InterContinental Singapore Staycation

Check in time was really long, waited approximately around 1hour plus.The lobby was pretty warm however the staffs were doing their best to expedite it by opening more counters. Breakfast was good! The room that we stayed in was really clean!

Our stay was affected when the phase 2 was announced, although we can cancel or postponed but we continued to stay, and we did not regret it. This is because all of the staffs there were very attentive and always ask us if we need any assistance. The first night we still able to dine in their club lounge and the service were fantastic! The staffs will ensure that our food and drinks are adequate and will keep asking if we wanted any refills (perks of club access ;p) 2nd day onwards, which is the start of phase 2, gym and dine-in were closed. So I went to run around the vicinity and I managed to catch otthers having their breakfast and sunbathing along the marina bay and I enjoyed the Merlion view while running. Our food was also served to our room, blessing in disguise, we felt like we are really the vips as the staffs allowed us to order additional food prior, to ensure our needs are fulfilled. We also dine comfortably in our room with tv adjustable to our view (like a vip!) Overall, the staffs there are great and friendly, 5 star services, 5 star hotel indeed! Will stay again definitely!

We enjoyed our 1-night stay celebrating our 28th anniversary and my husband birthday. Check-in was smooth and they manage to offer early check-in and late check-out which we really appreciate it. We took the Splendid April Sale package which include breakfast, afternoon tea and evening Cocktails & Canapes. We enjoy the free flow of delicious food & drinks at the Club lounge tastefully decorated in Peranakan ambience. Thanks for the lovely treats for birthday & anniversary surprises delivery to our room. Very convenient location attached to Bugis junction mall. Overall, we enjoyed the stay & would highly recommend the staycation there :)

It was a very comfortable staycation. Excellent customer service at the front desk. Despite being an old hotel, mostly everything on the exterior was in good condition. Dinner at Man Fu Yuan was fair but extremely disappointed with the overcooked dry breast meat of the garlic roast chicken which is common at all Chinese restaurants. Room is spacious and clean with bath tub and separate rain shower. However, the sunken mattress should be fixed or replaced (maybe visible from my photo-the side nearer window). Harder pillow options should be made available as not everyone can sleep on soft down pillow. Pool and gym can be booked with ease and well-equipped.

The experience is nothing but amazing. The room was spacious and clean. The free flow of food and drink during high tea and evening cocktail is definitely the highlight of our stay. Definitely my best staycation overall. Thumbs up to the wonderful staff who make our day.

The room was lovely and tastefully decorated in a colonial / Peranakan style and I really appreciated the detailing (see close up of the bed frame in the photo for example). Service was warm, friendly and professional. It was easy to book the gym as well, which was well equipped with a variety of machines. The hotel has a direct link to Bugis Junction which makes it really convenient to get food.

Really love this hotel for its location! Superb service from the staff as well. Requested for baby cot & baby bathtub and it was sent to our room immediately. Complete with baby shower essentials! Also requested for extra water and was given 3 bottles of 1.5L water. Really won over by the warm hospitality!

I purchased the 1-1 night deal that came with daily breakfast and club access. The room was spacious and clean, and the club provided us with breakfast, high tea and cocktail hours. The spread was more than decent and kept us full for the whole day! Really enjoyed my stay in Intercontinental Hotel to celebrate my birthday!

Service was really good and interior was great without looking too dated. Room is spacious and clean, even comes with a TV that could do airplay and nescafe coffee machine. Pet friendly hotel, you could see many pets at the lobby. Breakfast at Ash & Elm was awesome, had the Singaporean and American breakfast. Portions was big and they are delicious.

Club access is very worth it! 3 meals worth of food that you can order multiple portions of ala carte buffet style (Breakfast, High tea, Evening cocktail). Don’t need to spend any extra money on food with club lounge access. Pool is small but there’s a sheltered corner with jacuzzi jets if you want to relax without being roasted by the sun.

The room was comfy and service was good. Nothing to complain about. Bought the package with 100% credits so that’s 360SGD worth of food to consume at their restaurants, of which I will recommend to use at Man Fu Yuan.

Wow.. what a wow experienced staycation.. me and my wife enjoyed a lot, staff really have excellent customer service from frontdesk, services on our room and services in dinning. We booked a 1night free 1 night package including breakfast, tea snack and cocktail and club access at affordable price. Gave us free upgrade from Deluxe to King room having very wide bathroom(bathtub included) and a very big room as compliments in celebrating our 25th Wedding Anniversary. Thank you InterContinental Hotel, you have marked our day full of fun and happiness.

The teepee tent in the room, comes with a very thin mat. it would be nicer if it's thicker, more comfy. Room and bathroom are clean and spacious enough. nice bed. There are 3 Pool areas. Main pool, children's pool, and Jacuzzi area. breakfast is not buffet (due to covid), it is set meal. they have a kid's menu too! spent the $50 f&b dining credits at The Lobby Lounge after we checked out. truffle fries is GOOD. location is excellent. bugis junction is just right at the entrance! many dining options! Overall stay: Good.

Why we chose Intercontinental Hotel for the second time within a month? Consistent standard of luxury and impeccable customer service. Truly. Shout out to Fildaus who went beyond the extra mile to serve us! P.S - Avoid weekends if you want a more quiet and peaceful stay. Weekdays are the best as there are no family crowds! More delightful for a couple!

We had an amazing stay over the Easter Holiday, the staff are all very friendly, helpful and always with a smile. Our Grand Deluxe room was quite spacious and clean and I got a surprise cake as it was my birthday. Though there were no buffets for breakfast, the food was still good at Ash & Elm. As a queue formed for checked out, we were approached by staff offering express checkout and really appreciate it. Thank you Klook for the good deal, will look out for more good deals, the kids n us can't wait to stay at Intercontinental Singapore again.

Lovely stay at this hotel. Love the interior design of this hotel. The gym facilities are well equipped and there's a TRX too, the swimming pool was a bit disappointing for a 5 star hotel. The room was big, one of the bed wasn't good to sleep.

my kids love the room, teepee set up by the hotel. the pool.. breakfast was OK, no more buffet style due to covid. We are served from our table. Bugis shopping mall just underneath the hotel area. overnight car park for $20 only (if not it will be $43+). love the ambience. friendly staffs everywhere.

Great service, received a complimentary cake for birthday. Service is fast and didn't have to wait long for room. A lot of food downstairs but only one main entrance to exit/enter if you're back late to the hotel.

Great staycation at Intercontinental! There was a queue for check in, waited for about 30mins. However, room was not available and got to wait for another hour... Finally I managed to get my key card about close to 5pm. Nevertheless, the room was spacious and got an extended check out due to the wait the day before.

Very satisfying getaway. Room was spacious with a bathtub. Received a complimentary room and had an early check in. Credits can be used at the michelin star dim sum restaurant Man Fu Yuan at L2. Theres also sauna services in the gym toilets!! All in all a relaxing weekend. Will visit again. Highly recommended.

This was our first family staycation and I have to say my daughter is super happy with the room! She was excited whenever she’s on the bed! For us, the interior of the room is pretty clean and nicely decorated and we will definitely consider the hotel again!! We extended our stay!!

A brilliant hotel stay. Truly a luxurious getaway! Don’t be deceived by the aged exterior. Inside, everything is well-maintained. Our first stay with Intercontinental chain of hotels, and it certainly won’t be our last. Access to Club Intercontinental made the stay a lot more memorable! Con: The pillows provided were way too soft that it caused my neck to sprain. They do provide slightly firmer pillows upon request but it was still not comfortable enough. If you are one to dislike soft mattress, you will most likely not enjoy this hotel.

Firstly the hotel are close to food and shopping galore. you get to enjoy a timely Birthday wishes for 2 Feb sisters (great kawan-kawan). The brekkie is foodie blast with lots of goodies (juices, great spread of bakery and healthy nut bar to-go). what more can we ask for. Worth every penny spent.

the experience was great! staff were all very friendly and helpful. the room was clean and big. it was a comfortable stay and would definitely be back again. only downside is the water temperature in the shower will some times suddenly become cold/hot for a short while.

We have gotten the best promo from klook, $250 per night with free breakfast and $50 dining voucher. They even offer 6pm late check out on the next day. The hotel is rather old and historical, however they do their best to maintain it. The hotel style is more like heritage and classy.

one of the best hotel I've been to. definitely recommend it as there the staff are so friendly and polite. super love the service and of course the room! pool has jaccuzi and baby pool. 0.5M and 1.4m. pool was not crowded at all and we could even go 2 days straight. my daughter was so excited about it. breakfast was the best I've eaten so far. although it is just one time serving, it was very satisfying. they gave us fried beehoon and banana cake. the banana cake was awesome and I asked for second serving as the waitor told me that they could give me more upon requesting. And because it was cny, they gave us cny bag with oranges and red packets on day 1 and second day before we check out, they ring our doorbell and gave us white choco orange truffle. it was delicious! extra bedding was free too. Me n hub were able to sleep comfortably. I asked for room make up as we were going to have late check out in the evening and they did it for free. everything in the room was top up and cleaned during our bf. super duper love this staycay. thank you Intercontinental!

Very satisfied with the stay! Front desk staff was very friendly and professional. They gave us late check out on a weekday and a very nice bday cake for my friend. Details in the room made it v comfortable and nice. Offer on Klook made it affordable for the stay too. Very happy!

We stayed at the "peranakan shophouse" during our wedding and loved it. This time round, the one night stay at the Deluxe room was also wonderful! Check in was a breeze and the staff at the Front Desk had excellent service! He went through the details of our package and gave a higher floor when an upgrade wasn't available. The room itself was very clean and it was one of the most comfortable bed we've had! We had high tea at the lobby lounge and the standard, quality as well as creativity of the items were top notch! Breakfast at Ash and Elm had a good variety of East and West and their pastries were kept warm! Another plus point! Check out took a little longer as it was during check-in time but once again, the front desk staff (with glasses - I think his name might be Edward?) was very polite and made the waiting much better. Definitely a wonderful staycay and we're looking forward to the Club Lounge next time round!

The room is clean, I was upgraded to Premier room for my birthday. In addition, the hotel management also offer macaroon for dessert at our room for the evening. We also had a early check in at 11am. Great deal.

Very clean room. Premier deluxe room is very spacious. Service is impeccable. Had breakfast at ash and elm using the $100 dining voucher. Our order was missed out so it was a little late (personally do not felt the long wait), but the service was so good, they provided free fruit platter first and apologised. And again, provided free bread platter. Along the meal, yogurt and energy bar were given. Really had a wonderful breakfast there with the good service.

amazing experience at intercontinental, lovely and comfortable room and friendly staff. our staycation came with afternoon tea which was Christmas themed and it was delicious. breakfast was scrumptious too, highly recommended.

The whole staycation was great! As it was my boyfriend's birthday when I book this staycation, the cake was successfully received by the concierge when I was at the pool and unable to receive. They'd even helped me send up without any hassle! A complimentary birthday macaroon was also given by the hotel. As we invited some friends to the hotel, they also came up without difficulty. The whole experience was just so worth it and I really love it very much. I added around $29.90 for the dining in as the foods are actually quite expensive, well it is predictable from a 5 stars hotel. I feel that the coffee is a little too over price, it was priced at $12.00 per cup of latte. Thankfully there was a 20% OFF which makes our lunch very filling and delicious at the same time. It was a really fun and enjoyable trip. I will definitely come again!

Awesome! Super worth it especially with the $100 dining credits. Got upgraded to a room with 2 large beds which was perfect as we had 4 people. Complimentary breakfast was only for 2 but the portions were pretty huge so 4 of us could share it comfortably. 3pm late check-out was pretty awesome too except that the lobby was way too crowded with people checking in and checking out at the same time.

Great experience with my loved ones. Had really great time making the gingerbread house and having the scrumptious afternoon tea. Went there early to check in and was given an early check in before 2pm :) Breakfast was amazing and had second servings of bread and fruits. Fixed timings were provided to ensure safe distancing, really organised and hassle free. Great stay in general! 100% would recommend and come again!

Hotel room is big and all staff performed great service. We enjoyed our stay alot. 1 of the down side is very very limited choices on the private in room dining and taste of food has room for improvement

We had an enjoyable staycation. The room is clean and spacious. Requested for the room upgrade & waited until 4pm to checkin as the room is not ready but it is worth waiting for. Our room is located at the higher level. Long queue when checkin out, probably becoz is Sat. The bf is not served hot.. esp the toast has become soft when serve.. My mum find it difficult to chew.. I think they shd remove it from the menu... but the coffee is good. We used the $100 dining credits for our dinner & lunch. Dim sum lunch at Fu Man Yuan is good.

Checked in during Christmas after 3pm, got my room instantly. Every staff is very polite. Room credit can be used for the 2 restaurants and in room dining. Spacious room but can get quite hot at night.

Checked IN during Phase 2 Period, special note for access into Hotel from Carpark of Bugis Junction. Need to just give a call to the Hotel and their kind staff will open the door for you at B1 access to Hotel. Convenient carpark at SGD 20 (Single Exit). Room is Clean with very nice Street view. Steps away from Bugis Junction provides series of option for Dining. Breakfast dining is great with excellent service by staff. Special arrangement for High Tea Session taken right after Check Out. Unique pastry with English Tea made the Session at Lobby Lounge a Second Great Experience after checked out.

1.Man Fu Yuan is the best cantonese restaurant ,from peking duck , roasted pork,dim sum and salted eggyolk losbter ,the dishes served is so delicious. 2.love the in room dining...everything was great.

We booked 2 room, when checking we was given interconnecting room come with 1 king bed with free roller bed for my kids and another room with huge double bed, the staff overall is very friendly and helpful,our family really feel happy for the staycation.

Slightly longer check in and and check process, probably due to the staycation deals that the hotel was offering. But overall pleasant stay. Made full use of the dining credits with lunch at the chinese restaurant Man Fu Yuan..one of the best dim sum tasted in Singapore!

Room is clean and service is very good. Staff are friendly and polite. Booking of pool and reservation for high tea and breakfast can be done very easily. Kid love the diy gingerbread house kit.. We also enjoyed the delicious high tea which included in our package. Will definitely stay again in this hotel.

This package was worth it! A one night stay with high tea for 2 adults (but could be shared with with our child anyway) and breakfast for 2 adults and 1 child. I love the look of this hotel and the rooms are clean! Be sure to reserved tea, swimming and breakfast time slots beforehand or during check-in. Staff during check in was really polite and it it was a smooth check in, no snaking queues. That said, this is a weekday package! It's also pretty accessible to the shops and food!

Everything was great throughout the stay. The queue and waiting time to check in were reasonable (about 15-20min wait), the service provided by all the staffs, especially thankful to the staff in charge of valet parking, and the room services were promptly delivered. And last but not least, the breakfast was good too. Will definitely come back again for another visit.

Good spread of breakfast choices for adults and children, the high tea included in the package is worth the money too. Room is spacious and it even comes with a bath tub beside the normal shower room. Coffee capsules and tea are also provided in the room. Beautiful swimming pool and jacuzzi.

Excellent service from the front desk and housekeeping team. Due to the safe management measures, booking of swimming time slots and meal times are needed. Hence, to book early to secure the time slots u want. Food is fantastic too. The kids enjoyed themselves.
