I tried this hotel with my wife this time. I feel clean and comfortable. The package includes afternoon tea, cocktails, breakfast and a thousand two yuan dinner. The buffet is enough. There is a large bathtub in the room, which is enough for two people to soak in the bath. Pillows are provided. Soft or hard for you to choose, the mattress is relatively soft, not suitable for me, on the whole, I am satisfied with this hotel

Check-in at the Harbour Club on the 19/fl, easy and smooth. Staff are polite and friendly. Room is spacious with spectacular harbour view. Limited food provided by the lounge are okay whereas the free flow of wine makes me happy and relaxed. Appreciated that a mini birthday cake was arranged by the hotel for my niece’s birthday celebration. It’s a good choice of a family staycation !

In order to celebrate the wedding anniversary and birthday this time, the hotel presented birthday cakes and red wine. As the day is a weekday, the hotel will be upgraded to a VIP sea view room for free. It is really easy to face the view of Victoria Harbour. Coupled with the friendly service attitude of the staff at the VIP Pavilion on the 19th floor of the hotel, this hotel is really worth recommending. In the near future, we will definitely do it again. Come.

The afternoon tea and happy hour are very good. The rooms are very new and the sea view is also good. From check-in to check-out, the service is very good. I also gave a bottle of wine to celebrate my birthday and I will come again if I have a chance.

The staff was polite and helpful. The sea view of the room was good though it was small. The food of afternoon tea and cocktail time was below average. Breakfast and lunch set was better.

Afternoon tea and no free-flowing red and white wine in the evening are arranged in the VIP Pavilion. Basically from 1:30 noon to 10:30 in the evening, you can sit down in the VIP Pavilion and eat snacks and non-alcoholic drinks. Afternoon tea 3-5 muffins, (it seems to be) the best chocolate mousse in the whole restaurant. The cake/mango mousse cake food gives the mango mousse good freshness, but the chocolate is numb, which is more dry. Osmanthus cake, so sweet ?? Due to a large number of guests, it took about 20 minutes to complete the check-in procedure. The hotel offered a free room upgrade from Harbour Club Courtview Room to Tower Premium Cityview Suite. A bottle of Australian red wine with fresh fruits were provided. As the Club Lounge was over-crowded, the hotel offered guests to go to the Waterfront Bar on the ground floor to enjoy the afternoon tea. Both the Club Lounge and the Promenade was quite noisy as there were too many guests for dining.

I went celebrate a birthday. Staff is very professional great service. Food was delicious and the view is really amazing. Highly recommended!

Smooth check-in and nice arrangement. Tea & evening cocktails are slight below average (don’t expect too much), the breakfast and lunch are fair. View is perfect, room is little old but clean.

Lunch was a set course meal, nicely plated, good quality, with a gorgeous view of Victoria harbour. Room only had a small window despite it being the more expensive option - suggest future guests request a large bay window (with unobstructed view) - that was one aspect I wish was different. Pools, spa and gym are closed. 42nd roof floor 360 view is open (5-9pm) - don’t miss it. The club lounge food / afternoon tea etc is acceptable. Good variety of cocktails & drinks. Breakfast is great - go early. For this price, can’t really expect more - staff are excellent and courteous. Overall pleasant stay.

Modern, new, beautiful, big, with sea view! The bathroom and the big round bathtub are first-rate, the food is of good quality, and the presentation is mouth-watering, and the service is good. In addition, this time offers multiple options, you can go to Shuiyuntian to enjoy two dining periods. As the dine-in lasted until 6 pm, I went back to my room to rest, and then went to the underground water Yuntian to buy a take-out dinner for two. The staff was attentive and delivered dinner to the room, but unfortunately the food was not warm when it was received. In the second dynasty, The Promenade, the buffet breakfast has fewer food items than the first time. Apart from the seaside view, there is no attraction, but the restaurant staff is diligent in changing dishes. After checking out at noon, leave the order and go to the underground Japanese restaurant Robatayaki for lunch. The production is of high quality, the service is good, and the restaurant environment is good! In summary, this package is free to upgrade from a garden-view room to a sea-view room on weekdays. Excellent service. Very accommodating staff. Room with open sea view. Lunch set was fantastic, but afternoon tea was average. And the evening refreshment at the harbour club was a bonus.

Very good staycation experience. We arrived at 3PM to check in but the room wasn't ready yet. We were offered a later check out time the next day so that wasn't a problem. The room was clean and the view is amazing as always. We also had the dinner buffet as it was prior to the restrictions and it was great as well. Was so full that we skipped breakfast the next day. Had a good experience with Klook on this staycation. Had a designated check in on the 41st floor as opposed to the first floor saving time. The room was clean and the view was nice. The set lunch was amazing with an amazing view. The afternoon tea and evening cocktails was decent, but it was very crowded as it is popular. Thanks Klook!

Friendly staff, decent room and pretty good deal overall for a one night stay with 3 meals included! The weather wasn’t so great while we were there but the harbour view was generally quite nice. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a quiet and cosy place to chill and spend a night with friends and loved ones!

We arrived at about 11:30 in the morning and were able to check-in. They also upgraded our room. The room has a large round bathtub and a giant shower on the ceiling, which is full of water pressure. We are a family of three, one of whom is just 11 years old and can get an extra bed for free (there is a sofa bed). In fact, the large bed itself is so big that it can sleep three people. The hotel also arranges guests to go to the top floor to enjoy the sunset and night view from dusk to evening. In addition, you can check out at three o'clock again, right ?

It is a great deal. The lunch was super nice on 41/f full sea view restaurant. and service was great. No need to have dinner after taking the afternoon tea on 3/f.
