1. Slow entry due to line up at registration even though buying online using Klook.. Not Klook fault, but Afamosa itself.. 2. The locker only can be used once. Token function at locker (old system) allowed only for opening and closing the locker's door.. plan wisely your bag management because you can not open and close as many as you wish the locker unless you buy the new token for new locker (very old and bad system.. supposedly using new system that required user to enter password so user can use locker to open and close as many times as their wish).. 3. During my trip (25 July 2020), a lot of things there are close or under renovation such as big ice cream.. quiet dissapointed.. 4. Afamosa is very old water theme park.. the stairs used to climb are rusted. The management should take action to renovate those things.. it can be dangerous.. 5. The kids playing area is very small.. 6. Overall, it is fair experience. Enjoyable but will not repeat again.. Thank you

It was such a fun trip. Many slides we can play. At the river also have wave that we play many times ❤

We enjoyed play the water slide at the park. Although 2 slides was closed due maintenance, the big cone ice cream slide was awesome. My kids love to play at the wave pool and lazy river. If you come with family you can rent a cabana around RM150 (weekend). Overall we all satisfied but the food price was quite expensive.

Food is around Rm20, with drinks. The portion is big and the taste is not bad. The changing stalls and toilet could be better. The Lazy River's water is kinda dirty but its fun since there are occasional waves

It was soooooo exciting and full of challenging slides. The kids also enjoyed playing at kids adventure side. Such a memorable, cheerful and unforgetable experience with my family. The entrance fee is affordable

It was a good idea to purchase the ticket in advance from klook. We can skip the long queue as we went there on public holiday. Recommended!

Price is klook is much cheaper than walk in rate. There is a special redemption counter for online booking. So convenient and cost saving.

Booking with klook make our journey more easier because we don't have to queue at the counter to buy the ticket and it's save our cost too. A famosa is great place to visit.

great experiences! it's a good place to bring your child below 12 years because you can see the excitement in their faces. the phase where they willing to discover new thing. but too many pool is closed and we only manage to play fews only

-Please improve washroom facilities . Too bad conditions there. -parking area is not suitable. Too far from entrance . - very poor management

In general condition for this water park is acceptable at local level. Booking and payment with KLOOK make it more easier and cheaper for budget traveller like us. Water park surrounding is considered clean with some decorations, even water quality for one or two attractions can be questionable. It still worth it to have fun here with your kids if we not too compare with other popular and famous local water parks in Malaysia. To he honest i'm quit surprise that this isolated water park still survived until today with recent condition. I will five 4.5 star if they able to open all attractions during my visit.

Some of the slides were closed, wave pool was closed as well which was a disappointment ): however ticket redemption using Klook was very easy and convenient, highly recommended!

Great but needs to be improve on the maintenance. Overall I would prefer sunway lagoon. Few attractive slides.

Great place not easy to get to if you don't have a car.

It was nice experience and we enjoyed our day in this theme park. Definitely we go there again soon.

environment is good and the place is clean. We had fun there. Hope to improve on the event in cowboy.

Around 1.5hours drive from kuala lumpur. Not worth the drive in my opinion. Most of the main attractions are closed or under construction when we went. Safety are also questionable. No supervisions from staff and not many life guards. Equipments to go on slides are for rent, meaning seperate payment. Would recommend going to other waterparks instead.

Some of the rides were closed and there were only two stores that sell food. Not a practical place to bring your children.

It was very fun to A Famosa Water Theme Park especially with a large group of my friends. I really appreciate all the moments. All the slides are exciting especially The Big Ice Cream. It just that High Speed and many slides were closed (maybe construction) which quite disappointed me. But it’s okay, I really have fun there.

Very old and run down place. There is a height limit for kids and weight limit for adults. Will not be coming again.

Didn’t have the opportunity to go over there as my travel dates changed! And even though, I’ve sent my new dates, couldn’t have the opportunity to change the date at all. Quite frustrating

Easy to book and no hassle at all to redeem at ticket counter. Just present the printed voucher and the staff will print out the ticket for you.

We don't have a good experience to this theme park. We are expecting that since we booked it online, everything went smooth and fast. In reality,they kept us waiting for about an hour cause they don't know how to transact the klook voucher. Sending msgs to their boss, checking my email for the voucher (take note i have already the print out and it is with them),the girl assisting us all of a sudden transferred to other window without saying anything then other girl attending to us. The food is overrated for the price of rm19. Nothing so special.The one time use of locker only to open or else buy again 3 tokens for rm18??? Resort floating device with rent and deposit of rm15 each???It should be included in the entrance fee. Ive been to many theme park in different countries but this one is really making money to think that facilities are not good at all. Old and dirty. Will not go back again. Very bad experience.
