It was our last destination of the trip to Bangkok. The location was great — easy to find. When we arrived, the staff served us some snacks. We enjoyed them a lot. The massage took about 2 hours and 40 minutes as far as I remember, including manipulation, machine, hot stone, etc. The staff were super kind and did their best during the service hour. The level of manipulation was moderate — not too strong, not too weak. And the final course was another refreshment. It was overall relaxing moment at an incredible price!!!! I wish I could go there once again.

A very decent Thai wide massage chain in the Market Mall complex. We did their 90 min Thai massage in a Thai massage style room. It was clean and everything set out (clothes to change into, slippers, hangers to hang your own clothes) for a stimulating Thai massage. The therapists were very experienced in doing all Thai massage twistings and turnings. The mango sticky rice at the end is a nice indulgence and treat after a wonderful massage. I would rather do it in a Letsrelax than some off the street place in Soi Sukhumvit.

Let’s relax is a popular massage chain in Bangkok and it’s my second time to visit it! There’s many locations to choose and so it’s very convenient to pick one nearby my hotel. I was having a great time with nice staffs! They offer me a welcome drink and the mango sticky rice after the massage. :)

One of the best massage experiences I’ve had in Thailand. let’s relax is a chain and I would say they are not the cheapest but also not the most expensive. Their packages are more than this on random street corners but their facilities are very upscale and their staff is very professional. They experience here is like that of a 5 star spa. The service is unbelievable great and you will definitely leave relaxed. We really like the Branch in the Ginza Thonglor. Be sure to make an appointment ahead via the phone to avoid having to wait. They speak English very well if you are unable to speak Thai.

A very convenient massage place inside the Terminal 21 mall. Located on the 6th floor which is easily accessible from both the mall and the hotel. They give you a small cup of tea before and after the massage. Very relaxing.

Perfect way to end our trip in Bangkok. I highly recommend this before going to the airport. We got more than what we paid for! They’ll give you free mango sticky rice after your massage session and there’s also free drinks. We tried their branch in Thong Lo. Their staff was accommodating (except for the receptionist who didnt greeted us upon arrival and before leaving the place), this is definitely one of the greatest experience we had in Bangkok.

Great service. I waited not too long and many filipinos work inside the spa. The one who entertain me was a Pinay but the one who gave me a massage was a Thai. I got a dream package, its more on pressing and no need to undress. The sticky rice taste good ♥️

Went to new branch at Hotel Nikko Thonglor, bigger branch for massage than Grande Centre Point Sukhumvit 55 hotel, just it doesnt have onsen section. Pleasant quiet rest area for mango dessert. It’s a really good experience right from the start you walk into the shop. First, we were served cold pandan tea before proceeding to the room for the thai massage. The 2-hour massage was very relaxing; the masseurs were skilled with the right pressure applied and the room was infused with essential oil. We were served mango sticky rice and hot tea. This is the first time I tried Let’s Relax. They have many shops with good locations. I’ve tried the one located at the Terminal 21. The environment, decoration and atmosphere were great. All staff there showed professional & friendly. The pre-drinks & post-desert were wonderful too. It’s good recommendation by Klook, especially the great discount...worth to try!

Wounderful time well worth it and super easy to set up after you buy the voucher you do need to go I person or if you speak thai to book the slot. But was easy walked in walked out the day before and got our time slot no problem and we as a couple were together the whole time was a very romantic experience.

This was our first time to have visit Let'ｓ Relax. We went directly to the shop to book a time slot before buying the vouchers, after checking w their staff! We successfully booked for the same day. When we finished the massage and left around 2pm, we heard that all time slots were booked! We were so lucky! The massage room was clean and tidy, massage experience was wonderful, we especially like the aroma and tea there. The staff was nice and friendly. Everything was great, the ginger tea in between, even the mango stick rice dessert was tasty too! Just the shop was super busy, that you may need to spend some times in the mall to your reservation time.

Went to the Phaya Thai branch. The service is best and the ambience is relaxed. Staffs are friendly and they are concerned on the pressure they applied during the massage. The welcome drink and the mango sticky rice is superb. It is hassle free when signed up the package with Klook. Highly recommended.

We went to Siam SquareOne branch. The place was very clean. They have one section where they sell cookies, tea & some herbal products for body; and we ended up buying some cookies & tea afterwards. We were served with towel & tea while waiting for our massage therapists. The massage session was good! Afterwards we were served with mango sticky rice. I suggest to email at least 3 days in advance. We emailed 1 night and the day after we went to another branch to check if we could have it done there (the place wasn't on the list though). We told them we haven't got any reply to our email and they ended up helping us making a call to the Siam SquareOne to confirm our booking.
