Tainan Chimei Museum Permanent/ Special Exhibition Ticket

I was actually a little scared and wanted to say if I would be deceived, but I went to the Chi Mei Museum to confirm the order and quickly let me clear the special exhibition and the regular exhibition together. There are also discounted prices and very cheap and very cost-effective.

The Chimei Museum is a wonderful attraction to visit and it is best to reserve a half day to enjoy everything that it has to offer. The parking isn’t free (too bad), but there were many parking spots and it was very close to the fountain area. We arrived around 1:30pm and there were a few small groups of high school students on a field trip. The surrounding of the Chimei Museum has a lot of offer as well, but we didn’t have enough time to enjoy it. It’s a huge park with a pond. You could basically spend a whole day here if you enjoy the outside as well! The ticket exchange was quick. I would recommend getting your tickets at KLOOK.

Very good visit experience

Booking and picking up tickets are fast; the museum exhibits are great! It is recommended for those who like museums to stay for at least 5 hours, otherwise they can't finish it. Come again next time! !

This is one of the most beautiful and aesthetically pleasing museums I have ever been to! The park outside is beautiful as well with a large pond-like area and scenic areas for picnics and strolls.

The amour and weapon exhibition are great! I think that is the most interesting part in the museum. The arts and musical instruments part just normal. Is better to visit Europe if really wants to have amazing one.

We saw the light and shadow exhibition. Plenty of artworks for admiring and taking pictures. We like the interactive nature of the exhibit and staff were very kind to explain the philosophy and background of the pieces. Definitely worth a visit even for the layman.

Pretty wild experience

From when I first approached along the avenue of trees, sculptures and over the European-style bridge I knew this would be quite something. The museum itself has a mixture of interesting (shadow art, sculptures, fine arts, music) and boring (natural history) exhibitions but the incredible spectacle alone makes this worth visiting.

Entering made easy upon purchasing from Klook. Lots of exhibitions to view, which you can easily spend close to 4-5 hours at the museum.

A 10min walk from TRA Bao An Station. Thoroughly enjoyed the temporary shadow exhibition. Worth to get both permanent and temporary combo tickets.

I’ve been to dozens of museums around the world and this is one of the best - surprising given its location. The building itself is a gorgeous looking monument, basically a palace. The gardens are also beautifully designed. The collection is also surprisingly great and all items were maintained very well. The presentation and explanations were also informative and creative. Really a must visit when in Tainan.
