Very pleased with the convenience of collecting our car and the quality provided. The GPS was easy to operate by entering the phone numbers of your destinations. Car was quite energy efficient too. We drove 600km in 7 days and the petrol top up at the end cost us around S$90. Return process was easy with clear instructions provided by the vendor. All in all a very satisfying fuss free experience to complement our trip.

Smooth journey

Thanks to it to make our journey smoother, some of the waiters can communicate in Chinese, and the navigation is easy to escape. In the end, we can only use mobile phones to navigate, and the trunk is big enough to fit 3 suitcases.

Very convenient to pick up the vehicle - free transfer from Okinawa Airport to the pick-up area. The only inconvenience is the airport drop-off is not available 24hrs, so I had to return the vehicle the night before my flight, and catch a taxi on the early morning for my flight.

Car rental is a must if you want to tour Okinawa on your own. The car provided is in good condition. Highly recommended.

Collection and returning of car is fuss-free. There is flexibility in the collection and return locations - they don't have to be the same which works out well for us. Rates are cheaper compared to if we booked from Times Rental website directly.

It’s easy to find the place to board the bus at the airport. Staff are helpful and friendly and spoke English. Instructions were simple. Car was in good condition and new. Only thing is the gps was not in English. We used our own google maps on our phones.

Super worth it, we wanted to book another day at the rental shop when we reached but it’s way more expensive! Also, much more convenient to reserve beforehand so you’re guaranteed a car plus can collect it straight after you land. Staff there are very helpful and nice too :) also already includes basic insurance so that’s a plus!

The whole process from the pick up at the airport to driving off with the rental and returning it is very straightforward and smooth.

The car rental company is very professional and does not waste too much time, but the car rental member must first prepare a hotel business card, and will need to fill in the hotel phone number. I should spend the most time looking for hotel phone numbers on the Internet. Drive down about one thousand Taiwan dollars

Good price. Easy check in. Ideal locations with good centres to collect car. But allow sufficient time upon check out if car is to be returned at airport. Time to re-fuel and to locate the place to return the car and catch a free shuttle back to airport terminal.

Good service, car is clean. They provide a list of mapcodes for tourist, location for petrol stations, car return location as well as a driver guide booklet.

I did not have to get to the location stated at the airport, as there is a rep from the Times Rental Co. standing just outside the arrival hall. Much more convenient then stated. Staffs from the Company were friendly and professional. Car was a good drive. No issues faced.

Five-seater Times car rental fun

The car is very new and very easy to drive. Next time I will change to rent a petrol electric car to save fuel. The phone settings for navigation cannot be used. Later, I entered an English address.

Very good deal. We chose to pick up at Naha airport. Once you exit out after collecting baggage, look out for the guy holding a card that says Times Car rental. Don’t exit the building. He will look for your booking and direct you to the shuttle bus area. The staff aren’t very pushy with the upgrade. Easy process and clear instructions given. We returned the car at Asahibashi branch. It's a short walk to the monorail station.

Convenient maximum CP value

The customer service was temporarily changed. The Okinawa return location was changed immediately. The only drawback is that the international return location is completely inside the D-PARKING parking lot. There are no signs at all. You need to take a parking ticket to enter the venue to see several car rental companies. But I still ca n’t return it

We stayed at Double by hilton Naha city for 1 night. Next morning, it took us only 5 minutes walk to pick up the car at Times office. Car was new, clean and very economical in terms of fuel consumption. Highly recommended for a family of 3.

I am very glad to meet a Chinese speaking service staff, the pick-up speed is very fast! There are also videos for providing relevant specifications. After you fully understand the process of driving, it is also very reassuring! Reasonable price ~ worth a few more times??????

Renting a car and driving in Okinawa is definitely a more convenient way to travel around the place. We picked up the car in Kokusai dori, then dropped it off at the Airport shop. No problems encountered at all. Staff was very friendly too. Highly recommended!

Because the plane is late, you can pick up the car directly in the international pass in the morning, you can make full use of the time, which is very convenient.

Very good, convenient, fast, self-driving in Japan, rest assured, Okinawa's drivers are very polite, so very safe.

Had a bit of difficulty finding the TIMES car rental booth upon arrival. It is actually located at the domestic arrival area but everything was great from the bus taking us to the car rental venue (just a short ride 5mins) and the whole process to getting the car. Service at TIMES was excellent as the person explain each and every step on using their GPS and make sure we know how to use it before we set off! No communication problem too as the staff can speak good english.

Highly recommended for anyone who wants a self drive in Okinawa. Their prices is very affordable, car is basic and also very well kept. Collecting of the car and returning is very simple as well. Staffs are very courteous and very efficient. Paperwork is also fairly simple. Staffs also are able to communicate in simple English. Only setback is that they do not operate 24 hours.

Collection and Return is seamless. Very fast and easy. Japanese are very efficient and waste no time for their customers. Highly recommended for trips in Okinawa. However set back is they do not have 24 hours return shops at airport like the big labels Hertz and Avis. Will definitely recommend anyone visiting and wants self drive to hire from them.

Great and fast service! I love how you are able to collect your car from one location and return to another, very convenient. Staff is very friendly and some speak English. Love the car! Very smooth and driver-friendly. Everything in great, price is also good. Make sure to top up 1,100 yen/day for super safety package which covers 100% everything including serious accidents. Otherwise, the price already comes with safety package insurance which covers bodily injury/ personal injury, property and vehicle damage. Other additional costs includes petrol, which is not bad - 140yen/ litre and one litre usually can run about 16 km.

the vendor approached by Klook is very good ---> TIMES rental. There is free TIMES shuttle to and fro Naha Airport, very convenient. The car is sparkling clean and well maintained. The car also come with very good safety feature and gps. Very comfortable for first timer to drive in okinawa. The rental agency also provide quick briefing before taking the car, especially some basic road rules in okinawa (that might be slightly different with other countries). There is also a basic inspection of the car to check for the car condition before accepting the car. Advisable to take photos and inform the staff for record purpose before taking the car. car collection place please note is 11B instead of 11A. (11A is mentioned in the klook confirmed voucher)

Highly recommended. Upon arrival at airport. Staff from Times rental hold a board and wait for us. And gave us a ticket so we board the bus and they send us to times car rental. When reached they called by the ticket number and staff can speak in English or chinese and explain well to us . And we add 0 excess . And we rent a 8 seater and they gave us toyota Voxy which fit 6 adults and 2 kids with free booster seat and infant seat and the staff are really nice. And as for car return its easy and fast too. And even help us book a cab to hotel.

very easy to register, collect and return the car. doesnt come with ETC but we dont actually need one even if u travel up north. easy navigation and you can buy the zero excess package at a reasonable price from the company during pickup.

Convenient to rent a car in Okinawa! Our flight to Singapore was at 9am. We drove to airport and check in our luggage first. We were able to return our car at 7.45am and took the shuttle bus back to airport at 8am.

All very straight forward. We were lucky with the pick up as we were served straight away. 4 more parties arrived after us and they would have waited for a little while as one person serves one party from paperwork to getting the car from the car park to beeping that party out of the car park. The return was super easy, just drive up, show them the refueling receipt and off we went.

The company provided exact location of where to find the booth for the times car rental. They shuttle you to the area which was not far at all. The wait was not too long but it can be depending time of the time of pick up. There was an English speaking receptionist which was extremely helpful. She was very pleasant and provided outstanding service. I would definitely rent there again

Must have if wanting to travel further than Naha as the monorail doesn’t run beyond the city. The GPS system worked great, you just need to enter in a map code or phone number for your destination. The Times Car Rental staff were also friendly and helpful.

Actually, the pick up from the airport was not as busy as I thought. We were able to pick up the vehicle in about 20 mins after we arrive at the pick up center. Typical Japanese nice service and car was in good shape. Will definitely do it again.

We got the Mazda Premacy which is pretty nice and spacy! It came with 2 automatic sliding passenger’s doors which is a bit confusing when you accidentally open it at the same time.

It’s time car rental, the price even lower than ordering on the official site, after using the coupon and credit card promotion, it’s very good in price. Overall service is good , few place for pick up and return, quick response with explanation in English and Chinese. Our car is 5 seats Nissan. The navigation is doing fair , map code is working good , while we can’t search the place by using phone number.

It should be made aware in the website that the car rental is based on 8 am pickup to 8 pm return and not on 24 hours pickup and returns. Otherwise, everything is excellent. Staff is very professional and the airport transfer is very smooth and efficient.

good price and easy process to pick up and return the car! i was given a Nissan Note with only 13K km in the odometer. just remember to bring your international driver licence otherwise they will not let you rent the car!
