The guide/driver is great, his time management skill and knowledge about the visiting locations are absolutely outstanding. Since we have one guest needs English guidance during the tour, his bilingual ability definitely helped and made our foreign tourist happy. At last, he dropped us back home at 4pm (right on time), which is amazing. So we gave him a 5-Star rating. Great your, and great experience!

What a wonderful driver!

My driver, Joseph, was an amazing driver. He was punctual and was a very good tour guide. He knew my friends could not come to this trip and I was by myself. So he made a lot of effort to show me around and took pictures of me. He was very efficient in sending me the pictures. He also recommended the best places to eat. And he made every effort to find a qipao rental store. Unfortunately the store was closed for the day. I couldn't ask more of a driver. He even made a nice postcard of me. Thank you for making my day very magical and wonderful. I would love to have you again as my driver next time.

Taiwan North Coast Trip

(Special thanks to 劉先生) Safe, pleasant and informative ride. We exceeded 1hr due to the traffics but they did not charge us additonal OT fees. Mr. Liu is very professional and informative. The trip to the Elephant Trunk Rock required a bit of hiking, for our safety, Mr. Liu guide us all the way to and fro. He prepares umbrealla and mineral water for us. He even help to take photos for us. We will definately use Kkday if we ever get to visit Taiwan again.

My driver, Mr Wei (魏), was friendly and nice. He brought us to places which were outside of the itinerary and shared his knowledge of Taiwan with us. Highly recommended service from Klook, fuss-free. Having Steven as our tour guide made our trip more memorable. He was very punctual (earlier than agreed time), courteous, professional & very thoughtful. He surprised us with some fruits that he wanted us to take home for us to experience it & he even printed a photo of us from his own pocket to be our souvenir. We have chosen to pick-up us on 2pm from the hotel in Changan-Fuxing. The reason is that to see the night view at Jiufen. The weather was good yesterday. Also the travel driver is nice and he did gave us personal time to walk and have a look and took some nice pictures. The trip is not that rush. Highly recommended!!

We traveled as a family of 5. So there was a lot of room to spare. The car was very clean and in a very good condition. The driver, Frank, was very nice and friendly. The drive was very smooth and hazzle free. He gave a lot of suggestions and information about the sightseeing places, and must-eat restaurants. He also helped us with information for which places to go in Taipei as well. Definitely a great experience! Highly recommended!

Mr.Homa, our driver arrived 10min earlier than scheduled time and apologised to us. He was kind enough to suggest and plan for us the sequence of our ittinerary based on traffic condition. Upon seeing my old aunt that is unable to walk much stairs, he suggested we cancel 1 of the place to prevent walking. Halfway on the journey, he proposed to replaced a nice destination with breathtaking view. I was paying for the driver & car but ended getting a nice tour guide instead. He explained the history of the places along the way and my aunt was excited about his interesting explanation. Mr.Homa also volunteered to be our photographer & taught us how to post. The whole journey was smooth and he is driving very slowly in view there is a senior citizen in the car. Thank you so much for making our trip so meaningful.

Our Northcoast trip was the best part of our itinerary in Taipei. We were able to make most of our visit in the most convenient way possible. We went to 8 tourist spots in one day: 1. We saw the Queen's head at Yehliu Geopark 2. Marvelled the vast collection of copper and wood sculptures of Juming at the Juming Museum 3. Flew above Wanli coastline at Mustang Paragliding Club 4. Walked along the trail with a wonderful unique rock formation carved by waves in Heping Island Park 5. Saw the Golden Waterfalls up close in Jiufen 6. Touched the 220kg gold in the Gold Museum also in Jiufen 7. Realeased a skylantern in Shifen Old Street 8. Our drop off was at Taipei 101 and we rode the world's fastest elevator (5th floor to 89th floor in just 37 seconds, saw the famous 660 tons Damper and the Taipei city lights. Mr. Steven Chen, our driver was friendly, accommodating and polite. He made sure we get to the places we wanted to visit and accomodated our requests. I will even give him 10 stars for his excellent service!

We had a wonderful time with Tony, his vehicle was large and comfortably seated all 8 of us. He doesn't speak much english, but is very polite, and did his best to communicate in a way that was easy enough to understand. He was also ok with changing the route the day before the trip and even during the trip. Tony arrived at our hotel 15minutes ahead of schedule. He sometimes joined us when doing the activities to take pictures and some videos and sent them to us. Overall a very convenient and pleasant experience.

Highly recommended for big groups especially as you will save quite a big sum of money by buying klook vouchers. Redemption was a breeze and no hassle at all. Enjoyed the sightseeing day with family and no regrets for purchasing the journey from klook. Will definitely repurchase other deals on klook when i go overseas. Thank you! Johnson is very friendly and chatty. Car is often disinfected and umbrellas are offered. He observed what is our preferences and reccommended spots accordingly. He made our day by reccommending us to go prawning after the day trip. We enjoyed so much that we went back even the day after. All in all Johnson is not just a safe driver. He is a very thoughtful and observant guide who did his best to make our trip enjoyable. Thumbs up for him!

We really enjoyed this tour. It's full-packed. We manage to visit so many places all in one day thanks to our ever patient driver. Drive is comfortable since it was just us. Driver was on time picking us up and he dropped us off a little over 1 hour beyond the designated time but he was okay with it and didn't asked much. Highly recommended.

The weather, driver and destination worked in perfect harmony during our travel. The driver arrived in the hotel 15 minutes earlier before the pick-up time. The car is first class, booster seat is superb and the song choices inside the vehicle feels relaxing. The driver is very hospitable and even took us photos almost at all locations. Destination There's not so may tourists in the destinations when we arrived so we had our picture perfect moments. Likewise, no rainshowers at any of the activities so it's definitely rewarding.

This was a great way to visit Shifen and Jiufen. Our driver, Larry, was fantastic. He drove very safely and gave many tips along the way. The car was a yellow taxi and was new and very clean. We would definitely use this service again next time we visit Taipei.

We booked a Chinese tour package and a taxi picked us up infront of our hotel It’s such a convenient way to explore 九份十份 without transferring the train but in a private car. The driver also took us to the harbour side which is beautiful, he is really friendly

Have had a wonderful self-curated tour. Driver was friendly and introduced the different areas and what are the nice food during the tour. Managed to complete all the locations. We extended our hours and the driver gave us a fair price for the overtime.

Our guide as a lady named Pauline, she was friendly & accomodating. A very good driver. We took the Elephant Trunk Rock-Golden Waterfall-Juifen-Shifen route. We puposely skipped Yehliu due to the amount of people that visit the place. Little did we know you needed to trek rocks to the Elephant Trunk Rock. Some placed also needed a good amount of stair climbing - Lighthouse. Have a little knowledge for where/what to eat/buy in Juifen as this is not a guided tour. Also, don’t skip the chicken leg rice in Shifen. We had a long but very good day. :)

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Lin! He was very open to my customized itinerary focusing mostly on nature activities and the fact that I wanted to visit as many places as possible in the time I had with him. Along the way, he pointed out many places of interest and gave me the story behind them as well as adding a few locations to the itinerary I had not previously discovered while researching what to do. He was even kind enough to give me a local food experience for lunch at a place he hadn't been before, which I very much enjoyed. His kindness and knowledge made the trip that much more enjoyable! Highly recommend him!

Enjoyed our trip to the north coast, even though the weather is not that favorable. Thanks to our driver who was careful in driving and having a comfortable private van! Driver arrived early at the hotel to pick us up. He speaks little english but still kudos to him for being flexible with our itinerary and helpful in assisting to our needs. The van was clean and spacious and bottled water for all of us (8 people) were provided. Would definitely recommend!

The driver assigned to us, Eric, was very helpful and knowledgeable of the area. He know a lot of shortcuts and facts about the destinations. The places thay we visited were interesting and fun.

Mr. Terry Wu was assigned to us for our day tour. As we are very tired, most of us actually slept through during the drive. Terry was understanding and brief us on the places during our journey back to the city. He also took alot of photos for our family and some bts shots. Terry recommended us to a lantern shop which is the only shop provided free polariod photo. At the end of our trip, one of my nephew water bottle left it in his car. He went for extra mile and met us opposite our hotel to pass back to us the next day. Thumbs up for Mr Terry. Highly recommended!

It was a really nice experience. We went to geo park for only 30 min because we want to spend our time in shifen. We went to cat village and spend an hour there, my family really love cats that is why i chose this place. It was my second time on jiufen and i must say that i still enjoyed this place and i will go back for the third time! Our last stop was shifen. Paul is really good and even helped us to get the best picture in shifen. Thank you Paul and klook for easy breezy tour!

Excellent driver and tour guide (Eric). Well knowledgable in all tourist spots and he will definitely adjust with your schedule. Was supposed to have an 8hour layover tour but I overlooked my flight itinerary so he adjusted and tried to let us still see all the places that Taiwan can showcase in the span of 6 hours, including Shifen and Jiufen. Eric is highly recommended and excellent tour guide! Klook is excellent also for having a smooth booking.

The car arranged for us was a taxi. Driver SMS me via iMessage on the night before. We went to Jiufen, Shen’ao Elephant Trunk Rock, Shifen Waterfall & Shifen Old Street. For a 8-hour tour, 3 places would be just right & not so rush. We took a bit of more time for Jiufen & resulted in being too rush for Shifen Waterfall & old street. Look out for weather forecast for Rueifang district to decide which places to go first. Make sure it is not raining when visiting Shen’ao Elephant Trunk Rock.

Joseph was a very great guide for this 1 day trip in Taipei. We went to Shifen, Bitoujioa cape and Juifen. He knew a lot of history in Taipei and guide us a good food around there. Very Recommend this trip for everyone who want a private tour.

Driver name was Steven. English speaking and friendly. Good efficient service. Catered small changes to the itinerary to fit to what we wanted to do. Recommended some food places and gave clear directions on where to go. Not bad at all!

We were very lucky to have M Lin again for our day trip around Taipei. Mr Lin suggested we might try a typical Taiwainese breakfast which we did. Never would done this with out his help. It was sad to say good by at the end of the day. He took us everywhere we wanted to go and knew to best photo spots and was very informative.

Our family guide, Joseph was not only knowledgeable with regard to the history of taiwan but also very amicable and accommodating. He made our visit to northern taiwan a total breeze for not only my wife and me but for our kids. His personal touch like getting us bubble tea after our long and hot trek in Yehliu geopark will always be remembered. Additionally his local contacts in shifen and juifen allowed us to try alot of local cuisine as well as take the best pictures from fantastic locations. Kudos!!

Our family had lots of fun. The driver was very friendly and kind. Along our journey, he gave us alot of information and also acted as a guide. He always answered to our questions. As my son is wheelchair bound, there were some areas which were inaccessible. He suggested he stayed with my son while my husband, daughter and I visited those inaccessible areas. With the private chartered car, we were able to visit all the places without any hassle.
