In the past, I used to call the car directly outside the terminal after I entered. I do n’t have to wait for this time. After using KKday, I found it convenient to enter the flight. There can be a 90-minute buffer after the actual arrival time of the aircraft. There is no fear of staff guidance after entry. What's more wrong is cheaper than calling directly!

Received a confirmation text a day before. And the vehicle plate number, color and model in the evening. Driver arrived early and the journey was smooth.

As soon as you get out of the arrival hall, there will be lines for the operators. Show me your Klook reservation barcode and tell me how many days it will be. If you take off the phone case in advance, it will save time. Tape the tapes of Korean Yusim that was used before. There is no pin, so if you're going to replace it yourself, get your clothespin ready. If you go to the booth early or late at night, you can lend your Sim and replace it again! What's better than receiving it in Korea is that it replaces your Sims! Taipei Airport has free Wi-Fi, so it's no problem to pick up your Sim and contact the Klook Pickup Driver! For your reference, if you enter China Airlines at 10:00 pm in Busan, the exchange office at the baggage claim area has already been closed. The subway and the cafe are all closed, so you have to drink 25 won from the vending machine. Had a great use of Klook in Taiwan!

Diver was slightly late for about 5mins, it gets a bit confusing when waiting at that destinated area with so many other drivers (diff company) coming to pick other passengers. Thankfully driver arrived with a car with a big klook sticker which can be easily recognised. It will be better if klook can send at least the car plate number beforehand so we know what to look out for. Other than that, the trip was smooth, will definitely book again next time I'm in Taipei.

I highly recommend! This service is really affordable and convenient for travelers with red-eye flights and too much luggage. At 4:00 in the morning, the driver came to pick me up very punctually. Since there are not many people who know this service, and the passenger is only me, thank you very much for getting out of the car so late and helping me solve the traffic problem.

Although it was supposed to be a shared ride, I was the only one during that time. The driver picked me up exactly at the time specified. The ride was smooth and when we arrived at my destination, the driver was kind enough to stay for a bit and contacted the hostel (to the best of what he can do) on my behalf since I arrived during the wee hours of the morning way past the hostel's check-in cut-off. He really didn't have to but knowing that I may have limited ways of contacting them and that I may not speak Chinese, he got out of his way to help me. That's why I deeply appreciated his hospitality. Hats off to him! Overall, it was a really good service. Will definitely book again when I go back to Taiwan!
