Wonderful experience and all staff are super friendly. Easily our top choice of staycay ?? Will be great if the buds playground is free for the kids.

Upgraded to a pool view room for +$20/night. Room was great but didnt realise that klook default booking was for a twin bed. We got bed guards for the kids though so it all worked out well in the end. They enjoyed Splash Zone and Buds very much. Breakfast was way too much food! We were spoilt rotten!

Response time from Email replies and reservations hotline are swift. Fast check in time, no hassle, was briefed everything we need to know. Got free upgrade to valley wing. Room is very spacious, clean. Toiletries and kids pack are great. Great view, great sound insulation. No complains!

3d2n stay was amazing! Had a great staycation, had an upgrade and it was not crowded which made the stay very pleasant. All we did was to chill at the pool. Thank you for staff who were very friendly! The rooms were very clean too.

Chose to stay at Shangri-la hotel to celebrate my birthday and it was the best choice i've ever made. The hospitality was excellent. All of my requests were fulfilled and received a complimentary birthday cake from the hotel. The room and bathroom were very clean, the balcony had a fantastic view and the room service food were very very delicious, especially the margarita pizza! Staff were also all very friendly and professional. They gave us free essential kits, which contains 2 masks, hand sanitiser and alcohol wipes. Check-in and out was also very fast. Overall, really enjoyed my stay here and will come back again if i have the chance! Thank you so much for giving me a wonderful birthday! Stay safe! :D

The room was very spacious and comfortable. The valley wing club lounge privileges were amazing! free flow cocktails, wines, champagnes from morning till night!

Loved our stay! Great for families with Buds indoor playground and outdoor Splash (swimming pool playground) to keep us entertained. Staff were all v friendly, service is great. Room is spacious and beautiful. Garden leaving in the city. However, we thought room service price were pretty steep, so would rather have our meal at the Italian restaurant, which food is superb.

We booked 3D2N package via Klook. The experience was fantastic for the 1st day (will update on 2nd day). Check-in was super fast. Our kid received a little surprise complimentary gift, which includes small toiletries, tooth brush package, cookies and some stickers. The staffs are so friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Dhuran at the Splash Zone - thanks so much! The room is spacious, clean and very comfortable, though we’d say the design/style feels a little old-fashioned. Our kid really enjoyed his time so much at the Splash Zone and it was so difficult to drag him back to the room ? Definitely highly recommended for couple with young kid(s).

Absolutely fantastic experience! Staycay for my daughter's birthday and we organised for cake and balloons which was set up before we got to the room so she had a great surprise! the picnic basket food was fantastic and plentiful and we would've loved to picnic outdoors if it hadn't been raining but had a good time indoors anyway. Also had such lovely service from Manoj in the breakfast restaurant and Roy and Jon in the Italian restaurant. The kids enjoyed the pool and the SplashZone incredibly. we will most definitely be back!!!

Booked for my family and they are able to assign us "connecting rooms" by just giving us a next-to-each-others' room. Had an extremely good experience at the Shangri-La Hotel . But our luggages timeliness could be improve. It was delayed for 40 minutes but despite that they gave us a box of chocolate to show their apologies. It was nice of them! Our room was "Valley Wing". The receptionist gave us an early check in and was able to settle the check in swiftly and quick. The room's clean and spacious. No awful odour too. Comes with a clean and nice bath tub. Had an enjoyable staycation and celebration there. But due to weather constraints, we couldn't visit the swimming pool. And the breakfast was nice too at The Line. The mat in the lift is cute too, it changes accordingly to the day daily! Will visit again! ◡̈

Checked in on weekday and it was such a wonderful staycay with little crowd. This is truly a kids heaven with many activities for the kids. Indoor playground had ballpits and climbing areas, a drawing room where the kids can draw on the walls, and a music room with real piano and drums on the walls. Water play at Splash zone and the actual pool which you can visit multiple times if not much crowd. Free towels given at both so no need to bring your own from the room. We got the garden view deluxe room at the first level which had direct access to a mini garden. Overall a nice stay and no complaints!

Extremely spacious and clean! There is walk-in wardrobe and bath tub is separated from independent rain-shower fitted bathroom and toilet. The staff was well-trained and demonstrated impeccable manners and service attitude. Well, we were very satisfied.

Booked this staycay for my son birthday and he had so much fun at the buds and splash zone! The staff especially called the room phone to wish my son happy birthday! Room was great, nice and clean! All the staffs was very friendly and helpful! Be nice and thoughtful of them to provide goodies bag for the little one and care pack (include mask, hand sanitizer and alcohol wipes) ! ?? Breakfast was abit underwhelming but is ok! Truly enjoyed our stay, definitely come back for another staycay at Shang!

Smooth check in with complimentary late check out by friendly Kaylee, who took the extra mile to wish happy birthday and happy anniversary to us! Goodie bags were awesome! The children will never be bored here, even in their room! Easy booking of slots upon checking in to Buds, Bake and Splash Zone as it was the weekdays. My 3 children enjoyed the different activities at Buds, with all the staff going the extra mile at each rooms. Splash zone staff even cheered my youngest son on when they let him blow bubbles as we were about to leave the pool! Many activities for children such as Treasure Hunt, where the children received complimentary ice cream upon doing so. There were daily Koi feeding too! And we signed them up for cupcakes decorating session at Buds Bake! Room is definitely lovely as they spruced up for our birthday and anniversary with rose petals, swan towels, chocolates, cake and a badge for the birthday girl! Breakfast is lovely too as both children and adults enjoyed the variety. Though we had their pastries, pancakes and such as The Line wasnt halal certified, fret not as their pastries selection were awesome and kept us full too! We will be back! Thankyou Shang!

All the staffs were friendly. Fast queue. Room and amenities were excellent. Daughter enjoyed her time at buds and splash zone. Staff at buds hv been v friendly n accommodating to my daughter. Staff was approachable with my daughter, hence that made my daughter felt safe. The only cons is that the toilet doesn't have bidet spray. Hotel should consider enhancing the toilets.

It’s the v v v good place for our family with kids ( 3 and 5 years old) there is water park, indoor playground and swimming pool and big bath tab??love their breakfast soo much especially the laksa... I could not find any better laksa than here ... it’s worth for money and of course the room is big toooo.... definitely will come back here someday ❤️❤️

It was a fantastic birthday staycation! The kids were having great fun indoor and outdoor activities! Staffs are very friendly! Room is spacious and comfortable! We will definitely go back again!!

Super satisfied with all the activities that could planned for the kids. Spent 1 day in the buds and another day in the splash. The line Breakfast is so good. We hope to come again next time but with package of the line dinner.

We had a staycay for my husband’s birthday. It was a really great stay. The kids loved it and didn’t want to leave! There were many activities for them to do. Each child gets a complimentary gift bag filled with kids amenities which they loved. My husband got a birthday cake and we even got macarons. We didn’t eventually go to the splash zone as the only slot left is for the next day after our check out timing but the kids were given complimentary play time at buds and they manage to swim at the normal pool so all is good. There is no halal but their breakfast have a selection of pastries, eggs, cereals and fruit platters. We ordered in grab food for the dinner. Will definitely visit Shangri La again and recommended to my family and friends as well.

The kids enjoyed the staycation. The service was good and everything arrive promptly. The additional bed was already there when we checked in and check in was a breeze. Will definitely come back again!

My family were very impressed with the decor & spaciousness of the room (deluxe room at Valley wing). The toilet is huge with two basins and a big bathtub. The toiletries are from my favourite brand and all the amenities in the room (from real roses, tea, utensils, towels, floor mats,etc) are well thought of and the room is one of the most equipped hotel room that I have ever stayed. Very clean, nice smell, nice & friendly staff... we were simply very pleased with everything in the hotel. Our kids had fun at the Buds & Splash zone. The buffet breakfast at The Line was a wide spread & delicious. This staycation is definitely value for $$ for my whole family and it is one of the best family staycations we had in Singapore! We will definitely be back! Kudos to all the Shangrila Hotel staff for making our stay and my wedding anniversary such a memorable and happy one!

Stayed 1 night at the Garden Wing facing the pool. They provided extra bed for my kids and a chocolate birthday cake for his birthday. They enjoyed BUDS and Splashzone. Great place to stay as everything is at level 1 without leaving the hotel. Recommended if you plan a family staycation.

Check in was fast! Room is bright and spacious and we got a room overlooking the swimming pool! The complimentary ice cream is great and we had lots of fun at the splash zone! Gotta pay $18 to play at Buds and socks chargeable at $5/pair. But it’s the better kind of socks. Food is great too! We had dinner and staffs were nice and helpful.

Kids friendly hotel. Booking through Klook is easy and hassle free. Easy to redeem SG rediscovery voucher too. Room is clean and cosy. Very nice garden just outside the room. Hotel staff also very friendly.

Woo Hoo! Finally our turn to have a family staycation before I pop by end of this March! ? For ?? mummy’s convenience, I chose this ? because it’s kids friendly with all the facilities within the premise such as the Buds indoor playground as well as Splashzone water playground, so I need not walk out to find activities for my 2 kiddos to do. ??? Literally kept them busy & they don’t even wana leave! ?? Definitely will be back again! Next time round must book more nights to enjoy & relax more! ?

Really nice and a relax staycation in shangrila hotel. Both the kids love it. Especially the splash and the buds, play until don’t Wan to leave both places. Thanks for the complimentary birthday cake for my girl and my birthday celebration. Will come back again for our next staycation. :)

My boy had motion sickness and puked at the hotel entrance upon arrival. So so thankful for the staff! ? They were all super nice & fast in cleaning up the mess. Check in was chop chop. Room was great!!!! I love how its so spacious and clean. ? We had our lunch at The Line upon check in (Food is so-so, coffee was served at room temperature - staff changed it upon feedback.) We had our dinner there too (Not much choice of food in the hotel). The dinner buffet was great for adults! Good variety of seafood. Not so suitable for young kids. We had so much fun at Buds & Splash-zone though! My boy had so much fun he didn’t want to leave ? Buds had different zones suitable for kids of different ages! Breakfast buffet was great! Good variety for both adults and children. ☺️ Overall a very good experience! Great for families with children! Would come again soon!!

Hotel is top notch at every aspect, although its situated in city centre but definitely feel outta city! The facilities are very children friendly, my kid enjoy every bit of it! The package is as described and worth it, especially with SRV. Recommended!

very pleasant stay to celebrate my husband's birthday and we got complimentary cake from the hotel which enlightened our stay. Splash zone booking is hassle free and our kid enjoy very much. A good choice for staycation with kids. baby cot was arranged as we brought out new born along.

Very relaxing and rejuvenating staycation for us with 2 young kids! Service was impeccable from beginning to end. Buffet Dina at the LINE and breakfast there the next day were good and ala carte buffet style but with efficient service. Boys also enjoyed the Splash Zone and pool. Need to book ahead for the Splash Zone and generally more for younger kids... They was a Lamborghini club gathering that day so the boys had a treat with almost 30 supercars and even one Koegnigsegg parked just outside! Love it!

Excellent family package staycation in Shangri-La Hotel! Splash zone, Buds by Shangri-La and cooking studio are more than enough for a 2D1N staycation! Hotel is very clean and spacious too.

everything was a breeze from checking in to having cocktails during tea and evening canapés. selection of wine and cocktails was good and they were very prompt in refilling them. overall food and service were excellent! breakfast at the summit room was a real treat. would book again for a quiet indulgent treat the next time!

It was very crowded when we chk in but we didnt wait long and the reception staff was very polite and friendly! Good service. Picnic basket was sent to our room with portion for 4 ppl though we have have 2a1c. Buds was payable but is enjoyable for my gal, she spent two hrs at the buds. Splash zone was great too for kids. Will love to stay again.

Klook deal was the cheapest, super worth for family stay, spacious room with great service, they provide us a full cake to celebrate my hub birthday and provide kid amenities.

A very family friendly hotel. Kids have their own toothbrush and slippers ready in our room, 2 sets were provided if you have 2 kids. Picnic basket was sent to our room around 3.30pm, unfortunately it was a rainy day so we had our picnic in the room. But the staff was accommodating too as he did give us choice to have the picnic on the next day but we opted to just get the picnic basket and have it in our room. Kids like the Splash zone a lot. I booked immediately when I checked in around 1.30pm, only left with 6pm slot but lucky too as some earlier sessions were closed due to lightning and thunderstorms. Buds indoor playground need extra charges. Breakfast choices included some local delights like nasi lemak and laksa, and choices of western breakfast, waffle, pancakes. Overall a good staycation hotel for family with young and primary kids.

Check in is fast and smooth. Let my kid run around the lobby and hang around the xmas tree while waiting for my husband to collect room card. They gave us free room upgrade. Breakfast serving is fast too. It is using ipad to make order and food came within a minute

My family have a great time during the staycation in Shangri-La hotel. Room is spacious with additional bed setup for the kids. The kids have a great time at Splash Zone! There are staff around the splash zone to ensure safety for the kids. Breakfast was great, with lots of variety to choose from. Will arrange to visit again when possible.

My family and I enjoyed the 2d1n staycation with Shangri-la. I've 2 rooms and they have upgraded us to valley wing with connecting rooms. They even prepared a birthday cake for our birthday celebration. The cake was very yummy ? the booking of splash and buds was surprisingly smooth and fuss free however each slot was given only 1 hour which was too short for the kids to enjoy. Would be better if it could ext to another 30mins. The food picnic basket came with finger food which we brought it down to the pool side to eat while watching the kids swimming. I will strongly recommend Shangri-la to my friends with children for staycation ?

Never expect the trip to be so fun! The staffs are nice and kids so happy to receive the kids amenities during the check in. We are in love with our room direct access to the garden at the back. The staffs are helpful and friendly. The kids like the splash zone and the buds indoor playground so much ! We already planning for our second staycation in Shangri-La Hotel.

Booked this staycation to celebrate my husband’s birthday. Very family-oriented hotel especially for families with young children. Set dinner at Waterfall was average. The starters and mains didn’t wow us but the panna cotta was lovely. We enjoyed the cocktails at the lounge. Overall, staff are friendly and we are very happy with our room and the amenities.

Great stay kids loved it didn't want to leave and worth it with the indoor playground and splash zone. We got free ice cream for 4 too. They allowed grabfood in so that was our halal food option. Had a shiok staycay

We enjoyed the food and hotel staycation on this hotel. Free extra bed for our kids. Staff is friendly and caring! The staff saw my kids slept during my dinner time, he take shawl as blanket for my kids.

Great experience at Shangrila. The staff from check-in to Buds (indoor and water playground), and the line were professional, attentive and friendly. Extremely family-friendly hotel for a staycation. The amenities were extensive and in great condition. Kids had fun while parents also felt relaxed after being transported to a tranquil resort-like oasis. Looking forward to the next staycation. P.S we only found out later that this package does not include entrance to the Buds indoor playground. Parents do note the extra charge!

Best staycation ever! Smooth check in but waited for an hour to get to our room because of thorough disinfection. Gladly they upgraded us to Valley Wing Pool View! (How cool was that?!!) The picnic basket inclusion was a delight but ended up early because we had it in an area with lots of mosquitos ? Anyways, t'was a great day and we're having fun!

The experience is great especially if you have kids who are very young. I have a 3 year and a 1.5 year old. Buds (indoor playground) was great for them and also the splash zone (water play). It is a pity that the children find that there is not enough time to play because of the 1 pm check in and we went for lunch at one of the restaurants first. The play time is around 1.5 hrs each. So plan well to maximise. We also have a picnic basket with quite a lot of food items.
