Great experience and best price! We weren’t sure what time the ferry was leaving exactly. They called us and asked if we were coming.

The ferry experience was excellent. It was super easy to use Klook. I even bought the wrong ticket and they fixed it at the counter (thankfully we arrived early enough!)

Highly recommended to pick the transfer package, the driver will notify you the car plate a day before or an hour before your arrival and take you to the train station or to harbor. overall it's a great experience!

We got the ferry tickets from the 2nd floor of magong harbor administrative building, besides dream hotel entrance, just showed them our mobile voucher. It took 1.5hrs from Penghu to Budhai harbor and the bus to take us to the train station was already waiting us. Hassle free travelling, since we do not speak mandarin, availing of klook services is very convenient. customer service and their operators are very responsive thru emails and texts. the people in the klook counter at the south sea visitor center however are not helpful and are clueless about the klook services l.

Seasick require to take medicine before sailing,alot ppl vomit along journey. Difficult to redeem the voucher by searching company indeed expected to see 'klook' signboard at counter as well during transfer to train station.

Buying tickets online was very easy. The only problem was that there were 3 days 2night package ticket for kids. So they have to be bought in the counter at the port. But overall easy and straightforward experience.

This was top service from Klook and the Ferry service! The Ferry terminal called me repeatedly as I was driving to the terminal a bit late, and they checked with me each step of the way to make sure that I could arrive on time. Without their help, I would have missed the boat! Great service, economical price. Can't wait to plan my next trip!

My redemption was super fast. At the ticketing counter tell them your name and they already got the printed ticket ready and will pass to u directly. As for the land transfer between Chiayi train/HSR station, you can email merchant to arrange for u after u buy this ferry ticket through klook.

The boat was late and there was no clear directions as to where to go. The boat ride itself was very rough. So many people vomitted and the smell...well you can just imagine. Luckily I took some motion sickness medicine.
