Mutianyu Great Wall-Downtown Beijing Round Trip Bus Pass

This is our first time in Beijing so we are doing the touristy things. One of them was to see a portion of the Great Wall. LINDA of ZAN bus gave us a friendly welcome as we embark on the AC vehicle with other fellow tourists which were all Chinese. Linda was wonderful to give a bit of history of the GREAT WALL and what to expect there.

just show print out ez to redeem. guide was friendly and informative. just the instruction to go to the place bus where bus is waiting not that clear. coz its snowy and raining, bus depart bit late waiting for others to come in. maybe they also lost couldnt find the place. phone a must so in case u r lost u can contact the guide. smooth ride. overall satusfied. will use this service in future

ez process and the guide was nice. it was snowy/raining that time so to find the place bit difficult. need to ask group of people look like us waiting for bus whether they are on same boat, lucky guess. they met the guide earlier and were ask to wait there. later the guide came to lead us to the bus. bus is comfortable, ride was smooth, apple, the guide was nice talkative & friendly. during our time, bus fill up with south east asians so feel like home. overall ok will use klook for this kind of trip. here i give pic of the bus. screenshot from video

The trip was well organized. The tour guide speaks good English. The tour bus was clean and fairly new. The bus driver sells bottled water at a much cheaper price than on Mutianya. Mutianya was a great walk. It is very steep at certain parts (60 degree angle), but the scenery is stunning. My husband and child went past the restored station. They were athletes and loved the exercise. I was told that it was steeper and longer between flat resting areas, but it was less crowded, beautiful scenery and more authentic.

Although we had some trouble during pick-up, the guide was helpful and friendly. This was a better transportation option than having to find our own way there.

The tour guide was so nice. It made the trip to Great Wall easy and fun. ? You can get your lunch arrange by them too. The food was good! The only downside is waiting too long for other people to gather around. But ofcourse this is a join in tour, you gotta be considerate of other people :) Nevertheless, I enjoyed the tour! ?

It was a hassle free trip! The food served was delicious, I just hope that they will include serving spoons for the dishes because one dish will be shared by different persons :)

We really enjoyed our Mutianyu Great Wall experience. Flower, our tour coordinator, was friendly and accommodating. Language barrier is not an issue since she can speak English well.

Miss Flower is a well English speaking tour guide and took care of tour members well as everybody had reviewed before . No hesitation . I think no one would be disappointed .

Great Wall is the most visit place in Beijing. With klook everything is easy. In this season (January 2020) is very cold with snow everywhere..,We have Ms. Flower, one of the best tour guide for us. The guide was extremely knowledgeable, and gave us a brief history of Beijing and Great Wall. The guide was easy to spot outside the station, and everything was well planned. Pictures were taken after alighting the cable car, and guide was recommending us to walk up to tower 23 for the best view.

Everything went smoothly! The duration spent at the Great Wall was just nice and our guide, Flower, was very friendly and attentive. She was quick to help with any questions we had.

Great experience. There were far less people in the winter than any other time of the year. The restaurant Klook brought us to had good food. We didn't order the lunch package but we ordered fried lamb with rice on our own. (Restaurant picture below) Flower was a very helpful tour guide. She texted us the night before the trip to give us the details and gave us recommendations for where to go after the great wall tour.

We were provided with timely and specific information about the trip by our guide, Flower. She shared with us her wealth of knowledge about the Great Wall and she was quite funny sometimes which made the entire experience FUN and enjoyable. This visit offered an exhiriating view of the Great Wall. It was a tough climb but we totally enjoyed the experience. Hope to be back soon to visit another section of the wall.

Great Wall Trip is one of the highlights of our trip to Beijing. Our purchase from Klook of the roundtrip bus tickets and entrance made things a lot easier for us. Pick up was across our Hotel in Wangfujing. Our tourguide Flower arrived on the dot 7:05AM. She was very helpful, nice and approachable. She was very pleasing which is what we like the most. We purchased roundtrip cable car and then the skilift / toboggan ride. We had the wall to ourselves because there weren’t that much people. In retrospect, we would just get the skilift / toboggan and forego with the cable car.

Everyone reached on time and the bus was departed on time. Our guide Ms. Flower was very friendly and managed to speak in both chinese and english well. The great wall explore took about 3hrs and cable car rides was a must due to cold and snowy weather right up there. Lunch provided was variety but more towards salty and oily, you may skip this treat and probably choose subway sandwich for lunch, else this treat will be only choice.

It was an amazing experience and I met friends along the way. Klook planned the whole trip and it was very well organized. However, one thing I didn’t like is how we only had an hour and a half to see the wall. The people who arrived late and the constant head checking made everyone else have little time to explore.

Tour guide gave us clear details of where to meet on the assembly location. So we had a English speaking female guide. In all, the tour group followed her instructions and went smoothly throughly the tour. She briefed us at the foot of the mountain with the map of the hiking (in photo attached) before we go explore on our own. Recommend getting this shuttle service as it is affordable and convenient to use.

The guide, Bob, sent an SMS confirmation the night before and was punctual at the meeting place indicated in the klook instructions. He was helpful in sharing a bit of history about the Great Wall of China during the bus ride up to the destination and purchasing the entrance/cable car tickets at the ticket office for those who did not purchase them earlier. Thank you Bob!

We were provided with a transportation to the site, complete with admission ticket and cable car ticket too. Our guide, Flower was attentive and funny. The bus used to take us there also very spacious and clean. Recommend this package to for a complete hassle-free trip.

“Flower” is very nice tour guide. She can speak English well. The bus is very new and you can lean your seat while sleeping in a bus. The lunch banquet isn’t including in this package but if you want to join you just pay extra for 30 rmb each person which is reasonable price.

Bought the bus tickets package after seeing numerous good reviews about it. It was a fuss free journey. The guide, Flower, was very responsible to send me a message the night bef to remind me of the meeting time and point. She also went on to introduce some brief history of the Great Wall. No pressure to purchase anything from the shops as it wasn’t a shopping tour. We had time to do our own exploration on the Great Wall and met up with the rest before heading back to the city. There were 2 options for the drop off point, and she made it crystal clear to us. Overall, it was a good deal to get up to the Great Wall via Klook and thanks to Flower for a safe journey

Fantastic service provided, Super easy booking, Flower the guide is very friendly and helpful and she make sure everyone is not missing. The scenery is marvellous at Mutianyu. Just that the lunch is full of farm vegetables, healthy though.

Guide will contact you via WeChat by 20.00 pm night before trip. they ask me to wait at 06.00 am that too early morning. If you don't want to wait for an hour at meeting point. just don't ask for pick up and straight to meeting point. Tour was Ok nothing bad.an other thing driver will drop you off at National Art Museum Metro. Not Wangfujing area as tour described, so you have to walk around 20-30 minutes to Wangfujing.

The guide Flower is nice and have a interesting explanation for the China and great wall. Easy found the meet up point and everything is smooth.
