it's a great experience i had in 2019. but due to some miscommunication we did not managed to see the dolphin and whale.

It was a fabulous experience to explore Turtle island. I enjoyed it :)! Thanks to our tour guide and boat captain to provide excellent service!

The whole journey was quiet as the operators do their best to locate the dolphins. After almost 2 hours of wandering on the sea in vain, we began to steer back to shore. The coast line is within sight and it is at this moment the radios starts to receive signals and the operator quickly steer the boat back to where the dolphins were sighted. I’m glad the whole journey ended with a beautiful school of playful dolphins. Will highly recommend this but just keep in mind that dolphins sighting is not guaranteed as we almost went back empty-handed.

Chuyến tham quan có hướng dẫn viên trên đảo mất khoảng một giờ, vòng quanh hồ, giới thiệu lịch sử và văn hóa ~~ Sau đó, chủ thuyền đưa chúng tôi đi đuổi cá heo ~~ Chúng tôi đã nhìn thấy rất nhiều cá heo ~~ Thật dễ thương ~~ Nếu thời tiết tốt hơn , nó sẽ đẹp hơn. Hành trình rất tốt đẹp

Hướng dẫn viên du lịch chuyên nghiệp đã giải thích rất nhiều về lịch sử của Đảo Guishan. Những con cá heo mà tôi không thể nhìn thấy ban đầu sẵn sàng đi ra biển mở cho khách du lịch, may mắn thay, tôi đã nhìn thấy chúng.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! If I could give this 0 stars, I would. Due to weather conditions, we were not able to tour the island; this I completely understand. However, at this point 95% or the boat’s passengers were already seasick. Due to the weather conditions, the crew/staff knew that they would not be able to “whale watch” either. They still went ahead and circled the boat on choppy waters for 1.5-2 hours longer which resulted in a full boat of passengers being seasick from others retching. In the end, they refunded us approximately $6 USD per person for “the island portion”. What a ripoff!!! Klook, please find a better agency to partner with as I’ve had positive experiences with all my other bookings otherwise.

Great workout

Great workout as we had to climb 1700+ stairs. Tour was in Chinese. Views from the top were beautiful. You could see the milky sea surrounding the island shores

3 hours to Turtle Island

Nice experience. The service was good and effective. One comment is that it should be clearly noted that the guidance is not in English.

Exchange the voucher in the booth and pay extra $100 per person, then they will show you where to get on the boat, best to arrive 30 min early. I took a tour around the Turtle Island and then whale watching, so lucky to see the whale in action and up close

GuiShanIsland

With hopefully nice weather and not high waves, it's not only an enjoyable trip by boat to GuiShan Island but also a very nice hike to the highest spot of the Island. As the trail leads through the forest, it is in the shadow - but nevertheless straight upwards step-by-step over 380 m. Comes with a rewarding view over the ocean to Yilan county, and the turquoise underwater springs at the head of the island. If you are more into dolphin and whale-watching: look for another tour specializing in this, as dolphins usually do not show up that often around GuiShan Island. Visits to the island are limited, and only possible in a group with a guide explaining the history and nature of the island - makes for an interesting day trip offshore Taiwan.

It is a perfect journey. Although the weather was kind of awful, however, it is lucky that our boat saw lots of dolphins during the trip. Additionally, the tour guide was nice and he shared some stories about the fishing family traditions, which made us surprise. To sum up, it was a fantastic trip and I think it worth to be highly recommended.

Tour guide is knowledgeable and well lead the group. I am enjoyable for the whole trip. 401 highland is more challenging than I thought, but since no press for time, you definitely will hit the summit eventually. Highly recommend this trip

Although I did not see the whales and dolphins, the guide's commentary was not bad, and I would come to whale watching again if I had the opportunity.

Unfortunately the presence of a typhoon nearby meant that the sea was too rough for us to visit the island. However the boat ride was excellent.

It was an awesome experience! The boat ride was wonderful, the island was spectacular, and the captain took a detour so that we could see the dolphins frolicking in the sea. The trip was superb! Klook did an excellent job with all the arrangements, they gave us clear directions to the pick up point and kept us up to date with changes Value for money and highly recommended.

The island itself was magnificent, even if the weather in the morning was less than optimal. Unfortunately, the tour is a hot mess. Who ever thought a crowded, group hike was a good idea? I was thankfully able to break away from the rest of the group, including during the "guided" portions of the tour I wouldn't have understood anyway since they're all in Chinese. I really wish you could just take a normal boat to Turtle Island, instead of having to participate in this nonsense.

Enjoyable afternoon

We did the three-in-one tour and it was an enjoyable afternoon of visiting Guishan, seeing the island scenic spots, and dolphin watching. The tour guides were friendly and humorous.

The day was bright and sea was calm. Very good guide too.

It was fun but I've had better dolphin-watching experience. In terms of the staff and personnel, they were very good and helpful.

Good boat with 2 covered open-air decks. So it was nice to sit outside and enjoy the scenery even though we didn't see any whales or dolphins. Going around Turtle Island was spectacular.

We had a fantastic day with Klook trip to Turtle Island. We saw quite a few dolphins on the way and the turquoise sea around the island was breathtaking! I would definitely recommend it!

The view was stunning on the top so it’s worth signing up for the 401 hike. The location of the picking spot is in description so you just need to show up and pay the 100 NTD fee and ur on ur way. THIS IS a group tour so you are not allow to wondering off on your own. Best to state this in the package description so customers are aware of that.

Really good trip! Saw so many dolphins and some flying fish, too! Got close to the dolphins, but very carefully to avoid harming them/scaring them The guide was very funny and knowledgeable(or at least, seemed to be - my Chinese is pretty patchy!) Although the sea was relatively calm, on the way to turtle island we spent about 90 minutes on the water, by the end of which a few people were a tad seasick. But there's a bathroom on board and they provide plenty of bags/water/tissues etc They also gave a small gift at the end for filling out a survey! Would definitely recommend!

The trip’s package was great. Tour around the island on a fury boat plus watching dolphins. Also have the chance to look around the beautiful lakes and tunnel inside the island. It’s good to have a tour guide when going there.

Meet up point ideally located just opposite the bus stop so really easy to get to from Taipei. We were greeted by a very friendly English speaking member of staff who explained to us that the trio was slightly delayed but then took us across to the air conditioned visitors centre where we could read about dolphins and whales while we waited. Shaded area was provided for you to wait to board the boat. We had perfect weather and the island look beautiful with gorgeous blues and greens in the sea. We were lucky enough to spot a full pod of dolphins but even without that the trip would have been enjoyable. The staff onto boat ensured we all had life jackets of the correct size and the boat was very well maintained.

The tour is great, but one of the course is quite demanding because you need to climb up 1706 steps of stairs.However, the view is excellent on the 401 highland. Overall, it is worthwhile to have the tour.
