The Harbourview Staycation Package

The harbour view is spectacular while you can enjoy the in room dinner. Great service and overall is a valuable staycation.

The room is clean and check in process is easy. The all day breakfast is larger than expected. Very worth it for this price.

Breakfast is of good quality. Satisfied with room amenities and the staff.

We paid just under 500hkd for this room, (staycation offer) and it was already a stretch! I would never pay the full asking price for this room!

My family enjoyed our staycatiion in the hotel. the staff are friendly. The western dinner set include in the package is delicious.

We didn’t get the harbour view room and expected to see some buildings or the road, but it turns out one side of the windows faces a huge wall of another building which felt a bit overwhelming especially at night. Room service was very nice but the Valentine’s meal in the room was slightly underwhelming (though definitely edible).

Will definitely visit again!!! I love the view and the bathtub so much, can enjoy the night view while bathing. The dinner at the restaurant is better than expectation, especially for the dessert. The free cake offered for special celebration is really good!! The swimming pool is a bit crowded at the weekend but chilling at the pool side is wonderful and relaxing.

We booked a Valentine's Day Special which came inclusive of a Seafood Platter and a dinner set which was PHENOMENAL, then followed with breakfast for the following morning. I really enjoyed the concept of having "Dine In Meals", when I arrived to my room I was surprised to see a small dining table set up, meaning instead of typical room service you get the restaurant experience in your room! Staff were very polite & sincere, rooms were clean and very cozy to spend a night in. Its a shame to have the "Harbourview" with the face of construction but it was still gorgeous nevertheless. The only so-called complaint I have is regarding the breakfast, food came cold and dry, small-ish portions, and minimal drink selection. It was a bit of a let down after having a wonderful dinner beforehand, that would be the only reason I wouldn't give 5 Stars.

Good arrangement for all-day breakfasts. But actually, if the room has sea view rather than building view, that would be much more better.

The hotel is clean and big enough for both of us. Besides, there is also a wonderful sea view. Great experiences and hope to join again soon.

The staycation was fine. Rooms and service is all clean and up to the standard. The breakfast in the morning is good as well. However, please do be aware that there are current renovations going on the hotel. (which is a bit noisy during they day), and also you can hear the construction from the Wan Chai tunnel quite loud in the morning. thanks

It was okay over all. Very good value for money. practical rather than luxury.

The room we got was not very clean. There were many dirts on the carpet. The toilet was tiny. Basically no space to place your own pyjamas and toiletries. The view was pleasant though. Next to the window was a sofa. That's nice. Two pillows were provided for each bed which was great to me personally. Dinner was served in an area not quite like a place for eating. Food was okay. Breakfast was a surprise. Tasted good and looked nice.

we booked a night with buffet dinner but then we didnt get the buffet, we had set dinner instead. that is unsatisfying. we also could not share the habour view in our room. that is dissapointing.

The view is very nice, and the half buffet dinner is great and decent. But not many choice. Worth to go to the harbour view hotel in wanchai.

The room is comfortable and large enough for a couple. Both buffet dinner and breakfast were nice. Only thing we felt a bit disappointed was that the room window towards Harbour was not as expectedly big enough to view from bed.

Professional and comfortable service. Because of pandemic, there is no buffet dinner and lunch at the moment. Room is comfortable.

Overall it was good given the price I paid. The set dinner has a buffet bar for salad, soups (which was really good) and bread with a main course. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable but it's a corner room with small windows. The seaview can only be enjoyed when we stand near the window.

Front desk staff answer my enquiry like a robot. The room carpet also not clean. The room view is the only thing good there.

The room was clean but the building was under renovation which cause a huge amount of noise during 9am to 6pm. Not suitable for a staycation but it’s fair for a tourist stays. Package including a dinner and breakfast with great staffs providing a good quality of service, the food were good as well. Tv could link to Netflix or YouTube but it showed no network even I tried serval times connected with WiFi No complimentary water provided in-room but have a coffee machine instead

The view is good. Food is OK. The only problem is the on going hotel refurbishment. It is noisy during day time.

Got upgraded to sea view room, food is ok The only downside is that the room size is a bit small.

The worst experience in hotel ever!!! Upgrading to Optimum Floor Premier Plus Room means nothing as the room is small and the outside view was a construction site. A server was very rude and yelled at me when I requested to get bathrobes. She said it was very far to get. When I requested for plates and folks, the server on the phone said our restaurant is closed and it is hard for us to get. Then I waited for 20 mins to get 2 sets of plates and folks. Some floors were under construction so you simply heard the noice when you stayed in hotel in daytime! The gym is closed without notice either. I will not recommend this hotel and never stay in here again! Food is normal, but the package is overpriced.

We were initially a little bit disappointed as we only knew early check in was not available as full house the day before. Also disappointed to see twin bed instead of a double bed. (But we did not request for bed in advance anyways) Otherwise, we are overall quite satisfied with the price - staffs are polite and nice, food is standard business meal, room is clean with sea view and even with a free champagne and a nespresso machine. Just note that there is no free water - either pay or boil it yourself.

Although the room is not big, but the seaview is great. The quality of the dinner is good, and the waiter who served us is polite and sociable, and we enjoy the experience. The breakfast offered is standard one and it is in a fair standard. We appreciated that the hotel offered additional pillow services and we chose 2 pillows - lavender and buckwheat. The bath room is quite small but it is well equipped. To conclude, the staycation package is good and we will recommend it to my friends!

Not recommending for staycation purpose. This hotel is suitable for short trip business stayers only. Food not reached the hotel standard. Dinner set so disappointed. Chicken steak smell frozen. Fillet tasteless. Breakfast with cold toast served. Ask for compliments drink water with the response was " Your room is free from tax, no free water provided ". When I ask for the choice for buffet and the response is " We set dinner for you according to the price you choose, any buffet offers are not with this cost amount " wow wow what the professional response from the 4 stars hotel at Wanchai location.
