Hong Kong Big Bus Hop-On Hop-Off Tours

Much cheaper than getting the tickets in the main office. The ride was very convenient and the different city tours were super informative! We love the views from the upper deck of the bus.

Some of the voucher use not very clear at the place of interest. Was given different directions, and local tour groups add to the confusions.

we took the red line for 1 day. it was a great trip because we were able to see around central hongkong. we were able to see the half of the tour until THE PEAK. Unfortunately, there was a sudden protest and the tour was cancelled. good thing is we were able to still use the tour the next day eventhough we only purchased the tour for 1 day. i will buy this again when I come back in Hong Kong.

It was fun! Booked on the same day out of spontaneity & we were accommodated! Enjoyed the cool breeze at night while passing by different areas.

The redemption booth was difficult to find, the busses were not stoping at the hop off points and I wasn’t able to go to other route because of delay.

I used the big bus to see around hongkong during a layover and definitely recommend it if you are in a time crunch. I experienced all 3 routes and I would recommend experiencing all 3 if you can because they provide glimpses into different aspects of Hongkong. One thing to keep in mind.There might be delays in the kowloon route as I experienced which could be due to heavy traffic around parts of the route e.g. mongkok so make sure to factor that in

we just stayed on the tour for a short time because we used the bus as a mode of transportation for other sites in hong kong. it was a promo ticket so it was still worth it. the peak tram pass though was the best.

Tourist mode on when you experience this service. We chose the green route because we have the round trip peak tram pass and we went all the way to Stanley area. Finding the big bus information center in the central pier is easy to locate. It is beside the ferris wheel in the central. I just gave my voucher to the attending staff in exchange of our actual passes and free head phones. It comes with different languages so you will learn their heritage. We also had a bad experience in the tram stop due to the protests but the staff suggested to ride a taxi to go back to central pier and have the fare reimbursed. And they indeed reimbursed our taxi fare. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful 48 hrs hopping off and on the buses around Hong Kong. The night tour was brilliant because we saw things we would not have gone and done ourselves. The Samoan ride was a great bonus and showed us Aberdeen wonderfully. Lovely people hosting us the whole way and the guided information was great. Only down side was waiting for buses. We were told they would be around every 30 mins but it was closer to 45-60 between buses. All in all a great way to see the place. T

A single trip to explore Hong Kong by bus and by foot. Get Hop on and Hop off on any of the drop/pick point of the bus to explore city by your own...!!!!!

We hop into the redline because we also have the peak tram ticket with the big bus tour but it was under renovation for three months so they changed it to sky 100 pass instead. It was a good route but I hear the other route is better. Just make sure to catch the first bjs in the morning for you to be able to hop off to all the destinations. Bus were on time and sometimes too early. It was still a good experience. So we had a stop at the temple and at the sky 100. The bus top was a good place to sit but it rained after we got off at the temple but there was a lot of space inside so still good. they also provided a rain coat and headset.

At first we thought there was an office and that we need to go inside for the ticket but it turns out there was just a man waiting for us at the corner of the street. did not have any problems redeeming the tickets. the ride was a bit fast though. could have been great if the ride is a bit slower.

Awesome experience. I spent three days using these buses. Perfect way to get around and sightsee at the same time. Klook staff even called the big bus company to help look for tickets after they were lost. World class service Klook. Big bus would do better for its customers if they were more up to date using QR code vs paper receipts for every voucher you purchase. I have a family of for and had to keep up with 36 small receipts. That needs to be updated.
