worth to experience! will repeat since my daughter love animals. The animals also look enjoyable, for the nocturnal, some of them are sleeping. Suggest to go on weekdays if you guys love a little privacy because there are too many visitors on weekend / public holidays.

This is our second time buying zoo negara tickets on Klook. Easy transaction online but the process of getting the physical tag from counter means we will still need to line up. Zoo negara should. Consider updating the ticket system like other theme parks. The zoo experience itself is ok. Kids had fun esp at the panda center/safari and Elephant sanctuary. Truth be told the others parts are quite rundown. Probably caused by the previous MCOs.

It’s really easy to buy from Klook. Price cheaper from other application or walk in. Animal shows temporarily closed due to MCO. You can bring your own food and lots of place to sit. Overall it’s a good experience.

Weekday zoo de tour

Bringing kids to the zoo during weekday. Surprisingly, crowded yet manageable. Zoo is bit run down but still a good place for kids to visit, especially during school holidays. Buying tickets through kkday, sure good deal compared walk in. You need to buy few day advance to avoid any unpleasant experience (not received ticket).Thank you kkday!

The ticket using klook is cheaper than walk in and registration at the counter is very fast.A very nice experience for a short vacation. take almost 2 hours to complete view all the animals.unfortunately ,no animals shows due to covid 19.worth it for take kids and spend your ample time!

Worthwhile family package which is much cheaper than over the counter. Go earlier so that it’s less hot. Bring hats and mini fan, sufficient water and some snacks. For children who dislike to walk too much it would be good to bring a stroller. It took us about 3 hours to finish the tour. We don’t get to watch animal show as it is temporarily closed. Most of the animals are sleeping or not moving around, perhaps due to hot weather, quite slim too except the hippos.

Very easy to use this application. But, I am not satisfied with the accomodation at Zoo Negara. No enough space for parking, not friendly environment for baby and etc. I hope the management team will provide the best accommodation for your customers.

Such a nice place to having a time with your family or your loved ones. Great place to spent time. The animals so cute. The place very clean. Easy to parking. You can bring your food. Make sure you bring your own tupperware. I'm very satisfied. Will repeat it soon. Thank you Zoo Negara.

so fun! perfect place to go with to spend quality time with family and kids. Still need to que up but not for long. Bring your own umbrella in case of raining. Not suitable for elders, and the food is quite expensive.

Cheap price here in klook, and easier. No need to queue, straight away go to counter number 6 to redeem tickets. If you’re CIMB card holder, use CIMB card entitled for more discount. Worth the bargain, thank you!

A great place to visit with your family! Zoo negara is one of the best option to visit when you want to educate your child of varieties of animal on our planet. Despite MCO, the area is very huge and all SOP are implimented accordingly. Will visit again!

It was a very fun experience for me, my husband and my two-year-old! Though most of the animals that we wanted to see were sleeping (maybe because we came too early), it was satisfying still to see them - especially the two cute pandas! Will I go again? Sure, when my kid reaches three years old soon :)

First time at Zoo Negara and ended up spending more than 4 hours there! Was a good way for the family to head outdoors and get up close with the animals. Pandas are well taken care of but can’t say the same for the other animals. Love Klook for the easy booking and good value. I know it’s not Klook’s fault - had to wait long to redeem the wristband at the one counter for online redemption. There were instead 3 free counters for walk-in customers. Zoo Negara needs to do better in providing what consumers are looking for and not be stuck in the dinosaur age!!

I highly recommend to purchase online ticket via Klooks. Aside from online purchase discount, you also entitled to other discount such as CIMB card holder discount if you pay using your CIMB cards. For Zoo Negara, it was a good experience and stress relief to get back to nature by seeing the animal after stuck with MCO and of course a good experience and knowledge for my kids about animal where they able to read the information about each animals there.

Now PKPO so not crowded and its the best time to visit. Furthermore by paying visit to Zoo can help the zoo financially. Came out in news last 2 month the Zoo had financial problem to sustain due to the closure because of Covid 19 Pandemic . We enjoyed the walk.

Nonetheless some improvements needed especially on the timing and area of the animal shows - to be more practical to all visitors (you make half loop already of the zoo but need to come back to starting area where the shows are located). Penguin area need improvement as well. Overall - good experience.

Went to the zoo after a long time. Ticket cheaper if bought via klook. Easy to redeem . Free tickets for frontliners. Clean environment. Weather also good. Can take the tram if not up for walking especially if visiting with toddlers.

Went in the morning. It was a good weather, after rain stopped. Managed to get good pictures and videos. Staffs are all friendly and informative. Animals are well fed. Took about 2-3 hours walking leisurely to finish the whole zoo. You can take the tram too. Ticket booking and redeem process is straight forward. Very easy. Straight away to go to counter 6. No queue.

It was a good offer, came around 11+ and had to parked at entrance B which is quite far, but still there's a ticket counter. Queued for around 10 min before entrance, all animals are viewable except the reptile house is closed for renovations. Highly recommended to use online ticket, faster, cheaper and hassle free

we always enjoy our trip to zoo Negara, especially my daughter. our lucky time was to see Hippos eating since the first time we came, they just soaking in their pool. so easy to get tickets with klook. no need to queue at all!

Voucher is easily redeemed at Counter 6. All Zoo Negara Staff courteous and friendly. Kids had fun watching the animal feeding sessions and the sea lion show. Due to MCO, there were limited seats for the show, so queue up early and grab your numbered slots. Else you have to wait for the evening show. Had lunch at the Wild Restaurant which was ok. The panda centre was a real treat.

Tickets are easy to redeem. Fun times though some parts of the zoo needs to be better maintained. However, there's a lot of interesting animals around and love that the elephant habitat and safari section is completed which means the animals now have bigger areas to roam

Everything went well and the weather was so good on that day. It was an amazing experiment specially for families having children and family also want to spend a full day with them. It’s very huge and have all the species even animal. Quite a lot of different animals inside, clean and better than expected.Else walking around is good for us. Don't rush, spend a day in the zoo is worth of the entrance ticket fee.

It was okay consider that the price now included with the panda visit. A bit disappointed that I couldn't make it in time for the Animal Show due to the new SOP that limits the seat for the show. they should have made arrows on the road so that people won't get lost, and get to the direction they want to go easily. I had to make a 2 round walk to find some of the places. Some of the place was not well taken care of for example the butterfly park there's no butterfly, plus the repltiles section was close for renovation (from what I know it's been years that they try to renovate it but still under renovation). Nonetheless, I enjoy the Giraffe the most! they came when I called them that's the most memorable experience. Oh yeah, a good workout also!

great experience. you can see the animals clearly and closely. its been more than 10 years back since i've been there. many things that been improved. the best thing was Panda Conservation Centre. Feng Yi & Fu Wa is soooo cute. the Rimba Reptilia is under renovation so not able to go inside.

place is bit run down and need maintenances. lack of place to have proper food like a decent meal inside only can find snacks but would like to see seller of set meals like nasi goreng with chicken or noodles so the kids will have something to eat during lunch.... overall is acceptable but plenty of room to improve...

It was fun and not crowded. The only setback was that the surrounding wasnt well kept. Should think of an upgrade or refurbishments. Facilities are also not that many. Couldnt find any baby room. Could have include a water cooler for visitors. The Panda conservation centre was pretty up to date, stood out from the rest of the zoo.

The price is must cheaper than over the counter. We didn't get to the reptiles zone as it was under maintenance. Nothing much to visit as the animals were not really been taking care, except for the panda.

Pleasant experience however during mco everybody must que in one line no matter u bought ticket online or u buy ticker at the counter. Overall smooth journey during whole day. The animal also quite many.

Zoo visit in the new normal. social distancing was practiced especislly during entering, in animal show, in panda conservation center. Hence, less crowded compared to previously. Observed improved area for tiger where visitor can see closely the tiger from the glass bridge. Reptile house closed for construction. Overall kids enjoyed the trip, more than 90% animal shows in the map can be found present in the zoo

Cheaper and worth to buy the ticket online. The claim ticket process also very smooth. Please go during weekdays to avoid crowds. The staffs ver friendly especially at photography area. Malaysia is hot please keep hydrated and wear a hat if possible. The zoo is clean however some areas not proper maintained.

Bought the tickets last minute, the night before and get the ticket within 15 minutes. there's no need to line up to get in to the zoo.. zoo is not well managed due to less number of visitors.. the well maintained one was the panda exhibit.

Claiming for the ticket was hassle-free and they have a dedicated counter for online booking and Klook. we had a good experience,but Taxis cant get inside the gate of the zoo, so when it rained it was very incovenient. other than that, the experience for our kids was priceless.

Got the ticket at a bargain, cheaper than what we would get if we buy it at the zoo. Get to see a lot of exotic animals from another continents! There are penguins, camels, giraffes, and pandas! It's definitely suitable for a family trip. Too bad we don't get to see cheetah and elephant.
