Easy redeem process and it is highly recommended for you to get this deal. It is comparably cheaper and you can choose the travel date you need as well. It comes in handy especially if you are travelling alone. The foods were nice and the tour guide was splendid too. I'm glad we got this good deal from Klook during our travel.

Overall I had a great time. There's bike rentals all around the lake and you can take a nice ride along the edge of the lake, which make for some great views and photos. It's not as hot by the lake because you have a nice breeze coming off it. The Wenwu temple hike is awesome just make sure you're wearing running shoes or something comfortable. The cable car was nice (just like any cable car) and provided some great views. My only regret is not having enough time to check out Aboriginal Culture Village which is a theme park that looks like it has some cool stuff in it. Overall good experience. My only issue was that it's a very self oriented tour, meaning you don't have a guide you follow around explaining everything. Rather, the boat driver will tell you some stuff here and there when you're on the boat, and the driver will tell you some stuff here and there. I don't mind that though, as I got to home around and enjoy the lake at my own pace.

Great value tour

Very good value, transport to the lake, bike hire, boat and cable are tickets all included. Beautiful scenery, driver was very helpful, though we did have a mix up with one of the meeting points!

I’m so happy I got to experience biking in Taiwan. It’s always my goal to go biking wherever I go. And I even met a new friend in this tour!

Fun trip!

Had a friendly and super helpful tourguide, KC. We went to many tourist attraction spots in between, also casually asked where to get nice pineapple cakes and KC brought us to one of the best after the day tour. Double thumbs up for his great service!

Me and my partner had a great experience. We got pick on time at our hotel and it took 1h30m to Sun Moon lake. There were only 4 of us that took the tour that day so its really pleasant. First, we ride bycicle for an hour, then we had aboriginal people's cuisine for lunch (its delicious). After that we took a cruise/boat ride for 30mins, then proceed to take the cable car ride. I'd say cable car ride is the highlight of the tour. Last, we went to Wenwu temple and get dropped off at Feng Chia night market. Overall, its a great deal and our tour guide, Mr. MING, is really kind and speak good english. Thank you!

An organised day trip, with a friendly driver. There was a great variety in the activities, all of which were completed with lots of allocated time. The lunch was spectacular held in a fantastic restaurant, you won't go hungry!

Fulfilling trip!

travelled in a group of 8. started at 830am pickup from our hotel near taichung train station and it was a smooth journey. our driver ah hung is also very friendly and experienced!

Fantastic tour. The scenery around the lake were breath taking. 1 hour cycling was a bit short but nonetheless an amazing experience. Boat rides and cable car ride were exciting too so were the lunch in a restaurant. Overall, it was a very good tour and our tour guide spoke very good English. She lived and studied in Canada for 10 years.

Enjoyable Trip

The guide was friendly, informative and always gave instructions. Due the heavy fog, the lake cruise was substituted with a paper factory visit. The bicycle ride is 1hr long which can be completed easily, the path has many ups and downs, may not be suitable for beginners

Awesome and enjoyable

The guide, Apollo is awesome. Friendly, knowledgable, helpful. He can speak and explained entire journey in Japanese, Mandarin also English. Reminded us how much time on every stop, gave us suggestions on famous and delicious food. We even chartered entire boat just for us for the cruise at sun moon lake because we have enough members in group. Pickup and drop off same location. Enjoyed the trip.

we had great time explore Sun Moon Lake in different lenses, esp the bike tour. we actually wished the bike tour could be longer. definitely recommend to anyone who looks for a roam in Sun Moon Lake area.

Sun Moon Lake is a must visit in Taiwan. Biking along the lake, I really appreciated the majestic and mesmerizing view of the turquoise water and the lush greenery surrounding it. I just wish there's more time for biking. The ropeway cable car ride was amazing. The best way to see Sun Moon Lake. Lunch served was a savory variety of local cuisine. We loved it! Mr. Hsiao, our tour guide is very accommodating and polite and made sure we are comfortable. We had a great time!

This was a great tour led by Mr Chang, he was very friendly and informative during the tour. unfortunately due to the fog we could not see much of the lake which hindered the experience a bit.

Enjoyed cycling around Sun Moon Lake but it can get a little tiring if you cycle too far. Taking the cable car was the best experience of the whole trip as you can get to see the beautiful aerial view of Sun Moon Lake!

Scenic & refreshing tour

We love and enjoy the sun moon lake tour. we like that it is chill kind of tour where we've enjoyed so much of the sceneries. The included lunch was also tasty. The tour package is worth its price. We also went to Wen Wu Temple which was not included in the initial itinerary but the temple is a good visit too.

If you want to see and experience the beauty of Sun Moon Lake without having to spend much time planning your itinerary, booking a tour with Klook is your best option!

This day tour is definitely worth the views! The lake is absolutely gorgeous abs is surrounded by pristine mountain scenery. The bicycle ride and ferry ride were well worth it. Apollo is a great tour guide. If you get him, you'll be happy!

it's as per listed. all the attraction point are covered. schedule is pretty rushed and tight. there is no time to walk around and explore. all touch and go. not much time for shopping and eating. would recommend to those lazy folks. if u have 3-4 person, would be better to just book a car for the extra comfort and more flexible timing and more economical as well.

Our guide, Mr. Xiao was very informative and was able to communicate in many languages, thus allowing him to communicate with everyone. The trip was generally smooth-sailing. Although, time management could have been better on his part. However, I do not fault him as the fault lies in the participants for not cooperating fully. I enjoyed the bicycle trail a lot. However, It can be quite tiring when going upslope. The lunch was decent (not spectacular) and the portions were big enough for the group. The Ferry captain was also very informative and was able to converse in English to explain the historical meaning behind the attractions/scenery. Wenwu Temple was okay for me as I am not a religious person but It can be interesting and fascinating for the people who are more interested. There were many intricate details in the temple as seen in the carved walls/etc. The cable car ride was fun as well. We were able to catch some amazing views from that height. Overall, good tour. However, sun moon lake did not live up to my expectations.

Our guide/driver, Liao Guoyou, picker us up and dropped us off at our hotel. He was very nice and provided great service. He gave us a brief insight into each location we visited. The scenery was amazing, would recommend!

Really nice experience ✨

The entire tour was really nice even though I didn’t ride a bike (I don’t know how to ride one, so they let me stroll around the area which is just as amazing) Lunch is also super good! The mountain pork is delicious and tiny shrimps are delicious~ They have vegetarian options, so you don’t need to worry about that.

Tour was great and we got to explore the whole sun moon lake, however the journey was Long.

Ms Lin is an amazingly responsible and caring guide who went to great lengths to explain about history, origins, myths etc about things we saw on the trip. She made sure everyone is well taken care of and remembers everyone and their needs. 1 of the better guides seen around in Taiwan!

You can travel several places around sun moon lake. Tickets are inclusive for main activities like cable car, boat, bike, and lunch. Worth for money. However, if you plan to spend more time for each destination it might be not possible. Pretty rush due to several placea

Excellent tour

We had a great time cycling around the lake, ropeway and cruise. Wen Wu temple stop was a bonus, very impressive. Best of all was the sumptuous traditional lunch. The pace was not too hectic, very relaxing.

Did what it said on the tin. Didn't feel rushed. Pick up was a little late, probably due to some slow guests.

Mr Xiao was accommodated to all passagers (English, Mandarin as well as Japanese). All main destinations was visited with all tickets & fairs was included. Lunch was more than enough & delicious. The bike ride was very enjoyable. Highly recommended ?

nice tour and food is delicious. But there is mix language tour (Chinese ,Japanese and English) and there is no notify from tour before when Gondola closed.
