A second disappointment. We got this mainly for Dolphins in Paradise but was told by the merchant that it was seasonal, when nowhere in their website stated that particular piece of information. Without Dolphins in Paradise, you can get Whales in Paradise from any other merchants and the rest of the activities are not worth the amount paid for the pass. Got a refund after a week’s (literally 7 days straight) haggling and back & forth communication with Klook and merchant.

Not really convenient as you need to call and pre-book. Also, the card offers basic package and normally an upgrade is required.

Very convenient, and with many options to choose from, we save quite a bit of money for the entry tickets. I recommend Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary, Catch-a-crab tour. Best value for money!

This is really value for money! We visited the currumbin wildlife sanctuary, hardrock cafe as well as the Southern Cross Day Tours: Mt Tamborine!

Nice iVenture card. It is useful and so convenient . Recommended to all users. I applied for whale watching , glow worm tour and seafood buffet for 3 attractions . It is worth for the money . For the glow worm tour, u need to book in advance and AUD25 extra charge for each person . The tour guide is funny and nice . Should join the tour

Managed to utilize the Iventure card for 5 amazing activities such as whale watching, springbrook tour, aquaduck, wildfire sanctuary and putt putt golf. All easy redemption with the card.

Worth the value if you join a few attractions. it is easy to redeem. after purchased the klook voucher just need to key in the 10 digits activation code at iPass check-in website and download the iVenture pass. It is easy to redeem, no need to print out the voucher physically. some of the activities need to do advance booking via email.

Recommended as it is very value for money. Used the iVenture card through out my trip. Especially useful to use it to book for day trips. The only tricky part comes when collecting the card, took some time to locate the actual collection point.

we went to catch a crab using iventure card.activate the card online and show the QR code when you visiting the attractions.take note,for some of the activities,you need to prebook I order to avoid disappointment.

easy redemption at Paradise center. We book on the spot jeboating and pay $25 extra per person for the springbrook nature. overall is still a good value purchase if you intend to visit several attractions.

Used in Gold Coast, very convenient to collect the card as many locations to collect from. There was a communication error as cards were not at the booth and the person spent a lot of time figuring out where the passes were. Some activities required advance bookings and there were some mistakes& issues but still managed to do the activities. Felt that passes were very worth it and rather great experience as problems were solved by the staff

The pass is very useful. Yet, many of the activities do require pre-booking and no online reservation is available. It's suggested to do the pre-booking at your home country since some of the operators are pretty full on their schedule.

Convenient and easy to use during my tour there. The process of card exchange was done promptly. Will use it again during my next visit!
