Long day and far, but the sunshine that day was amazing

No problem on finding driver. Although driver cannot speak much English. He knows our destination. Vehicle was spacious and big for group of 7. Worth the money and hassle free. Would definitely everyone to book via Klook should you go to Hanoi.

It is an effective and efficient way to get from the international airport to old quarter of Hanoi. The meet up was easy as they would contact you before the date for confirmation and during the actual pick up while the driver is actually waiting. Luckily I was in the car on my own too. Will definitely get this again if I return to Vietnam.

I received a message to be at the lobby at 645am. The driver came on time to pick me up to drop me off at the airport. He helped me with my luggage, and the car was clean. I felt safe while he was driving. Not much traffic in the morning so I got to the airport on time. I highly recommend booking in Klook.

Nice and clean taxi, driver drive very sensible and very happy. We arrived at the airport early and I text them, they reply immediately saying the taxi on it way with type of car and number plate so I can look out for it which he come about five minutes after I text them. superb service.

Family trip

The driver waited in the lobby of our hotel in advance. He drove carefully and steadily. It was quite comfortable.

The emails and text messages were shared well in advance. The person with sign board was on time and standing as per instructions. The driver was courteous and drove safely to my hotel. Highly recommended

I booked this car ride a few hours before my pick up time but they got back to me quickly and was there at the airport when I got out of the gate. It was great, easy, and efficient. The driver played some music which may bother some people but it was totally okay for me. Would use again!

great transfer from the edge of the old city to Hanoi airport. Easy to book through klook, I knew it would be using Vietnam Transfer Service which is what I wanted. I was emails the drivers and car details the night before, and contact numbers for WhatsApp etc in case of problems. Driver arrived 5 mins early, huge 11seater van for just me. Smooth toffee to the airport, which took 30-35 mins at 5am on a Sunday. Would not hesitate to use them again, highly recommend.

The hotel charge one way for usd19. I forgot to book my transportation, booking thru klook last min decision, 8hours before departure time. Its was raining and we have to depart from hotel at 6.20am. The driver was courteous and on time. So glad I use klook.

Picked up promptly at airport with good information given as to where to meet the driver. As our hotel was not accessible by car, he stopped by the roadside near the hotel, called the bellboy and waited with us till the bellboy arrived to pick us.

The taxi service was very efficient and the driver was a very nice person. He was very helpful. The flight was delayed by more than 5 hours and the driver had patiently waited. Would highly recommend using their service in hanoi.

car pick-up was punctual, driver was courteous and friendly, we enjoyed the journey! allow 45mins - 1 hour to get to the airport. We also saw a Rolls Royce on the way, but the car used for pickup is a Toyota Innova.

Whatsapp group was open prior to departure from Singapore to inform us where to meet at the airport. We missed our flight in Singapore, it was very easy and fast for them to reply and reschedule. Van was very clean and comfortable too. Highly recommend!

Booking online was smooth & easy, provider contacted via Whatsapp well in advance & keep continual communications. Though our flight was delayed, the driver waited patiently & we could find him easily, everything fairly smooth & easy. Will use again.

Despite my luggage not arriving for ages, my driver waited patiently for me in the arrival hall, easy to spot too. He carried my luggage to the car, which was good and cool and let me choose the music - Beyoncé it was :) Arranged the hotel boy to come and pick me up in Hanoi.

Pretty smooth ride, driver came close on some occasions, so maybe you would want to sit at the back if you're not keen for a thrill ride. Driver seemed to know the general direction but he checked google maps a couple of times along the way.

Pick up was really easy! Driver will arrive a bit ahead of time but it’s okay. Requested a time change and they allowed it, which was really nice! They will contact you the day before to confirm your pick up details. Very straightforward. For a group of 5, a fortuner type car picked us up and brought us to our airport hotel.

Save me time and stress, took half hour to and from airport, more time to eat and wonder around town. Driver was waiting at airport and at hotel.

Hanoi can be chaotic sometime, booking a car to and from airport in advance take that stress away, it’s cheap in Hong Kong standard but pricey in Vietnam standard. Driver was on time and car is nice, 35 mins to the airport from Old Quarter.

Driver is easy to find (with a sign of my name). Although he cant really speak English and there was not much conversation, the ride was smooth and he helped us with all the luggage up and down the car. Comfortable ride.

Very good experience! The driver was already there holding a piece of paper with my name and it was easy to recognise cause he made it sure to come to the front. Book this car transfer three days before and wondered driver really comes on that day. They sent WhatsApp to me to confirm and notify everything including the driver details. Good experience for this booking.

We have booked this service over 10 times and previously I gave it all 5 starred ratings. However this time I’m only giving it a 4 stars rating because they sent a normal size car when I have stated four people and four check in luggages. Previously I got a van when I travel alone!

Reliable and good service as they send you messages about the pick up and reminder nearer the date. Very easy to locate the driver who is already waiting after an hour of arrival as luggage is really slow coming out of the revolving belt.

We went from Noi Bai airport to halong using this private transfer. There was a bit of mixup. The driver was late by half an hour and then we were informed that he goes to only areas in Hanoi. After another half an hour after contacting the local operator who was very helpful another driver arrived. As a way to apologize for their delay they provided us transport through the highway for free. The vehicle was very comfortable. Even though there was a delay it was a good experience.
