It's totally worth it for the price. Their foods are good enough except their desserts. You can enjoy 360 degrees view from there as well. Going up itself is quite expensive, so you better go with that voucher.

Ticket redemption process was smooth. It's worth for the price. You'll get a stunning 360 view of Penang. Unlimited entry is a bonus, but you have to plan your timing as it will be crowded. best is visit 545pm

What an amazing place! You’ll get 360 degrees of view from the observatory deck but my favourite one will be the rooftop / rainbow walk. It does make you feel like you’re on one of the highest buildings in Penang and the view is spectacular! I don’t mind coming here over and over again from time to time.

It’s was so fun actually ! For the first time i was so scared to steo the mirror ? but it was so beautiful because i can see the whole of penang island . It was so so beautiful. If i came penang island again , i will repeat this ?

Nice experience in this super low season of holiday, not much people come. We come at 5.45 PM & back at 7.30 PM but the sky still bright ? the view was soooooo nice.

Firstly, i want to said you wouldn't feel boring here as so much activity and fun inside top komtar, beside there is various food and nearby shopping mall.

I went to The TOP Komtar with my Mum last night. I could say that it's on my number one list in Penang. The best time to go there is right before sunset. You have to go through several points before reach 65th and 68th floor but fret not, the staffs are there ready to escort or show you which way to go. Overall, I'm a happy visitor.

Glad to know that Malaysia has such an attractive tourist spot where you can enjoy the adventure, Penang nice city day & night view. It really take your courage to walk at the 68/F height glass floor. I did it, bravo!

Great experience and super easy to redeem the tickets. The Skywalk is a perfect spot to view the entire Penang, my friends and I went during night time, and the night scene is so beautiful!!

I was a little bit confused on the closing time as I read it’s 8pm /10pm, actually 65th closes at 8pm while the open top closes at 10pm. The views was really good and you can hang out and enjoy the sunset without anyone bothering you. Best time to go is after 6pm to avoid the heat.

Amazing Experience with Klook, super easy to redeem tickets and great discounts. Komtar is a great place to spend your evening, we went super late at around 9pm and had the entire place almost to ourselves! Great place, would recommend 10/10.

The experience is nice especially the part where you can walk on top of glass. It also recommended if you go there around 6.30 pm so you could watch sunset and feel the experience in daylight and nightlight.

The Skywalk is one of my most enjoyable moments in Penang so far. I arrived at the building quite late at night and it was surprisingly almost empty and dark, or maybe because nobody would visit it that lately. The staff also told me that my tickets include admission to the observation desk which had closed already. The description didn't state so though. Anyway the process was fast and as soon as I guided to the top, I felt in love with the skywalk. It is unforgetable to watch the night sky and the sparkling city from the top together with nice music played. Don't miss it if you travel to Penang!

A lot of attractions to see and enjoy, best place spending time for family with children.

Klook ticket redemtion was super easy. The whole family enjoyed the activities. We get to see the fish being fed. The children got to drive the kids version of bumper cars many times. Even my 5yo could drive it. No need adult company. Tech dome was a hit for the kids. Staff were very helpful. Remember to bring socks if your children want to play in the playcentre. Rainbow walk was an eye opening experience. We stayed till night time, so that we could enjoy the night time view too. Highly recommended

One of interesting activities in Penang but not so awesome for me because the skywalk is so narrow. The view is amazing but the glass not so clear, there are lots of scrath( maybe made by tourist). But making purchase in KLOOK is really good deal, the original price is 68 RM, so expensive. Thanks KLOOK for giving the best price.

Make sure to avail Skywalk and the entrance on the activities, we enjoyed a lot, so much fun as we are amazed on how they incorporate science esp. in the tech dome. The view at the skywalk is pretty amazing. Try also the Mirror Maze and Jurrasic Research. Good thing that we were able to book via KLOOK!

Komtar added 3 levels and can get a good view and pictures at the top but very quiet. Good education on durian and very nice aquarium !

Must go place with kids. The sky line is beautiful and the promotion package allows us to play most of the attractions. Nice aquarium

Prebooked Klook tickets for the Top. Very busy as we went on New Year’s Eve! Wonderful atmosphere. Amazing views from the top . Lovely little restaurant up in the sky. Amazing fireworks display for bringing in the New Year!

Personally love the tech dome gallery so much,it helps to recall a lot of knowledge about physics,biology that we learned during the school time.Besides, the 360 degree night view from the Rainbow Skywalk is awesome and unforgettable.Last but not least, the aquarium inside is very creative and unique. I love the way they are putting rooster bowl, coffee cup and so on in the fish habitat.

Easy redemption. Spent almost whole day here but most of the adventures inside are for children. The skywalk view of city is awesome especially at night. Should pay a visit if coming to Penang

The TOP is renovated with a lot of ares for tourists to play with, including the 65/F viewing area, 68/F viewing area with glass floor round bridge, a lot of moving dinosaur models, mirror maze, ball pits, tamporine, aquarium and other games. The full package is recommended

Kids will love this place. Plenty of activities to keep them occupied. Especially the Jurassic Research Centre and Aquarium.

the package (rainbow & the top view) was a good scenery to watch. a worthwhile experience to understand & view penang better in middle of the town. it covers 360 degrees view with a guide tour assisting all the way. better view than viewing it from penang hill (bukit bendera)

There are many parks we can play in the top and it's unlimited. Children love the dinasours Park so much. We were lucky to watch a special show by the characters from the park. I love the transparent skyway, can view the penang city on day and night time. We spent the whole day in the top. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Spectacular view, reckon better view during sunset. Windy up there. Simple drinks and foods available with ample of seats for you to chill and enjoy the scenery.

It was great, we went during the weekend and we had to queue to get the wrist bands, but we had the time to do all the activities. We started at 13.30 because we wanted to be at the top during sunset which it happened. It was really good time, make sure to let yourself enough time at the tech dome if interested in technology and science. It takes about 2 hours at ease to see everything and test it.

The place is amazing, we had a lot of fun taking pictures and view from the top is amazing. The entrance to the building is good specially (the I love Penang sign) and was shocked when they show you the short film and suddenly screen opens at the end of the film. I strongly recommend to visit this place if you are visiting Penang.

Fast and easy to redeem the vouchers. Just make sure to print out the Klook vouchers to make the whole process smoother. My advise is to visit during sunset time. Nice view of Penang from the TOP. Definitely, will recommend this.

Walking on the sky bridge was a unique experience. You have to wear special socks. Great view. Be prepared to spend a whole day there. Kids will love the places included in the fun pass too.

Refreshing and frightening to go out on the rainbow skywalk. But the view is amazing. Enjoyed the sunset and good view of Penang from the top. The TOP also has good adventurous activities. So I highly recommend this especially if you have got kids

Very beautiful view from the observation deck on the 65th floor and the rainbow bridge on the 68th floor. The lovely girl at the box office exchanged a mobile voucher for a ticket without any questions; I did not have to print it.

One of the new attractions in Penang. There were a lot of activities, local restaurants and souvenir shops at ground floor before u taking the lift (took 90s to reach!) to 65 floor. The view is magnificent, especially u r tourist who visit Penang for the first time. There is a bar at 68 floor if you want to enjoy ur drink with this nice view. It is a nice trip and strongly recommended for others.

The TOP is simply one of the best activities at Penang that must not be missed. The combo Fun Pass is especially highly recommended as with a little extra, we get to play so many other activities. Kids will love this play so much till refused to leave. If you get the fun pass, please prepare 1 whole day just for this place.

price was super worth it, we spent the whole day at komtar from noon till closing, even then time still wasnt enough! the kids love the activities available, indoor playground, "science centre" what is being known as tech dome, and especially the "jurassic park" experience was superb! surprisingly not many people, so we kinda have a lot of space to roam about, no worries about long queue. there is merrybrown fast food too. ended our day/night by being at the once tallest building in malaysia and enjoyed the view. will definitely visit komtar if i go to penang again and hopefully this fun pass will still be around

Nice view from atop of the tallest tower in Penang. Entry process is smooth. I recommend to arrive at The Top main lobby at around 6PM, so that you can stay at the observation deck longer and enjoy the twilight. Be warned though, the Rainbow Walk will be closed in any sign of drizzle, so check the weather forecast before planning.
