QiPao Rental and Photography Experience

There are many styles in choosing cheongsam. But the pretty models are all fine-sized, and the medium-size models are all pretty. And I am an XL, so there are not many choices, but I have a favorite. The hairstyle in the picture was set by the clerk for me. (Satisfaction) This time I chose to shoot outdoors. The picture shows the Man Wu Temple. The photographer will teach you the post, and he will stick to the angle and try not to show other people. And all the photos of the film, all the negatives will be picked up, this time I shot 100 of my films. I'll receive it soon, and I will arrive in about two to three weeks.

Cheongsam with colorful colors and chaotic indoor scenes. Diversified shopkeepers are kind and friendly. They are instructed on the spot. The only thing I want to improve the booking is 30 minutes as much as possible. The Saturday booking understanding is relatively Full. My friend and I belong to the second group. Delay 45mins. After shooting for 30-35mins, I experienced the third and fourth group of booking guests who went to the store and felt that they were not very good at the moment they were not taken seriously, not fully engaged in the shooting atmosphere, and felt that they would leave the scene.

There are many styles of cheongsam, with professional photography and makeup, it is really a good experience.

love this experience so much!! me and my bf went there and treated it as a special date for both of us in the midst of busy work weeks. the shop owner is super patient and allow us to try on as much qipao as we can. the clothes were lovely and well designed. she also took so many good pictures for us and left a great memory! look forward to getting back retouched pictures :)

the photographer was very efficient at doing the hair, but if you could do the make up it may be better to do it yourself

The owner is very nice, make-up, set head, pose and pose alone to do the sun, good lady ? Although the shop is fine, but the five internal organs are well arranged, the setting is good, the styles of cheongsam are very beautiful, the puppy is super cute, and the owner’s mother is good nice. The picture came out and the look is so beautiful, it has a nostalgic feel. I thought I would send a physical photo before I watched it. It turned out that the event was over, but it didn’t matter~ I had a good time in just 1.5 hours~

A horrible experience... I understand how bad the current business environment is, but it doesn’t mean ripping customers off with hidden charges. Have never experienced this before. Definitely won’t recommend anyone to go there.

This experience is highly recommended! They offer a wide variety of qipao/cheongsam, ranging from various colours, designs and sizes so there's definitely one to be found for every person. The photographer was also so nice and patient. She knows exactly the poses that come out well so even if you are not the greatest natural poser, she will help you and guide you. We only made a booking for indoor photoshooting but they were so nice and allowed us to wear the qipaos outside as long as we just brought them back by 6pm. Would highly recommend to everyone!

To celebrate my mother’s birthday, I decided to take her to rent a cheongsam for street shooting~ There are many styles of cheongsam, and bags and accessories can be borrowed. The set head sister is very kind, and she is very satisfied with her quick style and a little fancy~ It is recommended to go to the store at 11am for the loan of cheongsam, because In the afternoon, there are a lot of indoor shooting in the store and it is busy. The whole experience is very happy~

It’s a lot of fun, the lady boss alone is responsible for setting the head, holding the shirt, changing the shirt, shooting... and teaching poses when taking pictures!

Mom took her a photo on her birthday, she didn’t know the way, so she drove her left for a long time. Later, she found out that she was very close to the subway station.

Very nice experience

It was a very pleasant experience. The boss is also kind and skillful, so he takes care of everything from makeup to hair and photography. I also liked the final style. And you send me pictures quickly! It was filmed on the 1st and sent immediately on the 3rd. It is recommended to make memories for those who come to Hong Kong. If the boss ever saw it, thanks to him, I had a good time. Thank you♡

It’s a very happy experience. For the first time wearing a cheongsam, it’s so multi-faceted. My friends asked me to be side-by-side, and I’m very satisfied with my makeup and head. It’s so natural! The d-phase pictures are so beautiful☺️

The proprietress's service attitude is super good. Let's choose more than two pieces of clothes to try on the cheongsam. There are many styles and beautiful places. It was such a lovely cultural photoshoot experience. Ms. Pandora, the owner, had been very kind and patient with me. She was one of the people who made my first time trip to HK memorable. For the photoshoot itself, lots of qi pao to choose from including the props. I showed my family the photos and we all loved it! ?

It rained that day so the places we went to were very limited. The edited pictures are just okay with the outside scenery. It’s probably because it was gloomy. We shot some inside photos as well with her pet dog and it was fun. She does styling and everything so no worries at all. Just bring proper outside shoes if you’re shooting outside!

We had a lot of fun trying on the qipaos, getting our hair done and doing the photoshoot! The shop owner was very helpful and patient and taught us how to pose. We shot indoors with props and an old-school Hong Kong setting and also some backdrops. Highly recommend for tourists and also locals looking for a fun photoshoot experience. (We did the shoot as a bridal shower activity!)

It was a fun experience. Definitely recommend! The shop was a little difficult to find. We got there pretty early, but they were very accommodating. Got the email with some beautiful pictures soon after.

I decided to have fun with my husband. And we booked this qipao experience, all i can say that Pandora was really accomodating and kind! She is superb! What a great experience! Wide variety of Qipao to select from. Expert guidance from owner on what would look best and how to accessorize. Patience in direction at photo spots in local area. Highlight of our Hong Kong Stay! Owner was very friendly and flexible, felt like going out for a photo shoot in the city with friends. Highly recommended.

The ladies were great! There is a large selection of dresses and they provide heels to wear. They also do your hair.

It was a really fun trying out the QiPao and props. The shopkeeper kindly allowed us to stay slightly beyond the closing time.

This was like part of the highlight of our mother-daughter vacation and it did nothing to disappoint! The building was relatively easy to find with google map (if I can do it so can anyone else) and the place is like a hidden paradise in the old building. The photographer and her mum were extremely friendly and easy going, allowing us to take time to select and try the cheongsams, helping is to select with as much excitement as us. Do note that the sizes may run to 5XLs but my mum who is a size S/M need to wear an L. The 5XLs would like be suitable for UK14 and above (stretchable) dependent on your body shape. My mum was extremely happy with the photos and we had a really great time. If you are afraid of dogs, they have the sweetest 9-year old poodle that is very well-behaved (and photogenic). Highly recommended!

so goodd.. nice person.. much collection for qipao and cheongsam, but for men suit the size its just for small and medium.. but the photo very good.. its very satisfied ??

i highly recommend everyone visiting Hongkong to book this. the place is very picturesque. i love the rustic look. it's very stylish & traditional. the qipaos have good fabric. the owner is very accommodating, friendly, and considerate too! we were late by more or less an hour from our schedule but she and her mother never showed us any rudeness. she provided us more information on how to go to the next place we were supposed to meet & other stuff. she also has an incredibly cute tiny poodle! i love them! ??

Excellent experience, highly recommended. The place was spacious and cozy. The owner/photographer was very competent, friendly, and helpful. She taught us how to pose, how to dress, and where to walk. Her mom was even there to help me fit the different qipaos properly. The outdoor shoot felt like a tour with a very nice local friend who happened to be taking good photos. If anything, it was Klook that was absolutely horrible at coordinating. When I had any questions about the place, Klook just parroted what was on this page for me with no helpful information. They also wouldn’t provide me with the contact details of the studio directly. The worst part was the booking time. When we booked, we WERE NOT asked AT ALL what our preferred time was. Despite being night people, we figured that the information on this page meant that we had to arrive at 9-11 am to do the outdoor shoot. We rushed all the way from Kowloon side, braving the rush hour traffic, just to make it at 9. Then, when we arrived, we were told by the owner that Klook had made arrangements with them for 12 noon! Apparently, Klook does not ask customers for their preferred time (only their preferred date) but sets its own time with the photo studio. What a hassle! The studio did its best to accommodate us since we were already there early. But we had to make lots of adjustments to our schedule because Klook had made time arrangements without asking us. Still overall a very worthwhile experience, but make sure you double check all the small print Klook sends. We were lucky we weren’t rushing for a flight or something that day. A big thanks to the owner for being very understanding! A few tips for people booking the outdoor shoot: 1. The package includes hair styling but not makeup. Plan to do your own. 2. They have shoes one can borrow for indoor sessions, but do bring your own shoes for outdoor shoots. 3. Allot time to find the building. It’s not particularly easy to locate. 4. Be ready to walk A LOT! The shooting route includes lots of staircases and being on your feet for a whole hour or two. We would gladly try doing this again!
