Fairmont Singapore Couple & Family Staycation

3rd time staycation at Fairmont hotel. Had an early check in at 11am and late check out at 1:30pm. We ordered dinner at the Prego restaurant. Food was yummy and the kids love playing at the pool. Will definitely come again.

Wonderful staycation at Fairmont n my kids said this is the best hotel they have ever stayed in! Bathtub with rain shower, delicious chocolate cake to celebrate his birthday, spacious room with a nice view of e MBS from the balcony! The service from the hotel staff is top-notch too. Will definitely be back for another staycation which is close to many shopping centres and eateries. :)

Had a 2 night stay in the Fairmont room. Room is spacious and had a good view. Thanks to Yukiko for the smooth check-in. Breakfast is ala carte with no ordering limit. Spent the 100 credits at Prego takeaway due to P2HA restrictions.

Room was surprisingly pretty spacious! we have a good view of the pool , flyers and esplanade at 17storey! they also gave me a complimentary bday cake for my celebration!

We can a great stay at Fairmont. We spent the food credit at Prego and had a nice dinner. Breakfast at Prego was delightful and quite a few choices for selection. We enjoyed the massage session. Staffs we encountered were friendly. Overall a great experience.

Check in process is fast and smooth. The room was awesome with a great view. It is spacious and clean. It was a nice gesture from the hotel for the complimentary cake for my husband's birthday and also a care kit during this covid period. Dinner buffet in Asian Market cafe the laska is a MUST try. Breakfast in Prego is delicious and alot of choice and can order a few times too.Will definitely come back again for another stay

Enjoyed the spa and massage. Food at Prego and Clove is good. Complimentary parking. Service is good and staff is helpful. Breakfast is limited to one main course. The mattress and pillows are too soft. And the shower water pressure is not high enough.

Pawcation was so much fun! We booked a 2 night stay at the signature king suite during the 1-1 deal together with our SRV! The room was awesome with great views from level 16! Complimentary cake for my fiancé’s bday. The room is also very spacious for our furkid to run around. We had breakfast and lunch using the in-room dining service and it was very convenient to order. However food was not super good and sadly no buffet breakfast due to covid. Breakfast comes with one main and a drink per person. Pawcation package includes bed, pee pads and two bowls for our furkid. Love the convenience of the hotel as it’s near parks and places to walk our dog! Overall a great experience and will definitely visit again!

Thanks to Fairmont Singapore. We spent a great 3D2N stay with our furkid! Room is big and clean! My furkid is so happy to run around the room and have a great play time with us. Kudos to the hotel staffs who made our stay up to another level. You guys did a good job despite during this covid period. Hotel provide pet bed, food & water bowl and 2 big pee pad. The pet bed is big and comfy! As our furkid with us so we can’t go down to Prego for our breakfast but the in room dining is taste great too. Definitely will come back again for other packages.

love the staycation superb service come with everything as describe in the package and even had a super early check in at 9am!! had a city view from my balcony, not as bad as other review of just a blocked view!

Room was huge as I had gotten the package under promotion period so room was the signature king suite with 2 balcony and a huge living room along with breakfast for 2. Room is spacious and clean and I throughly enjoyed my stay here very much and will be back again.

Booked 2 nights stay in King Suite with breakfast, $100 F&B credits & 2nd night 50% discount room. Fairmont allowed us early check in at 11am and late check out at 2pm and gave us complimentary parking with unlimited entries throughout our stay! Love the big room with balcony, big TV & automated curtains! Gym clothes & Sport shoes are provided for us. The gym is huge with 2 levels of equipments. There are 2 swimming pools to use: 1 for kids & the other for adults. Had dinner at Prego and the caramari and prawn pizza are nice! Breakfast is 1 time serving only, but the drinks are free flow. Ordered room service on 2nd night as we still have leftover dining credits. Overall a satisfying staycation with great service and we will definitely come back to Fairmont again!

We've got a night stay with breakfast and $100 F&B voucher to spend. The room was super big and even though we've got the double beds, the beds were big and spacious and have enough room to actually sleeps 2 persons on one bed. We decided to order room service for breakfast to use up our $100 F&B vouchers and ordered so much food but found out we still got $10 left when we checked out. Totally liked the location as it's just beside Raffles City and Cityhall mrt station which is very convenient. Highly recommended!

Had a great 3d2n staycay at Fairmont!! The service was top notch and the spa was superb!! Their staffs are helpful and friendly.. One of the con was the design of the sleepwear given as part of the Mumcation, it will be better if we have a choice to choose.. maybe just choose 1 out of 2 designs etc.. Another con was the view of my room (though I had requested for a better or pool view) - which was not very fantastic as there's a building right in front, blocking everything.. And I have to just keep the curtains closed all days & nights.. Guess the better rooms are at the South Tower which is being used for SHN now.. Definitely hope that there will be a better or same promotion next time when the tower is clean to be use..

Stayed with our furkid and highly recommend getting the signature suite for the added space. Bed was super comfortable but quite soft which some people may not like. Bathroom was a little small. Surprised there wasn’t a separate standing shower as some other reviewers had shared in their photos but I guess there are different configurations for the suites. As other reviewers shared if you mention you are celebrating a special occasion there will be a heavenly generous sized chocolate cake sent to the room. It was truly mouthwatering with an amazing chocolatey smell so do ask for it. The rooms seem to have very good noise insulation as we knew there was another furkid staying in the room next to us since we could hear slight barking while in the corridor but nothing while we were in the room. Breakfast at Prego was delicious unlike the offerings provided by other hotels during this covid period. Highly recommend the Asian selections! We tried the nasi lemak, claypot noodle, Mamak pharata & Middle East Fiesta platter. We spent our $50 dining credits on in room lunch one day and it was almost sufficient to cover the cost for a kway teow and laksa, both were tasty and satisfying.

To celebrate my husband’s birthday we booked a couple staycation that came with couple spa and $150 dining credit. The chocolate birthday cake given by the hotel was a surprise and nice gesture as most other hotel would just give a slice. I like how the hotel organises the room check and booking of facilities as they were very efficient. Room check in was super fast as we already pre fill questionnaire. Also ordered breakfast in advance and so the serving of food was really fast. I love the willow spa facility as it has jacuzzi, cold pool and whirlpool. I highly recommend this hotel if you love the spacious room, spa facility. Will return to this place again !

Fairmont room is big and spacious, check in is a breeze too with no queue at all and the front desk is flexible enough to let us use the same room as we booked 2 nights using 2 SRV vouchers. We enjoyed our dinner at Mikuni with the dining credit and restaurant took note and gave the birthday boy a nice dessert when I mentioned birthday celebrations in the restaurant reservation link, overall a nice and relaxing staycation

Late review here. I went on 18 Dec 2020 for 1 night day with 2 other friends. Check in was busy but the staff were patient when answering our questions and advicing us how to use the F&B credit at Antidote prior to having our room number. They even gave me a birthday slice of cake at the afternoon tea. Food was fantastic! The room was spacious and comfy. Booking for facilities and breakfast was difficult as it was fully booked even before i checked in. But after checking in, i called the hotline and they had a vacancy for the last slot if the day for pool and first slot for nect day for gym. Breakfast slot also cleared up via the online link that day. Overall, was a great stay but i would want to go back when it is less crowded.

The hotel is clean, and can I just say, the location is super good. You have raffles city just a few steps away from the hotel lobby. Chjmes by the side. The breakfast and dinner at prego is good too. One thing though is that our room faces the office building hence it is awkward to leave the curtain open throughout our stay. But we do get the view of CHJMES and the church. Good stay!!

I had to book two rooms because we had 5 pax. A tip is to email the hotel for any side requests regarding side to side rooming. I didn’t. So my kids and I were travelling up and down the corridor to meet up. We had a great time at the hotel. The room are clean and huge. The check in was smooth and fast. My Miffy deco were not there when we came but a quick call to the housekeeping settled everything. We loved the Easter treat which consist of one macaron and chocolates. Breakfast at Prego was great. The city view was awesome. We had a lot of nice photos taken. Thanks Klook for such a great deal.

The signature king suite that we got was very spacious. It was very comfortable for in-room dinning. We also make use of the F&E credit for our lunch at Mikuni Japanese Restaurant, the food there is excellent.

Had a great 2 nights stay at Fairmont. The room was spacious, with a clean balcony for fresh air, nice pool view. Bed was a little soft but was still comfortable, tv comes with many channels for variety. The package is very worth it as it comes with dining credits as well.

First time here in Fairmont overall stay was splendid. Plus, i get to choose Halal in-room dining & breakfast in which not many hotels here in Singapore offers that. Room was spacious, got a rollaway extra bed for my son. Room is clean but the view they gave was crappy though coz its at level 7. But overall, it was a nice staycation for us.

Spacious and comfortable room. Room is well equipped with the necessities. The only downside was that breakfast and pool usage was full even before I checked in to hotel. The good thing was that the hotel allows room service for the complimentary breakfast. Used the $100 food voucher at Mitsu. Food is good but not value for money.

Did online check in prior to physical collection of room cards. Q was not long on check in day and front desk staff was patient with requests and clarifications. Room was fantastic and spacious and comes with bathtub. Breakfast for Halal option can be ordered from in room dining service - food always came on time and fresh and warm. Refill of mineral water was made available for guests and room services were prompt with request. Dinner at Asian Market Cafe was yummy and the durian pudding is a hot fav amongst the family. Will stay here for staycation again as accessible to many attractions!

Fuss and hassle free booking via klooks. Immediate confirmation and booking of all facilities were a breeze. We were able to check-in much earlier than expected and the room was very clean. Hotel still provided a small cake for us. Had a spa treatment as part of the package and we enjoyed it. Swimming pool wasnt crowded and the dinner we had beside the pool was great. Service was great too. The service manager still volunteer to help us take photos that various hot spots for us to keep as memories. Following morning had breakfast at level 1 and the tasted fantastic too. Checked out at 12 noon happily. If this package was still available, i will most likely to revisit it again. Thanks Fairmont.

The staff took the effort and initiative to contact me for an earlier check in from 8-11am to avoid the long queue. Package is supposed to come at only multiple carpark entries on day 1 but they has kindly given me the multiple entries for 3d. Very convenient location to travel anywhere in town. Only thing was if only the miffy product is still available. Just check the web and saw miffy package available again for Apr stay.

2nd time here and still thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! We went to the esplanade park, national museum and enjoyed the awesome night view. It’s awesome that all these are within walking distance. We also had a good meal at Prego with the $100 dining credits.

Enjoy their massage and spa facilities a lot. The jaccuzi and whirlpool are well maintained. Check in and check out is very fast. Even offer early check in and late checkout. Spacious rooms and comfortable double beds. No bathtub though. Wonderful night scenery and excellent service from hotel reservations, reception and prego. Will definitely return for another staycation.

Fuss free check in, requested for a room on high level and its a birthday staycation we received a complimentary cake upon check in. The room is also big and spacious. Dining credits is enough for two meals. We ordered in room dining and our dinner at Prego. Overall its a great experience at Fairmont!

Booked Signature king suite for my sister birthday, the hotel provided complimentary cake and rollaway bed and breakfast for my mum. The room reservation team are helpful and prompt in reply. The hotel staff are friendly and professional. The room is spacious and clean with two city nice view balcony, separate longue with smart tv and bathtub. Room service team and dinning reservation service is fast. Will definitely consider Fairmont Singapore on my next staycation.

A good break before CNY long weekend. The room was spacious; there was a separate living area for family fellowship. And the room had a 180 deg city view, looking out from the balcony was relaxing. Dining experience @Clove and @Prego was good.

A Highly recommended hotel for staycation and holding of special events. Staff were kind and made my stay very personalised i.e. called you by surname whenever we called for room service, TV had your name etc. Swimming pool was also very clean and booking was hassle free. Waited for a while for breakfast at Pegro due to long queues but it was definitely worth the wait as the buffet ala carte was very very scrumptious. Will return for another staycay !!

Impeccable services! Check in & out was a breeze. Big room with nice view & extra beds on request. Complimentary parking was useful too. Booked dinner at Prego to use the F&B credits. Went swimming which is advice to book at few days before check in with the spa reception. Delicious Breakfast at Prego! Wonderful Staycation would visit again.

It was a good experience, availed of 2N3D with 100 food voucher. Everybody was very pleasant from front desk to customer service and Prego and The Eight staff. We celebrated my son’s bday and enjoyed every moment in Fairmont, can’t wait to book another time.

Awesome stay in overall. Service was excellent /!; the room was clean. One downside is that we have to queue for at least 30 minutes while waiting to checkin even we have done the checkin online. Other than that, will recommend people to stay.

We booked an overnight stay at Fairmont hotel to celebrate my husband’s birthday and we had a great time. All the staffs were all super friendly and accomodating. I requested few things including early checkin, late check out, changing our pool timing and they were able to accomodate all of it without any hassle :). We did the pre booking 2 days before our check in so we did our check in it was very fast and smooth, i think only took us 5mins and we had our key card already :) We were also given a birthday cake for my husband. We were able to use our $100 dining credits at Prego and all the staffs at Prego were very friendly. They also given my husband a birthday cake as well. Breakfast at Prego is superb as well :). The staff at the pool Mr. Jose was very kind and helpful, we were still allowed to use the pool eventhough we exceeded our timing as there is not much people in the swimming pool. Mr. Jose even gave a free chips for the kids and a ball to play at the pool, we thought that was super cool! The kids super love our stay at Fairmont Hotel especially the swimming time :) Overall, it was a super great stay and Thank you again and i think we will back here again :)

Checking in was seamless even though I had issues with the 48hrs prior pre-registration. Overall, it was a pleasant stay except for the last night where we had an unwelcome guest in the room (if you know what I mean) and was later upgraded to the signature room due to the incident. Housekeeping I feel was a bit slow but service rendered when requested. Sadly, some of the miffy items I got was not what I wanted (and I read some reviews here that they were allowed to exchange) but I had a housekeeping personnel on the phone that was not exactly customer service oriented. Food at prego was okie, do note it’s not a buffet style but 1 set meal per person. Oh yes, room make up is by request only due to pandemic. Even though there were minor hiccups, I would go back for another staycation!

It was a great stay @ Fairmont. Complimentary 1st night breakfast for 2. We used $100 F&B credits for the following day breakfast. Even got complimentary parking for our 2 nights stay. Truly enjoyed our stay & will be back again in March 2021.

Awesome experience with Fairmont.. Online check-in prior to staycation saves so much hassle.. The room is well sanitized and clean.. We were even provided complimentary chocolate Mousse cake upon check - in.. The only downside is that miffy is only available at 5pm.. And the queue is very long at Prego even after we made our reservation online one day earlier. Breakfast selection is OK, could be in smaller portions and more variety.. But overall still a good experience for our staycation,we enjoyed our stay and roaming around the hotel as the hotel is in superb location for shopping!

Check-in took a while coz there isn’t a separate queue for those who did the pre checkin. Fortunately we were led to a less crowded checkin desk after 35mins of waiting. Obtained the keys in less than 10mins. Room is clean comfy and we got a great view of Marina Bay. We didn’t get the room cleaned during stay to minimise contact. Buffet at AMC was ok but service was excellent. Felt a bit of wastage as we didn’t like some of the food that was served up in table. Expected coz we can’t go up to the buffet counters anymore. Breakfast at Prego is just ok. Got into restaurant coz we pre booked way ahead. Thanks for the birthday cake too.

It was a great staycation. check in was relatively fast and we didn't have to wait till 3pm. Breakfast was at Prego and we pre ordered the food so serving came fast. When asked for additional serving of food, it was efficient too. Service was excellent and we could try out the swimming pool though instructions were unclear about where to head to in order to access it but problem solved after calling the operator. Checkout was also smooth and no waiting required. Would love to come back again!

Fuss free to redeem, Fairmont sent email for pre check in 2 days before actual check in date. Can book for slot for pool after pre check in. In room dining taste so so to us, Prego taste much nicer. Only complaint is bed & pillow too soft to us.

Wonderful experience! High floor, great view, prompt service. Dining voucher was great for the family. We left a charger in the room, Lost and Found was very understanding and attended to us swiftly. Will highly recommend Fairmont.

Got this staycation at a very good deal during the 11.11 sale. Stayed with my family 2A & 2C. Pre check-in was done but there was still a queue as it was during Christmas week. Was expecting double beds but got a king size bed with an extra single bed provided. I asked the check-in staff if there were double beds available n she told me that there were families checking in as well and I'm not the only one. She will arrange for an extra bed to be sent up later. When I asked if the king size bed was bigger than the usual king size, she said of course very confidently but it turned out to be a normal king which was quite a squeeze for 2A n 1C. The kids were also disappointed that our room did not come with a bath tub. Booking slots for the pool tend to go off very quickly so remember to book your slot once you receive the email. The same goes for dining reservations if you are looking to book for breakfast or use your dining vouchers at Prego. Breakfast was good at Prego, which we pre-booked our food the day before and so was our dinner. The smart TV in the room was a good feature as you can connect your phone to the TV and watch your shows on it. Overall an okay stay for us.

Had some issues with booking this miffy package initially but klook very promptly settled a change of date for me. Lobby was packed at check-in time & we needed to wait despite having completed mobile check-in 48hrs before. But room was clean & we had a great staycay with miffy, which housekeeping brought in & setup at ard 5pm.

Our stay was from 22-24 Dec. Many great things to say about fairmont: fast check-in despite the long queues. And theres almost no queue aft 4pm (but it could be because its a weekday). For mobile check-in, please look out for the email two days before your check-in date. Even faster check-out. We just had to pass the keys and they told us they would deduct/bill us separately. All the staff were polite, friendly, efficient and quite quick-witted. very clean room (my husband had dust allergy so we need the bed to be dust free and they did do a thorough cleaning; not all the hotels could do that) Very comfortable bed and room; very conducive for sleeping even for people like me who don’t fall asleep easily anywhere. Large shower area All the basic stuff (eg towels, shampoos, hairdryer, kettle, coffee machines are there) Relatively good view Sgd100 Dining credits (just have to ask restaurant to bill to room) Sgd50 hotel vouchers for next time stay (valid for 3 months) Cons: not many - the fridge space is very limited; only the bottom small space is reserved for personal items. Otherwise, you will be charged - not sound proof. I can hear people going in and out of their rooms especially when they are talking - only two seats (probably due to social distancing policy) at the lobby for people to wait so people have to stand around waiting for their rooms. They did try to be flexible so that we don’t wait for too long or find another area to wait.

Pre-arrival registration is a big plus as it resulted in a smooth check in. We took Signature King Suite and it didn't disappoint as the hotel provided an extra bed so all of us can sleep comfortably. Their customer service was excellent in sorting out the hiccups in our friends' booking. Breakfast in Prego was delicious. The kids loved their pancakes. We used the voucher for lunch at Clove and it was nice too even though the brioche bread and the beef patty could still be improved. The dessert was yummy though. All in all this package is definitely worth the price.

Check-in and Check-out is a breeze process ? Room is good and clean, plus minimal accessories. Love the 'Miffy' staycation although we don't get what we'd hoped to have. They are really willing to let us visit the swimming pool since the slots are full. We only take photos in 10mins, not really into swimming :) Breakfast @ Pregro is not bad, we love fruits bar - can mix juices we want ♡
