I bought the ticket on promo. It was really cheap! Only 99 the original price is around 200/300 if I’m not mistaken. You need to get the paper ticket first before you hop on the ferry. The ferry location sign is not clear, so I missed the ferry once because I’m looking for it. But I just need to wait another 30 minutes to ride another ferry. The ferry was really clean, with well-knowledge tour guide. Overall I am satisfied with it.

i get the voucher for very cheap thanks to my point. it was a big confusing for me because it was never the same boat. i never ride the green world hybrid boat hahaha. but except this it was okay.

The pickup location was Suishe, but the Green World crew helped us out and let us start on the Itaho side where we were staying. so nice!

Its rly nice. The view is beautiful, the boat is slow but that way you can enjoy every scene. Some of the workers nice and some arent. Tho its worth the deal. Its so much cheaper.

We didn’t have enough time to use the bike rental, so I would recommend to just take either one of the activities or get a 2 day pass.

Easy redemption at counter. Unlimited day pass for boat ride. However boat was a bit slow compared to others but not a problem as we get to enjoy the view more.

You redeem the voucher to get the tickets first. The lady will then give you a boat ticket and a bike ticket. You can choose to do the boat or bike first. I would highly recommend to spend me time biking around. Sun Moon lake deserves the title “top 10 most beautiful cycling routes”. I ended up spending a lot of time on cycling and just a quick hop on hop off boat. The boat is really nice and I literally took a private boat, yup, got the whole boat for myself. Highly recommend this package. For the bike, you can walk to the parking lot and then walk to the end of the road. The lady there cannot speak a lot of English but really friendly. She will give you a map and show you where to go.

This was the perfect way to see Sun Moon Lake. When I first arrived, I redeemed my voucher and went to rent my bike from the shop in Sheishe. They had mountain bikes and 'lady bikes' with a basket which was handy. The cycling path is very well laid out and there are plenty of stops where you can take pictures. I recommend that you arrive as early as possible (the bus to Sun Moon Lake arrived about 45 minutes late because of traffic) and start the day off with cycling the shorter route for two hours. Then you have the rest of the day (until 5:10pm) to discover Sun Moon Lake by using the boat to get to the different areas.

It is cheaper than buying at the port. Workers on the boat were nice and patient when I asked for some recommendations. There's only one place for booking the bikes, SuiShe, so choose one day to do the boat trip around Sun Moon Lake and another to do the biking. I strongly recommend it!

Sun Moon Lake is one of the best places to visit in Taiwan. It felt like a Ghibli movie setting. We biked around and there was so much nature!!!

We didn’t get to do the bike rental as it was only available at the area where we didn’t want to explore, but the boat day pass was super efficient and useful! Do subject a 2.5hours bus ride from the HSR station to Sun Moon Lake. Honestly the place is quite boring but great if you just want a chill day exploring! My advice is to skip the temple stop (stop number 2)

Very cheap for what you get! Especially the boat trip, so nice and you can even get your dog with you, that’s what I did. Loved it!

You have to walk to the end of the road, which is the start point of bike way to the rental place. It took us about 15 mins walk from the bus stop. The ladies at the shop were really lovely. Half day for the bike ride, half day for a boat trip were perfect for us to fully enjoy Sun Moon Lake!

The lady at the counter was super nice and explained everything about the tickets. Then, she gave us bike discount vouchers as well, and also introduced us to some shops nearby. Finally, the boat itself was nice, with a guide explaining some sights as we travelled.

Really easy to find the desk and redeem the voucher. The boats were always on time and the place is great to walk around. We bought the boat & bike combination but didn’t use the bike in the end after spending so much time walking but the bike routes did look worth doing if we’d had more time.

The counter staff bit unfriendly. Dint give us the correct info on how to redeem the bicycle and caused us spent some time to look for the bicycle shop. But overall still a nice place to visit

Value cruise

Was cheap compared to buying directly at the port. Even cheaper than tickets sold on Klook. Cruise is just like any other cruises available there with same route and service given.

Driver was excellent. He offered to drive to I Ta Thao cos he had customers to pick up there. Car ride from Shuishe pier to I Ta Thao was amazing as you could see everything comfortably seated. Pick up was pleasant. Be sure to have roaming data to communicate with the driver

It was a convenient transport from one place to another in the Sun Moon Lake. Plus we really enjoyed the bike rental because we got to really roamed around the area.

The staff were very friendly and give good tour advise on the ferry service as well as the bike routes. It would help greatly if you have someone who can speak Chinese in your group.

I enjoyed biking around the lake and the boat transfers. You must experience this when you are going to sun moon lake.

The green world ticket booth was easily accessible at the shuishe pier. We did not manage to use the bike as we did not have enough time. The unlimited boat rides to shuishe pier, xuanggwang and ita thao was more than enough for us to cover the sunmoon lake on a day trip. Take note of the boat schedule and plan your stops accordingly to maximise your time at the sunmoon lake.

Easy to locate and get tickets. Good thing is the company (Green Earth) uses hybrid boats. Downside is that it’s slower than others, but it allows you to enjoy the scene better. Some boats are better equipped with sink and water dispenser. However, there was no narration during the trip, something which according to our driver was common during the boat ride.

easy to find the redemption point at ita thao pier. however there are other better options honestly. the ferries for this company comes once every 30 min (and often late) whereas the others come in 15 to 20min. would not really recommend this voucher due to its infrequent and unpunctual arrival at the ports.

This package activity need at least 4 to 5 hours to complete. i like the bike cycling more but due to crowded tourists, it is hard to ride during weekend. Weekday is full day and weekend is 2 hours. This package is worth to buy but you just need to find green world Booth to redeem .

Actually didn't end up using the boat day pass but instead rode around the whole lake. Unfortunately they did not have a big enough bike for me, I'm 175cm ): but I still took the biggest women's bike they had, so the ride was a uncomfortable, had to get off and push multiple times. I was dropping sweat haha If you are looking to predominantly ride I suggest renting a bike from Giant... Also if you plan on using both the boat pass and ride, ride around anti-clockwise as I think the boat operates that way round. For me this activity is 2 stars but Sun Moon Lake is a 5 star place

If you want to avoid the queues in getting tickets, I am suggesting to use Klook. Its easy to use and the price is cheaper compared to the amount of the actual ticket. We will definitely use Klook for our next adventure. This is a good and recommended application for travel junkies. I love it so much.

I am glad to book the boat tickets to Sun Moon Lake from Klook before the trip. Besides saving time and $, I found that if you were to buy the tickets there, you would board a bigger boat with most tourists while we got to board a smaller boat with the flag (Green World) with fewer passengers. Do follow the boat timetable schedule. It’s great because no one was on that boat except my family. Feels like a private charter boat all to ourselves!

Its quite confusing to find the booth, luckilyly the locals there are very kind. We couldn't find it without the help of the locals. Haha...Btw, its really fun exploring sun moon lake with bicycle!

My girlfriend and I wanted to spend a day in the lake. Once we redeemed the vouchers, which was quite easy and straightforward, we were very pleased to see that the bikes were of very good quality! In the end we had so much fun driving around that we did the whole lake like that. We did not use the boats because we had enough time and good eeather, but we visited the piers and it would definitely be a good option in case one is tired and/or wants to see the lake from the water. All in all, a very recommended voucher!
