Jewel Changi Airport Attraction Tickets in Singapore

Easy to redeem. Just head to the canopy park at level 5 and show them the e-ticket which KLOOK have ememailed. At the start of the canopy park there are many animals made from flowers which you can take pictures of. Near the exit there's also like a small garden which is a good place to take photos as well. One good thing about the canopy park is that there are lots of places to seat and the chairs would give out cool air. So do bring along a jacket just in case you need it if you're afraid of the cold. I also purchase the Manulife sky net- bouncing. Do note that there's a queue system where you have to scan a QR code to be in the queue. Also once the queue system reach a certain quota you won't be able to digitally queue for the sky net and have to wait maybe half an hour before you can join the digital queue. That's was what happen to the three of us where I managed to get the last 2 slots so my other friend couldn't join us and had to wait until the queue open again. The bouncing sky net was really fun, definitely something worth queueing for. It totally makes you feel like a kid again. Do drink plenty of water before you enter as you are only allowed a one time entry of 45 mins. Trust me you'll really need the water as all the bouncing led me feeling dehydrated at the end. Overall a really good place be it for family with kids, friends or even dates. I would have given it a 5 star but because of my slight unhappy experience with the queueing system at the sky net, I'm giving it 4 stars.

My kids were too short to enter the slides and manulife nets. Thus, the only fun things for them was the fog and the mirror maze. Overall a good 4hours spent there. The waterfall is really the main attraction.

Canopy park was really interesting but the fog bowl and slides in front of the fog bowls were the best and the scenery was great for photos the fake animals too! Don’t be surprised but the fog bowls are a tiny bit hard to breath in and not trying to be rude but it’s a little bit smelly.

Walking net was so scary for me! Reached at 10am opening time on Sunday so canopy park was still not crowded. Just show the KLOOK receipt barcode outside canopy park. The slide was fun! It’s quite hot I felt sweaty bcos of the sun.

Really enjoyed my time at the canopy park and the sky nets - bouncing! The vibrant colours on display and the interesting concepts definitely put a smile on my face :)

Bought the ticket for mirror maze and canopy park on the spot, very easy to use just by scanning the barcode. Next time will try the bouncing net.

We love going to Hedge Maze so much. We get to explore the maze and see a lot of flowers appeared automatically. Booking with Klook made the check-in process more efficient. There was no long queue as compared to weekends & Public Holidays because we went on a weekday.

This is my 3rd time visiting d Canopy Park. They have change the theme to suit Lunar New Year. This place is fully packed during wkend. Spent abt 2 hrs here, playing d slide, taking lotsa photos or juz sitting dn on the bench absorbing the ambience while listening to sound of the rain vortex. Quite nice n definitely worth to visit!

Easy to book and redeem at Airport Concierge. Enjoyable times for the kids and although it is the weekend, the crowd is manageable and we get to spend enough amount of time at each zone. Overall good buy!

My 2nd visit at Jewel & having great lunch at Arteastiq , Brings my kids and my spouse going to bouncing net before go in the staff was make sure my kids got minimum height of 110cm and keep your belonging to locker avoid during bouncing all your personal belongings drop out. awesome experience my family have great time thank you

Highly recommended. We bought the family bundle package 1 ( Canopy park, Canopy bridge, Hedge Maze, Mirror maze, Manulife Sky nets). Remember go to level 1 to redeem the tickets family before head to Canopy park. We enjoyed it, especially mirror maze and canopy park, canopy bridge. Hedge maze a bit boring to me haha sorry to say that and the net sky walking a bit scary for me and the kids. I wanted to try the Sky Net bouncing but can't get the tickets, it sold out. And i saw the Q to play the boucing is long (1-2 hours waiting). Anyway we had a great experience at Jewel and definitely will try the bouncing next time. Thank you Klook :)

Highly recommended, Redemption of Singapore Rediscovers Voucher though Klook speed and easy. Having great lunch at Jewel, visited Mirror Maze and Canopy Park the staffs very helpful and clean environment. Overall we have great experience at Jewel and definitely will revisit.

Highly recommended place to visit. D young n d old will love this place too.The flowers decor are absolutely beautiful n colourful. You can easily plan a 2-3 hrs here. But if you really are coming for the rain vortex, be sure to visit on or after 10 Jan 2021, cos its currently closed for cleaning.

Refreshing indoor botanic park that can be completed within 2 hours, with time for photo-taking, Discovery Slides (more suitable for kids), and Walking Sky Net. Tips for first-timers: (1) Wear shoes for Walking or Bouncing Sky Nets. Otherwise, you may need to wear the disposable shoes, which may not fit well. (2) Queue early for Sky Net. Wait can be more than 2 hours for Bouncing Sky Net due to headcount restriction on the Net at any one time.

Very crowded over the weekend, try to visit during the morning. Overall it’s a nice place to visit and the ticket is very affordable. Rest of the activity ticket has to purchase separately, so to make sure you plan your schedule and purchase all the ticket in one go to save the hassle. Overall good experience! Children below 3 is free too!

Klook was easy to use and getting the QR code was simplified. Klook told us to go to the Concierge to collect the tickets, which we did at Level 2 of the Jewel. After that the issued tickets for our package was very important to keep, as it allowed entry (they scanned the tocket's barcode) at each attraction.

This beautiful place is very suitable for the young and old. Children will have a great time enjoying the activities over here. Also a great place for dining too. It was my first visit to Jewel Changi. I was having dinner with a friend. My time spend there wasn't a very long one. I will be back for a longer period next month. Canopy Park was a good walk but was kind of short. The sky nets walking experience was special and enjoyable but I would advise those visiting there to wear shoes with a thicker base and a sole with more friction as the nets was one with folds and isn't a complete flat one.

Redemption of Singapore Rediscovers Voucher through Klook was easy. Family bundle required exchange of physical tickets at Level 1 Concierge. We went on Sunday 20/12 and there was no queue at the Concierge counter so ticket redemption was a breeze. The Canopy Bridge is a very short walk, no so worth if you are buying individual attraction ticket. Mirror maze and Hedge maze are fun but again is too small. We like the walking net. I am one who scare of height but I found it manageable. Canopy park has some Christmas decorations and think it will be beautiful when light up at night so you may consider visiting at night time. There’s no queue for each of these attractions so our visit was smooth. I only saw queue for bouncing net, more than 2 hours queue was formed since after lunch time. Overall it was a good outing for family. It will be good to take up the family bundle package else it would not be worth if you go for individual attraction ticket.

The Christmas lights in the Canopy park are beautiful and well decorated. Manage to take a lot of pictures of the Christmas decorations. The Nets are thrilling but fun!Overall it was a memorable and fruitful experience. I hope Jewel would keep up with the good work!

The sky bouncing nets is fun, my kids enjoyed themselves very much. Canopy park is nice and we took many pictures there. The kids loves the area of the park which have the mist coming out of the ground and they can sit and lie down on the greenery. So relax.......

It was a great experience for my son and I. At first he was very scared of the bouncing nets but in the end he loves it and told me not to go out yet. Will definitely come back. The ticket was very easy to used. Just show to the entrance and can go straight already.

I was at jewel and both the ticket booth is like a snake quene. I didn't want to waste time to Q. Book the tickets through Klook. And we got the tickets in 1 minute! Show e voucher and here we go in. Less hassle especially bringing the kids. We had lots of fun at the bouncing net. Skywalk net and the bouncing net is different. Minimum height of 110cm. Buy bouncing net tickets if u hav kids. No regrets.

Beautiful Changi! Truly a world class airport! And this Jewel is really breathtaking. It’s as if you’re not inside an airport. Waiting and laying off wouldn’t be boring, there are a lot of things to do. We went to the airport at around 2pm (flight is around 7pm), and we thought 4hours would be enough to roam around. But we were wrong! 4 hours felt so fast! Our 4 hours was maximised only from Transferring terminals and inside Jewel Changi. We weren’t able to really roam around the airport malls or just rest on their comfortable couches long. If you are about to check out from your hotels and nothing left to do, head over to the Airport right away! ??????

My friends and I enjoyed our stay at the Canopy Park and the Manulife Sky Nets. It was fun for me as I am not scared of heights. It was a thrilling experience for my friends because they have fear of heights. I love the ambience at the Canopy Park. There are slides that adults can enjoy and there's a garden you can take pictures at.

Been there right before the Covid 19 outbreak. They applied very good measures for visitors. Also the tickets were incredibly easy to use. Definitely buy the tickets on Klook to visit again the wonderful Jewel Changi after the pandemic !!!

The view from the top where you cross the bridge was terrific and when you look down and see people from the ground floor was heart shaking. I didn’t get a photo from the bouncing net because I took a video of it the entire time that we were bouncing. Awesome experience.

Make sure when you purchase ticket for your child that he/she is at least 110cm. Otherwise, they cannot be accommodated in the sky net and some attractions with this requirement. But they can enjoy the view of the vortex and the garden.

We had wonderful time at Jewel. This was our first time there and what they had was definitely beyond our expectation. Starting at entrance, you would find magnificent waterfalls, then, proceed to level5 to enter to the garden where lots of beautiful flowers and trees were located. For children, there were slides and skynet for walking and bouncing that was great for them to burn their energy. In overall, it was worthwhile and fun experience.

Was easy to buy the tickets and a visit to Jewels at Changi airport was wonderful.

This mall / mini amusement park is beautiful. I love the scenery from the Sky Net bouncy at 5th level. If you have a luggages, it can be requested to be brought and put near the lockers, just ask the nice staff. There's also a paid locker area at 4th level.

Absolutely stunning puts US airports to shame

its a go for this, cool scenery and instagrammable view. no lines :) just scan your qr code then voila you can enter :) we capture the vortex also here and watch lights and sound show. worth the money! thanks klook! we will surely buy again when we come back :)

Nice experienced! At first we put our things at the small locker just beside the elevator. The staff was so friendly. There are many part to explore with different kind of attraction when you enter here. Foggy bowls was my favourite part where there are 3 pools overall, but you need to wait because the mist appears only at one pool at a time .

due to lack of time before our flight back, we were unable to visit the canopy bridge. im sure it would have been easy to claim had we tried the activity. we just took pictures near the indoor waterfall since that was accessible. what a view from below! would have been great for sure to see the park up the area.
