The location is easily accessible. There is a bus stop outside of the hotel with buses going to city. Service is good too.

Have stayed here several times as we love the location and it’s accessibility. Always liked and selected the river view room. Comfortable bed and room with minimalist design. Would definitely come back again! :)

Cindy displayed superb customer service in acceding to our request for the amenities we sought!! was given the highest level to stay in!!:-) Breakfast was really good and the lobster laksa is a must try!!

On 15th May my family and I checked in the hotel a day before the Covid restriction. The hotel counter staff upgrade our rooms to river view sight with no extra. We still able to have our dinner at the 4 point eatery using our $88 credit. We still have extra for a home service supper. The next day due to the restriction we enjoy our breakfast in our room. Quite an amazing experience during the Covid time.

Good service both from hotel staff and restaurant. room service kind of slow. requested for an astray as I requested for a smoking room and it took them 6 hours to get the astray delivered. overall the stay was good. recommended.

Stayed here during the Covid period, didn’t use any facilities as they were either closed or too crowded. The $100 credits were very easy to use as we could use it for in room dining as well as the eatery just located within the hotel, mookata ala carte buffet. Bed was really comfy and toilet was clean. Staff were friendly and supportive during this trying time! Hang in there Singapore !

Went there a days before new year’s eve, room was much nicer and luxurious than expected. Room service was speedy and food was good. Window views were great and it was near town which is always a bonus!

We had a great time! Had option to check in early (9-10am), got a slight room upgrade (higher floor + bathtub) which was more than I paid for (Deluxe room). Due to Covid, bookings need to be made for mealtimes at the level 1 dining area, and we weren't informed to/didn't catch that we had to make a booking for dinner too, so ended up ordering the food as room service (same price and menu anyway). Food came pretty quickly and it all tasted great! Pictured are the Lobster laksa, Beef horfun, and we also got a Caesar salad with smoked salmon, mixed berry pie (which I didn't like but to each their own) and an apple pie. All are quite ex if you don't have the dining credit but it was a treat lah so nevermind. We went for the American breakfast set the next morning and honestly the white bread toast was not toasted well at all but overall not bad because we didnt need to leave the building lol. The bed was insanely comfortable and we slept SO MUCH. Service staff were all super helpful and polite, would totally come back again! Had the option of express checkout at 12pm, just dropped the keycards in a box and left.

Second time here. Hotel staff accommodated our last min date change request. Were given high floor connecting rooms and early check in. Corner room is slightly smaller. Rooms clean and comfortable with strong aircon & bathtub. Pillows too soft. Adult pool is clean. Food at the eatery were hit and miss. Laksa, chicken satay, American/pancake breakfast are good ??. Beef horfun was overcooked. Breakfast nasi lemak rice no taste at all.

definitely a great choice for families with kids! Allow 3 kids aged 8,5,1 to be in one room with 2 adults hence I choose this hotel! it is with great value for this package! 88 credits and we ordered a 2pax mookata and ala carte of all meats we top up like $20. oh yes! u need to book the time for dinner too. book the pool for next day as by the time we check in at 2pm there was not many slots left for the day. went to the pool at 830 to 930am shower and went for our breakfast booked at 10am. the breakfast is really nice! complimentary for kids below 5. we were all so full it was like for brunch. gave us late chk out at 1pm. the kids enjoyed themselves very much! only disappointment is I requested for a cake for my hubby they only gave a card and a packet of popcorn. hence I ordered a cake from the eatery to be sent to our room as a birthday surprise for him. overall a great staycation! ? do not mind coming back... not sure if they have bigger rooms ? than the Premier room.

Went on Labour Day. Many people checking in but process was quite fast. there was an area for ppl to wait and cream puff were served. there were staff helping to answer questions to quicken the check in process. Got upgraded to a river view room, which was nice. Room was decently sized. only issue is sound proofing. totally no sound proofing so can hear everything happening outside the room. toilet was good, water pressure was very strong. utilised our dining credit for mookata dinner and room service breakfast. both dinner and breakfast portions were good. taste was above average. pool was small and needed to book.. nothing much to shout about. try to book early to avoid disappointment. same for breakfast. I didn't manage to book breakfast at the restaurant so ordered room service. food arrived in 20-30 mins. dinner also had to book. all in, a decent stay in a decent hotel with good service.

The stay very good and comfortable. Booking of swimming/gym and even breakfast are easy with QR code. The front desk are friendly too. The food at the eatery very yummy especially the lobster laska. However there is no complimentary parking and need to pay $8 for multiple entry till check out which still ok for the price. Overall the stay is very enjoyable and will come back to stay again.

It was such a wonderful stay here. Booked 2 rooms to celebrate my grandpa birthday and requested connecting rooms prior to the stay which the hotel staffs fulfilled :) Service provided was excellent as staffs were super friendly and helpful! Both my grandparents and us were satisfied with the stay and would like to come and stay again AHAHAH One thing to add is that the breakfast portion was super big and all of us could not finish it but its worth it. Also, we were lucky to get a bathtub in one of our rooms since we were told initially that it was subjected to availability on the day. If you want to get a good room its best to go early as we went there at 1+pm and it was already super crowded with long queues just to check in.

Using the 88credits, we had 2mains at the restaurant and room service with 1 main. There are many restaurants around the hotel too. Stayed at the 19th floor and the view was great. Remember to request early if you want to have a bathtub, as there are limited ones in the hotel. Breakfast was okay but late checkout was good!

Worth to get the 2D1N package that comes with breakfast for two & $88 dining credit at Four Points by Sheraton. Hotel allowed early check-in at 12pm & check-out at 1pm. Checked in/out process was smooth. Room is clean & spacious. Toilet is clean too & the shower spray is very powerful. The deluxe room with king size bed has a long sofa seat at the window where we could sit there comfortably & view the scenery outside.  Got to exercise at the gym & swim there. American breakfast was good as compared to nasi goreng. We used the dining credit for baby lobster laksa & Bak Kut Teh for dinner. The laksa gravy was very lemak & sambal chilli was good. Very tasty laksa. Bak Kut Teh was good too but could be less salty. Service is good at the Eatery restaurant. We used the balance credit to order 1 grilled pork rib for next day lunch but need to top-up a small sum. The rib was excellent. On weekday, there is a promo lunch at $14.80nett for a main dish + dessert (choose either blue berry pie, apple pie or 100ml haagen-dazz ice cream). Worth eating though the dining credit doesn't apply to this promo lunch. A pleasant staycation at Four Points by Sheraton. ?

Booked 2 rooms on weekdays using 2 Singaporediscover vouchers (plus top up cash about $200) to celebrate my parents birthday. Fast & non fuss check-in. Happy that hotel accomodated our request of high floor connecting rooms. Staff were friendly and helpful. Early check in at 12pm and late check out till 4pm is also a bonus point. Room is clean and spacious with bath tub. Booked a slot to swim at level 5 in the afternoon and I am the only guest there. I guess because it is non peak period, there were not many guests around. Used up the $88x2 vouchers for dinner for 7 adults. Food selection limited but portion huge. I feel thirsty after eating dinner. Breakfast was very sumptuous. After breakfast, we had a leisure walk along the Singapore river. Hotel is located about 5 mins drive from Tiong Bahru and Chinatown. Overall, it was a good staycation.

To be honest as someone who loves travelling, there is nothing wow about this hotel but the food and the view is awesome. I didn't get the room view that i wanted but I am overall happy with my 1 night stays here eventho there is a problem with my room door (door not able to read my card). Oh ya the staff here is friendly too and location is wise is great, By car will be less then 10 minutes away from orchard getaway, 313 Somerset etc.

Hotel had accommodated early checkin request, and the process was fuss free. Room was basic but had all the essential items. No minibar but snacks are available at vending machine with convenience store prices. Swimming pool is small but kids enjoyed themselves. There is fitness center which we didn't use. Package came with morning breakfast for 2 and a SGD88 credit for F&B (note: eaten mookata dinner with 2A2C and we still left some credits to spare). Location is not exactly prime, but we enjoyed taking a stroll along the river side. Overall quite satisfied with the value-for-money staycation.

2nd times stay but this time the room wasn't cold and end up the staff change a room for us... 1st time breakfast you can eat till full even is set meal but end up can't top up... Still preferred 1st time stay room service dinner, the pork chop is excellent but this time don't have and we order others lo... The staff Candy is helpful to help us with our booking due to some emergency issues... Appreciate!

Four point by sheraton should be rated as a 5 stars hotel and not a 4 stars hotel.All the staffs from the reception to the staffs from the eatery restaurant provided excellent customer service to me and my guest during our staycation at the hotel. The room was so spacious, the food and beverages served were so delicious and well decorated. Thank you for making our staycation so happy..

Was a great stay. Prior to the stay, their staff called to offer me early check in. Was pleasantly surprised by this gesture, which means that I get to enjoy the facilities more. Check in was a breeze and staff were friendly, courteous and made me feel at home. Only downside was that the food in the restaurant was a little on the pricey side, but taste wise was pretty good. Breakfast time at the restaurant was a little chaotic. Please bear with the service staff as the restaurant was full. However, they were still very friendly even though they were pretty flustered by the many orders. Overall an enjoyable stay.

Very happy with our stay in Four Points Sheraton. I booked 2 rooms and requested for connecting rooms with high floor and nice view. Hotel staff managed to accommodate all my requests. Even received a call if I can check in earlier. I guess this is due to the current pandemic situation - Staggered check in timing. Food was good too, strongly recommend to try the lobster laksa.

Worth getting this package with $88 F&B credits. We managed to check in early at 11am (emailed them 2 days in advance) and late check out at 1pm (called them at the reception on the check out day). They were very kind to grant our requests. We also got to swim on both days (check in and check out). The downside was during dinner time, only 2 staff were managing the eatery.

Newly refurbished hotel with many variety of foods to choose from their hotel Eatery. Great place to stay for Staycation. There are also many eateries opposite the hotel.

The location is convenient and the hotel is clean. The staff are very friendly and polite. Check-in and check-out are very smooth. Food are great. Try the nasi lemak free breakfast if you can take spicy. Small lobster (clay fish) laksa is great too. Order with $88 dining credit. My girl and I will come back again. good and affordable staycation near the clarke quay vicinity! very smooth check in, the whole process only took 5 minutes, the room and toilet was clean, and we were given late check out at 6pm! the 88 dining credits were very worthwhile, because we ordered 3 dishes on separate days for room service (lobster laksa $25+, char kway teow $22+ and seafood aglio olio $28+) the room had a nice view of the river and the amenities were good too! the pool required booking beforehand so we did not get to use it but overall everything else was very good!

towels and water are provided for the gym. even swimming pool there's lockers and also sauna kinda experience and towels available. but everything requires booking. it was a great experience so far for me

it was a great experience, great view, great accompany, location wise take a bus will reach Chinatown mrt with 2 stops. quoting around is quite easy. nearby we went to the Riverside to walk as well and to take pics. lunch we had outside the hotel. so dinner we splurge more for dinner at mookata. while the leftovers can be spent to take away cakes and pastries. we davao matcha cake. which taste very very niceeee

it was a great experience, they let us check in early. the hotel called my mum and tell her say we can check in early in the morning. we went there at around 930 to check in. one of the room was upgraded the view was great. mookata was great with a view of Riverside. 88 dollars worth of dinning and breakfast was ?and awesome. the swimming, and gym, and breakfast all need booking

overall a nice and decent experience from this hotel, requested for a early check in and they allow me to check in at 10.30am which is very nice of them! they have accommodated my request so I'm quite happy and even let us stayed until 3plus pm before checking out! Food was okay, but kind of pricey for example, the chicken chop was $19 at four point eatery and $22 for in room dining and the laska was $26...Breakfast such as American and pancake set is more worth it but still a nice experience from a 4 star hotel location wise is a bit unconvenient for us as thr is not much of food or malls to walk around the hotel..

Pre check-in communication via email was very fast. I requested for early check-in and they promised if available. Check-in process was fast and smooth. We checked in at 1pm and room was available. About carpark, it was $8 per entry, Remember to tell the front desk so that they can give you complimentary unlimited entry but they will only charge one time $8 to your room. They gave us 2 tickets and enough for us to drive out to Great World city to shop and one ticket for going back home. Front desk were friendly and greeted us warmly. Because of cny, they gave us oranges and red packets. So sweet of them. Room was decent, new and cosy. We were given 15th floor ,non smoking room. We scanned their QR code to book for our gym, swimming pool and breakfast slots, all are easy and user friendly. Gym was big and new, basically only 2 of us. Swimming pool was a small one but they have one steam room. They gave us one box macarons knowing was our anniversary. So sweet. Meal wise - We booked with the $88 credit so we had our dinner at the eatery at first floor. please note that the $88 is only for eatery at first floor or in room service. We chose some side dishes like satay and calamari, main dishes bak ku teh and nasi goreng. Satay and calamari was very nice!! We love the nasi goreng too. Expect some waiting time as they serve all food together. The dinner came up to $100 plus a bit, so just top up a bit more. Quite ok with the credit and food were not bad, quite nice. As for breakfast, due to covid there is no buffet. They have a small slip paper for you to tick your breakfast preference. Only one set per person. portion just nice for a person. We like the nasi Lemak. Overall stay was great. location is good as we drove there. You can also walked behind the hotel for some drinks, bakery and also 7-11 there. We strongly recommended this deal - eat, sleep and rest .

Recommended short getaway in Singapore with the Rediscover Vouchers. Did an early check in, it was easy within 5mins with clear explanation of the package. There is an $88 dinning credits per room for us to spend at their eateries. The stay itself includes free breakfast too. Would say it is worth the money, the room is also spacious with long sofa for resting. In-room dinning is also available with $2 extra charges for all items. Didn't try the in-room service, but with the food and quiet environment, worth trying.

Four points is a good stay and their customer service is great. Whether over the counter when we checked in/out, having our meals in the hotel restaurant, to their room service, they made it a point to make sure all were at the most comfortable level for us. Food was awesome, the lobster laksa, the bak kut teh if you prefer soup (on the expensive side, so you may want to choose something on the menu that will worth your money better), and the house pour!? We have used the facilities too, swimming pool and there's a gym too. You have to book a slot because of covid situation now so that there won't be a crowd.

Had a good time here at Four Point @ Sheraton. The amenities were good, although not completely spotless, it was still quite acceptable. Pool facilities were easy to book. Room was very spacious and was glad to be allocated a room with a bathtub & wonderful river view. The food was acceptable, nothing amazing but not nasty. But definitely worth it with the $88 dining credits. We enjoyed the mookata by the river for 2 pax and the laksa was pretty good too. Used the voucher to order some in room dining but do note that because of covid measures, they now come in takeaway packaging instead of traditional in-room dining plating. The presentation does do something for the experience so you might want to take note of that. Otherwise, dining at the four point eatery is not bad too. Overall, a really worth it experience for a fuss free and value for money stay.

I used my SRV vouchers and got the $88 dining voucher with deluxe room stay. I can highly recommend this experience. Room: the room was spacious and really cosy. I requested for a bathtub and they managed to grant it to me. The room was well equipped with TV, hairdryer and comfortable bed Food: although I must say the food could definitely be better but the $88 dining credits made up for the lack of quality. I would recommend the mookata set! Service: the front counter sent a set of macarons as a little gift for my anniversary as I had told them about the special occasion so kudos to them for that! Moreover, I came during off peak so there was no queue at all for check-in. Amenities: I used the swimming pool and it was really easy to book using a QR code. A little small but will do!

Check in was fuss free and stay was pleasant. Yoga session was held indoors due to the rain but was fun and came with healthy juice after the session. Able to dine in at the four points eatery with the dining credits as well and was overall a good experience! Nice to take a walk by the river at night and can take a slow stroll all the way to gardens by the bay

Very pleasant stay 2D1N. Checked in 2pm , check out at 12.30pm (: hotel room view was awesome and my family enjoyed it very much. $88 dining credits was fully utilised too! You can order supper / dinner while staying. Food was average, but we appreciate the quick service of in room dining! Check in was a BREEZE! Got our keys within 5 mins! Good job to Sheraton!

Value for money with the additional $88 credits. Room design dated but spacious. Not the most convenient location but makes up with reasonable $8 parking fees for unlimited entry/exit throughout the stay, thus able to move around freely.

Check In: Seamless. We checked in at noon and got our room. Even at 2pm the check in queue was max 4 in the line. The hotel staff managed the queue very well. Room: we had the premium room with the view of the singapore river. Very nice view. The room is cozy and comfortable. Food: The food was generally very nice. We booked the 7am slot for breakfast. So had a comfortable and quiet breakfast before the crowd came where they have chosen the later timing. Food service: there was some hiccups. We deduce that the staff are new/part time. So some of the orders were messed up etc. So you could see some angry hungry faces around but the staff are trying their best. Overall: we had a great and relaxing time. Good way to spend family time together. After all the eating, we walking along the river and admire the sights

Smooth transaction in the morning. Hotel called earlier to check if i can check in early as 9am. Haha. Too early for me thou. So i reached hotel at ard 11am. Check in was smooth. Room was clean. But did'nt manage to get a room with bathtub. Its ok for me. The room was clean. And not to forget the $88 dining credits. It worth it.

awesome experience, was worried about booking because many reviews and news reported hours of waiting. we waited for about 5-10 mins from the moment we entered the lobby until we received our card. (weekday stay). spacious room, nice big window, clean, comfortable. dining credits can only be used in inroom dining and the Four Points Eatery on normal priced items, easy to understand. dine in food portions were huge. convenient to get to Clarke quay/Chinatown/raffles place shopping centre/funan mall/bugis etc. all was great.

Best service, smooth check in, no wait, no delay. A shout out to Ben at the meal reservation desk, he ensure all our meals booking are spreaded out to ensure there is no jam. Massive effort from hotel management to ensure things are flowing in order.
