the experience was great. however, the directions are too confusing. We exerted so much time looking and asking for directions. also, there should be a special booth/counter for people who have already booked their tickets online.

The mud bath was amazing! Some of the slides were closed due to Covid. Buffet lunch was nice but could use a few more desserts. The grounds were beautiful.

Wonderful rainy day up in the mountains at the hot spring park. Kids enjoyed the Jura park and the mud bath was a highlight. Easy voucher exchange at ticket booth, free locker with our absorb the fresh air package. Gold carts were called when we needed them. Too cold for the slides but exploring all the different warm water pools was perfect. Hot showers in locker room. Would definitely do it again!

after reading some of the reviews here, inwas confused to go or not but decided to give a try.... wow wow wow, its a must esp for ladies day out after a hectic vacation...v didnt do the activities at theme water park as the water was too cold but everything else was fantastic esp the mud bath...just at jacuzzi and mud bath, the workers was rushing us abit.

Service good but the pool water very cold. Here I like the hot springs and the shuttle service by tram, besides everything is okay. I arrived there at 1:00 pm but the restaurant was inactive, the playground was very empty.

We have not been to a water park where we were the only ones splashing about in the pool and running amongst the dinosaurs. No fun. Entry hours into the park are rigid. Klook wasn’t able to respond quick enough and we had to purchase new tickets. What a waste of money. We visited on 31st Dec 2019 and some water rides were still under construction with signs that they would be completed by 2019?! Not recommended.

Our family had a great time swimming and exploring. there are multiple pools of different temperatures, and be Rivers to hike through. The water park water is quite cool. The unexpected surprise was the donation dinosaur park! Definitely go! It felt like walking through Jurassic Park!!!

There so many activity here. We came in afternoon time and it was not enough for us. We spent alot on hot spring Big place and worth the money There are not much people, we dont have to qeue up on every game. We enjoy so much, until we forgot to take any pictures Childrens and adult seems enjoying so much We should stay in their hotel next time ?

The highlight for us is the onsen and the mud bath. Perhaps it was rainy on the day of the tour, the other pools were too cold for the kids.

Amazing waterpark experience and beautiful location

There is even not enough staff to operate the facilities. Many of the facilities closed as no staff was standing by, especially for the water park area. The hot springs are the best thing in the park to be honest, no more.

We had a blast! We spent almost the entire day here.

The Hot Springs Park is located away from the Beach Town. It was about 45mins drive from our Hotel which was near the Beach. The Hot Springs itself is located in the mountains. There's quite a few attractions here; a water park, the hot springs, a dino park, a mud bath and a Japanese Onsen. When we're there, some of the rides in the water park were closed and the staff did not informed us of the closure so that's a minus point. The Hot Spring was nice especially since it was raining. We just soaked in the warm waters. There's a lot of places here to take nice pictures, with the clouds and mountains in the background.

A great place to stay with your family. Got a lot of fun. During the day it is very difficult to get around all the sights. My son liked the dinosaurs, my husband is delighted with the opportunity to visit all at once and good service. A great experience and a quick entrance.

The place is really nice for a day trip. Lots of places to explore. Too bad it was raining. If not, we can explore more places.

Buy tickets via Klook with cheaper and quick redeem. The place itself is not so impressive, normal water park. Maybe will be fun with children. Orchid and mango garden are not available to visit, pitty

It is a suitable place and fantastic experience for children.

Every things is worthy except the food. There’s only 1 restaurant inside the park and they have nothing except ordinary tasteless buffet. Actual menu is totally different to what shown in Klook’s voucher.

It is easy to exchange for tickets using your voucher at the ticketing office. A good place to spend time with family or friends. It will be better if the locker room and changing area can be more spacious and cleaner.

It’s a nice place for family to enjoy summer vacation. We like Mud Bath very much, it’s very exciting and we will come back next year. Thanks Klook!

This was by far our favorite thing we've done in Da Nang. There is so much to do here, and we were disappointed when we had to leave. Highly recommend!

Huge park with a lot activities, very crowded. Accomodation for hours should be available for rent and more trees or umbrella to shade from sun.
