Drivers arrived early and were polite and professional. The vehicles were clean and spacious, which are great given the very congested traffic in Beijing.

we arrived midnight in beijing so we decided to book this service as I wanted to guarantee our safety and avoid the hassle of language barrier and getting lost in the wee hours. it was very convenient. our driver was there waiting for us with my name. had water ready for us in the car. he used a translator to communicate with us. highly recommended esp for families who would like to travel conveniently. the rate versus the taxi is way higher but it's well worth the conenience. for our trip back to the airport, we just took the cab.

perfect for those who will arrive late at night so you dont have to worry about the crowded bus queue and the hassle of looking for your didi/taxi ride to downtown. driver will wait for you with signboard at the arrival and will help you out until you reach your hotel reception.

It was a little difficult to find the guy at the airport cos there were so many people holding signs. We eventually found him. Very good driver. Great price.

i was a bit worried because we didn't received any driver's confirmation but the driver was on time at the scheduled time holding a klook sign. the car is big and clean.

The driver is on time, can understand a little bit english and he trying to communicate as well with google translate voice, the car was clean and good and big for 2 people. He has an initiative to call my room number from the receptionist once he cant reach me thru wechat. (I sent an email to klook when no one contact me a day before and I share my detail room number) please be aware if you go to daxing int airport, you have to pay additional charge (because he said it is double far from the old airport). I dont have any more yuan so he accept dollar 45 USD (300 yuan). a bit surprised actually to pay more but its ok. luckily I prepare the dollar.

Fuss free and driver is already there when we are out of the passport control area. It will be good if we can establish some form of communication before the flight. Overall still recommended.

Convenient transfer for our group of 7 with many baggages. Got picked up with a name sign. Driver do not speak english but is not really a problem since they will be confirming with you your booking and destination on a mobile system. Navigating around China’s big cities with advanced transfer booking is recommended.

Our flight was delayed on 1.5 hours, but driver waited us (until 4:00 a.m.!) and he was very friendly and cheerful. He waited us in arrival lobby with my name on big card. It was no problem to find him. The car was excellent - big, clean and comfortable. All way was in 40 minutes (from Beijing Capital Airport to Tiantan). It was very good decision to book this trip!

Jimmy did a great job looking after us, he was at the airport with our name sign to wait for us. Pick up was easy , would not have make the arrival easy without his help. Highly recommended

Must book for its convenience and hassle-free transfer from hotel to airport or vice versa. The driver arrived on time and is very helpful. The driver is easy to locate at the arrival hall as he is holding a Klook banner with my name on it.

Perfect for when travelling with heavy luggages and children. The subways are convenient but some old stations are notorious for not having escalators or elevators. With this transport service, we were picked up on time from our hotel straight to the airport by a very friendly driver who drives carefully. Totally recommending this service.

seamless experience! our driver, mr lin, was easy to find upon arrival at the Beijing airport. he was also very friendly and provided recommendations on things to eat around our hotel. departing Beijing, arranging the pick up was easy as he was very responsive. would really recommend this for bigger groups.

The vehicule came on-time and it was a smooth ride. As Beijing traffic can be really bad, it is better to book at least 3 hours before your flight departure time.

Our driver arrived 10 mins before the said time and he was really nice. Didn’t get any details regarding the driver but no worries because they will show up. Car was also clean!

The only thing I don't like here is that there's wasn't contact info of the driver beforehand. I contacted Klook customer service the night and early morning for the driver's details but they promise that the driver will be at the hotel lobby to pick us. True enough, the driver was already there at the entrance of the hotel waiting for us. It's a thumbs up for this kind of service!

Aside from the inconvenience that we experience because we had to transfer car because they made a mistake. But otherwise we had a great time because they upgraded our normal van to a mercedes van. Great ! Thanks !

Easy to use. Once you arrived at the airport, someone will wait while holdinb a klook card outside the arrival exit. Our driver Mr Yang is very nice and helpful. even thought he does not speak english , we still can communicate through app translater

When arrived, driver was there at the airport waiting for us with name board. I have took Klook airport transport many times and doesn’t have an issue. Only this time when arrival, driver was abit like shocked/annoyed when he saw we have 2 pieces of 30” luggage and 2 pieces of 20” luggage. Then I told him I did mentioned in the booking and he said he wasn’t told. Before I book, I did checked with Klook agent as I afraid cannot fit into normal car but they told me should be ok as the cabin can be placed in front of the seat while two big luggage behind. So he went on with the booking but on the way to the car park he kept on nagging at how big our luggage and might not fit. I think Klook should check with the other side of the party to ensure they briefed the driver. I felt so embarrassed when he kept on talking in the airport like why I bring such big one. Returned journey was alright. The driver was very polite but he tried his best to fit the luggage in and even helped us the put the cabin bag in front. Overall it was good just abit drama for my arrival trip.

Driver came on time eventhough it was very early in the morning. When you booked transportation services from Klook, make sure you get the driver's contact number at least 1 day before, and DO NOT hesitate to chat klook when you didn't get one. Do not assume that everything will be in order, particularly when you order for early morning or late night transfer, you really need to make sure to have the driver's contact.

Highly appreciated the convenience of having someone to pick us up from the airport upon arrival after midnight. The van was clean and very comfortable with captain seats, and the driver safely drove us to our hotel.

The driver was waiting with my name written on a "Klook board" upon arrival. He took over the trolley of bags and walked us to his car at the parking area. Drove into the city and showed us Tiananmen Square views at night. Dropped us right to the doorsteps of the hotel without any issues. Car was very clean, driver courteous, pleasant ride. We landed past midnight. This transfer offered an ease of mind on transport to city at this time of the day. A normal taxi was said cost RMB130, thus we are paying more than the norm. However, we are happy with the service because they are 5 of us with 4 luggage which a normal taxi will not be able to fit. And trip back to airport was also a breeze.

Although there wasn’t any sms confirmation the day before, the driver who picked us up at the airport was punctual and he was holding the klook signboard with your name on it.

The van was spacious, clean and new. The driver were punctual, he arrived 10 minutes early and helped with our luggages. As our stay was in the hutong and bit difficult to park large vehicle, he managed to find us and sent us safely to the airport. We are glad we chose Klook

The arrival transfer was great. However, for departure transfer, we had an unfortunate minor accident whilst on the way to the airport. The driver hailed a cab for us and paid for the ride to the airport. Otherwise, both cars were clean and comfortable and the drivers were very nice.

I booked a roundtrip transfer from the beijing international airport to our hotel and the trip was smooth and hassle free. They doesn’t really speak english however they are using a translator app in order to say something to us. They arrived a little bit earlier than the designated time which is somehow good since you don’t have to wait for a long time. Overall, they offer an excellent service. Would highly recommend. Thumbs up!

Really amazing. Once we reach Forbidden City, we could just show our passport to enter. Really great experience.

Mr Zhang took us from the airport to hotel and brought us to Tianjin and gubei watertown and tour around beijing. He is a skillfull driver and knows the roads and traffic well. We reached our destinations ahead of time. Highly recommended.

finally get to meet Flower in person. She is very patient and friendly. was told to meet at the roadside but we are really lost! so sorry! trip went smoothly. expect a steep climb of 50 to 80 metres after alight from bus. its hard to walk the steep stairs, luckily we disnt op for the slides! cable car is a good option. dont think we can climb to the top within the time given. beautiful view and not as cold as i thought. lunch was delicious. thank you Flower for the well planned trip. its really worth it!

The bookings has made arrival and departure a seamless and comfortable journey. Both the driver who picked us up was friendly and polite. Mainly mandarin speaking though and was very informative through out the journey by sharing some to the must see sights when you are in Beijing, If you are traveling to Beijing, would highly recommend this service.

Fuss free and reliable drivers! Both round trips completed without any hiccups. Arrival: Driver will be waiting at the gate with a klook sign written with our name. Departure: No confirmation messages was given prior, i called Klook china to enquire and they mentioned they did not receive any cancellation from the operator company but the customer service officer went the extra mile to check and provided me with the driver's details. Very satisfied with this purchase. I highly recommend this as it will save time especially during winter time.

Hassle free experience! We booked a van even though we are only 5 persons, this is because we had a total of 6 luggages with us. Nevertheless the service provided was excellent. Will book again next time.
