The Rift is good place for hangout with friends. Seriously, the price cheaper than walk-in. Really satisfied. If come with friends please come in even numbers, 2, 4, 6 pax. Most the game suitable with 4 pax.

This is my 4th time to RIFT, but always it gives me the thrill and excitement like a first timer. Thats I have taken my friends who are newbies to Malaysia, to this place. They enjoyed a lot and that too they were shouting while in VR Hurricane when we were spinning 360 degrees. RIFT never disappointed us. A small concern is some activities were not available yesterday. So it's better to call them ahead to verify. Also they are now closing by 9pm itself(previously 10) due to CMCO. So verify that as well.

The crews there were so helpful and friendly but I thought all the games inside are just about VR but in fact VR games only got seven ( not including zero latency). However still a good experience for me and my friend although the choices was limited. I suggest people at least four company if visit The Rift as it‘ll be more fun.

The klook voucher was great value. Good experience at the Rift, although at times there was a shortage of staff and some games were way better than other games. Great if you haven’t done VR before.

EXA is really fun and worth the money. Gives a little SIM sickness but overall very fun game. The Race Room is just okay because it is not virtual reality.

It's recommended for family and friends since the game mostly can be played with 4 person or even up to 20 person. It's really fun! Terminator x and hurricane really recommended. :D

Great place to be with kids. Easy redemption. My kids had great time there. The people working there are so helpful to assist him in all the games he played.There’s this playground for kids under 100cm for minimal fee of RM 20 unlimited time.

It was great! Something new to do with your family! We bought 6 credits and spent it on - Hurricane VR (The ride is only 3:11 minutes but i think it's worth the 2 credits) - Terminator X (Laser tag. 10mins duration. Big playing area. Team with highest score wins!) - Hado PVP - River thingy (Try to avoid at all cost) We wanted to try EXA Horrorwall 13 but long waiting time. If you can wait, i think it's worth to try. 15mins gameplay according to the staff and max 4 pax at a time.

Purchasing credit via Klook will be a cheaper option rather than walk in to the counter. Plus you can earn more if you are using Shop Back. Virtual Reality experience is top notch except some of the games were in maintenance mode. Kids friendly games is suitable for kids above 110cm. If you really want a work out, try the wall climbing chasing either bat or meteor.

VR Hurricane is a must try. Assassin Creed is interesting but the playtime is too short. Road fighters is good too. Couldn't get a chance to try Exa Dimension. Will definitely come again to test Zero Latency. ProTips: Do come with a group of four. Will be more fun.

Much cheaper than if u buy at the rift. Some games no longer available, that’s a bummer. They should provide some VR games for kids below 110cm. Rift Junior is just playland. Though it has its fun, but to kids of course they would choose VR games over playland.

First time experienced VR. Is a whole new experience then usual games. Staffs are friendly too. Instructors in every stations did brief the players before the session starts. Just that I think ticket counter at the entrance needs more counter open on weekend. Coz it was only one counter opened when I went on Saturday. Quite a number of peoples were queued behind me. Overall is a good experience. Would like to go back and try out their Zero Letency.

Enjoyed our time here. Although, not every ride is VR or AR, most of them are. Tried the Raceroom too, but it was not AR, it was a simulator. But it was still a good experience.
