So excited and funny . Cheaper than the servise we recept . Must go if u go to Da Nang or Hoi An

Ticket exchange process was easy. I purchased the ticket with food voucher. It was not clear to me that you could use the voucher in only one restaurant, BBQ Chinggu. Aside from this, the park is huge and represents good value.

weather was cool (21 C). a bit too cold for waterpark. better in summer. theme park : most rides were closed. but no queue at all rides.

No queue but it’s good to have ticket before. The place was good some play isn’t open. But you can go more than 1-2 round if you like it.

Fantastic place for families with children. You have Vietnam traditional performance, river safari, water park, entertainment park and etc. We spend whole days til 6pm. We have fun there.

had one of the most amazing experience here at Vinpearl. from the great rides to the heart stopping pool slides. It was a sunny day when we visited here but we had fun with my friends.

Amazing theme park with no lines - perfect for our girls ages 3 and 5. They loved the river safari, elephant and giraffe feeding, parrot feeding, water park with a great section for younger kids. Most slides required 140cm or higher, buy the kiddy slides were fun for them. Also, lots of variety for rides for this age group as well. We played from 9 am to 8 pm, ending with the totally amazing fountain and light show. For the money this is the best theme park we have been to with our young kids (because of there being so much to do with no lines at all!)

I write because I feel bad. When I ride in the desert twister, he asked me to leave my bag. I checked the money before I went in. There was only a couple of us, and when I used it, my wallet was open. He stole 900,000 Vnd. I feel terrible.

Do not book with klook its a major scam if you choose tranfer option to and from your destinations it doesn’t include a eticket where you need to get a physical ticket at vinpearl land hoi an. The girl at the counter pretends to be clueless and tells you that you have to speak with the manager. The manager there just wastes about 30-45 mins calling klook but she’s done this before cause I speak vietnamese and she thought i was chinese. Vinpearl land hoi an is a ghost town only 50-60 people were there and 95% of the rides were shutdown or not operated. 880,000 vnd + 550,000 for ticket at gate not worth it. Very fun. Has water park, safari, and theme park rides. I suggest to go in groups of four for water parks since many rides require 4 persons

this place is absolutely worth to go. I like the culture part and the performance there, which can represent Vietnamese culture, very unique and worth to see. The river Safari and feeding animal time also need to go. it is very Cheap and the staff took good photo for you. Besides, the place has less guests, so you can take photos freely and also can enjoy the rides with no queue.

Cheaper to buy from klook. Easy to redeem. Vinpearl provide free shuttle bus. Park was not the best but good enough to keep the whole family busy as they have unlimited arcade plays. Park generally have no people.

The park is huge with not that much people. You can enjoy swimming, river safari and adventure land there. Family, couple and friends are all suitable.

This place is a bit far from Hoi An ancient town. It took us around haft an hour to get there from the town. However, you won’t be disappointed because your kids can play, watch many animals while on the boat, watch 4D movies and join a bike racing. The staff are truly friendly and helpful. Foods are also good

Ticket redemption was hassle free. The park was empty but rides were enjoyable. The park is being segregated into three parts - water land, river safari and theme park.

Great day out, the river safari is fantastic and getting up close and personal feeding the giraffes is is a must do, the water park is fantastic for big and little kids though some of the bigger slides only allow groups of four on. The amusement rides section is also great for kids over about a 1M tall but limited for smaller children. Food options in the park aren't the best and not cheap, but also not as expensive as standard theme park prices across the world. If you have a free day in Hoi An it is definitely worth a visit.

The voucher I purchased could not be recognised at ticket office. They made call to some places and checked for 30 mins, then finally said I have to contact customer service. I had to purchase ticket with cash. Very unhappy experience.

It was easy to use the voucher, the ticket seller already printed out the online booking form so the process was pretty quick. My first time booking this ticket at Klook and will definately rebook.

Good value for money. The park was pretty much empty- we didn't need to wait in line for rides. My 7 and 4 year old had some ride options available to them (based on height) but my 7 year old was disappointed that she couldn't go on any of the water park slides. She was too short.

This is a world class theme park facilities. Your kids will enjoy this place. Make sure that you will bring a swimwear for Water World. You need to have atleast one full day. There is a free shuttle bus that runs every hour departing from Hoi An Old Town. Check the availability of those trips. They also a free return trip back to Old Town. Just wear a comfy shoes.

The facilities that you can join are great valued than the tickets costed! You can join any of them whatever you want to and you can spend whole day there. Food there is yummy. It is cute that you can let the parrot stand on your hands (if they want to).

Like what most visitors commented, the park is quite empty when we visited in early December. There is a River Safari zone where we could see the animals and also feed the giraffes. An indoor arcade (free play) and outdoor theme park which is quite deserted. Can easily spend a whole day there. There were taxis waiting at the exit when we left at about 5pm. Had no problems exchanging QR code at ticket counter.

The park is very beautiful. worth the money. The Safari is also nice and you can feed the elephants or the Jiraffes. Many of the slides in the water park are for 1.4 meter and above. The 2 shows at night are really beautiful.

Fantastic family day good value for money compared to UK please note kids pool is closed 16th to 30th September. Well worth a visit

Please exchange your ticket at the counter before proceed to entrance gate. Get ready with your hat, umbrella and sunblock. Huge park river safari, water park, adventure land, culture village. Free indoor game to play, please consider it when raining day.

Great day out! Just pop up to the ticket counter with your Klook voucher and they give you the entry tickets it was really easy. The park was not busy at all so there was no waiting for anything. Some of the rides were closed because there just weren’t enough people lining up for them which was a shame. Very easy to get around - not much shade at all so cover up we were really hot and it was a cloudy day! We got to most areas of the park but the kids really wanted to spend most of their time at the water world area. Be careful walking around there the tiles get very slippery when wet. Both hubby and I slipped at the wave pool too - that’s extremely slippery!!! I found the staff particularly at this park very helpful and attentive.

Overall, excellent place, quite and almost no crowd! There is not much for the kids below 1.3m height, as most of attractions both in the amusement park and water world are targeting this as minimum level. Safari boat is a must! It is sailing between the animals that have nice room to walk around.

I had so much fun here. The place are huge!!! They got amusement park, water world, safari, the old folks village & more. The tour guide in safari was so informative & friendly. Despite the bad weather we manage to cover all the games & ride. The food portion was big. We ordered 3 meals for 5 people!!!

If you want to explore how it is to have an amusement park almoust to yourself, go to Vinpearl Hoi An! I took my two kids (9 & 11), and we had such a good time. Lot of stuff to do, and they loved the waterworld. We couldn't go on the biggest slides, as you had to be between 50-90 kg. Too small... And you had to be 4 people in the rafts... So we went to the rollercoasters. No lines, but we had to wait for 5-10 mins every time to see if there were more people comming. Ended the night with lightshow and a very nice fountainshow. 12 hours of so much fun!
