was great

Good fun but way too many people/students while travelling during school holiday consider to wait an hour at least for each ride.

Life saver

Arrived to massive ticket queues. Bought online received confirmation and ticket emails within minutes. Enabled us to jump 45min of queuing. I highly recommend!!!!!

EASY EASY EASY!

Bought tickets day before we decided to go to Universal, received confirmation within minutes and received the e-tickets not long after! Just showed the tickets on our phones at the gate and that was it! Super easy and super convenient!

This pass was super easy - everything was emailed over quickly and we didn’t have to wait to buy tickets into Universal at the gate. Plus, Harry Potter world at Universal is a must do. I recommend if you’re only going for one day that you also buy an express pass, the lines were really long on some rides - so much so that we opted not to do them. I.e. 2.5 hours to do one ride is a waste of time and money.

The tour operator didn’t send through the tickets, tried to call them and ended up costing me a fortune on phone bill, kept on hold for ages. Ended up having to call Viator, after being on hold for ages they finally managed to send me through the tickets. Wouldn’t recommend buying from here -save yourself the phone bill and get the tickets at the gate or from Universal online.

The pass was great as we were there on New Year’s Eve. We went around the park before leaving and coming back for the party. Worked out great for us.

We’ve booked using Viator as first time customer because we thought it’s a reputable brand under TripAdvisor. Our friends insisted that we book using Klook because they had a previous bad experience but being a previous TripAdvisor employee I loved the TripAdvisor brand and want to support it. We made the payment and all in advance and was hoping everything went well. We even had the email confirmation of payment and also downloaded the Viator app. A day prior to the Universal Studios schedule, we were checking our email on the supposed voucher/E-tickets that never arrived. We called the customer support hotline and spoke first to “Rain” and was put on hold for about 20 minutes and was promised the E-tickets. However upon checking on the actual day, we still have not received it. So today we called the Customer Hotline again and spoke to Alex, who was extremely helpful. He made sure we received the tickets. However we were still on hold for more than 30 minutes under the cold winter waiting for the tickets to be sent which was supposedly sent way in advance. We’ve incurred more roaming fees than the cost of the ticket calling the Customer Support twice and should have either listened to my friends and booked on Klook or booked direct. We made our JR Pass rail bookings on Klook this trip as well and We never had any issues. Escalated this to their higher management but no reply. Got ignored.

We focused on the wizarding world and it was amazing. But within the whole park there are no vegan meal options except for some side-dishes and very few vegetarian options. At least there is the possibility of leaving the park after getting a special stamp so you will be able to return after having eaten something anywhere outside.

Universal studios is fun in every country. If you've been to Singapore or America, they are all quite similar. The best ride by far is the Jurassic Park ride.

I never received the tickets as promised from the tour operator. I emailed and called the tour operator repeatedly with no response. I called Viator the day before the event and was promised a resolution in 12 hours and never heard back. The date came and went with no tickets. Still no refund 2 weeks later.

We found universal a little underwhelming. Harry Potter world is the only reason to visit. Needs to update attractions. Rides refer to 40 year old movies. Terrible. Also they need to cater in international tourists. Attractions only dial Japanese. Well not recommend.
