Bukit Gambang Water Park

Avoid queuing especially on public holidays. Park was fun but a bit boring for older kids. Definitely needs an upgrade

Worth to go.my baby love to ply in this pool.i should buy 2 days instead 1 day ??.not enough time to play all the game. Definitely will come again to this place. Make sure its not in raining season if u don’t want to be freeze ??

affordable in price and earned discount when purchase in klook apps. since the park just reopened, some mess is understandable . in overall , the experience is fun .

We had a very great and valuable time in this water park. The attraction in this water park is awesome and the price is reasonable and affordable for everyone. Changing room is clean and comfortable.

Good place to bring your kids The food was great The facility was very nice. So far I enjoy the theme park and will come again later.

Worst experience ever, full of people, no planning, water is yellowish, need to que long even though have bought the tickets online. I can just buy the ticket there

Alhamdulillah.. all went well.. But, not satisfied with the tiket service. Eventough I bought online, but still need to queue. They suppose to create 1 or 2 lane for those who bought online ticket. Split with walk-in ticket counter.

I spent a memorable day at gambang water park with my family. Happy to return again in the near future. I would love if the management of gambang water can improve the facilities and maintenance area since it will be quite wasteful for such a place could not maintained the good service and facilities in the future.

Just OK. The place not well maintained. I must say ur safety is at risk. Workers/lifeguard not well prepared. In case of unlikely emergency I don’t think there are prepared (based on observation of attitude & attire). They were on their phone while working, improper work attire like wearing flip flop, vaping, slow in handling the crowds.

gambang management need to improve handling the online ticketing issue during public holiday ,we need to wait 1hour to get the ticket before enter the themepark. staff need to be more displine in work not smoking while customer waiting their turn. need to improve the cleanliness. overall activities are average.

Very good for kids. It was not a big place but really fun to have timw there as we can explore the place easier and faster rather than keep walking like a famosa. The only i regret is i booked through klook but still have to queue with people who stay in BGRC

So regret buying the tickets online. The price in Klook is 24.50 (‘it all price RM28) but when I go to the counter, it’s only RM18/ticket. So sad that I didn’t call them to ask for the rate first before buying it online.

Nice waterpark. 3 areas for kids and my children enjoy it so much.

Exhausted. Although Gambang Water Park is relatively small compared to other water themepark like A Famosa, we still have fun riding all those slides repeatedly. Nice memory to end our 2019.

I bought adult ticket @33 n child ticket @25 via klook. When I reach gamvang water park found that walk in ticket is more cheaper. Felt disappointed.

It is alot of fun.. my little ones loves the pool for the kids.. the family raft is kinda cool although it looks thrilling.. water slide its sooo much fun for the adults.. not so big, but just nice for an asthmatic person like me..
