel. All the staff very friendly and I like their bed and toilet ?. The breakfast provided is a la cart buffet. Their laksa and nasi lemak is very nice. Swimming pool have a nice view too. Spending 2day 1 night really worth the value. Fullerton hotel staff write the email and confirm my staycation date. Checked-in on a Friday. I requested for early check-in via email, they agreed to our request and let us check-in from 10am onwards. Super grateful. Of cos this is subjected to room availability so I guess checking-in on a weekday has a higher chance since lesser rooms are occupied. Afternoon tea & evening cocktail was super awesome, food was delicious and service was great. You can request for 2nd serving as it’s free flow! We loved the breakfast too, great variety and the portion was huge! Room was very clean, toilet spacious and the toilet bowl was the best thing ever, with seat warmer (like those Japanese toilets) and wash bidet. Overall I really felt this is a very good deal and we enjoyed ourselves very much :)

Very well organised hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Warm ambience with nice flowers decoration bring up the cleaniness and warm welcoming effect for visitors as well as those who stay in this hotel.

Beautiful stay at Fullerton Hotel. Attentive service and good breakfast. Lunch at the Courtyard cafe is regrettable though :( as we ordered the "Best bak chor mee' with overcooked pig liver, and Italian nasi lemak with pathetic bits of tasteless otak chips.

Such a great stay at the Fullerton. Great pkg deal on Klook too. Free upgrade to Heritage room ??. Staff at the Fullerton are all very nice and friendly. Special mention to the several Filipino staff at Town Restaurant who speak like they are singing with their friendly and polite voices ??? Had a great breakfast at the Town. I hope to come back for another staycation if there’s another good promotion and if my schedule allows it.

Comfortable stay and great customer service! Came here for a family birthday celebration, beds are comfy & we loved the arrangements - birthday cakes and the cute fullerton bear soft toy too! Staff from the town restaurant were very kind to take a group photo and printed it out for us as a momento :) Hotel stay comes with complimentary twg tea bags & nespresso coffee as well :) Package also came with complimentary tours which are eye-opening and very informative!! These include the maritime journey, monument and farm tours (have to book in advance and hotel staff will make the arrangements for you). Thank you Fullerton hotel team for the pleasant experience :)

Though I not able to book those restaurants via online mode, but eventually I can book via their dining agents which I’m glad they helped me booked and made my dining possible and made my stay memorable. Have enclosed nice photos from my Bay View Rooms and the nice breakfast that they kffered

Happy stay with Fullerton. Good view from the room. Staffs all very friendly. Love the bath tub . Regret not booking the swimming pool early for my last day, when I called that time , all slot fully booked . One thing not so great was my first night aircon feels warm, called staff to check , but only slightly better. So called again next day then ok. Overall is good.

Pleasant Staycation with great views. Staff are proffesional. All the benefits in Klook package are well received. Easy to get a slot for the pool booking as it is a small hotel with about only 100 rooms. Top up to upgrade to Bayview Corner room for better views.
