Definitely a 5+ stars service! The driver was already waiting for us upon our check out from our hotel in Danang, then helped us a lot to handle our enormous baggage (6 bags, no joke!), offered fresh bottled water on the way, and was pleasant all the way and beyond. Highly recommended!

A short yet pleasant ride in a comfortable car with a very accomodating driver who helped us to contact our hotel staff when we found the lobby entirely empty upon our arrival for check-in. The driver even waited together with us for about 20 minutes for somebody to appear at the hotel reception. Very nice boy, he certainly deserved koodos from his bosses!

Picked up at da nang airport on time, and rode to Hoi An hotel in a clean and spacious small coach. Driver was courteous and helped with the luggage. Costs was reasonable - will use KLOOK again in the future.

Driver arrived early which is good, the car is clean, he drove carefully and wise and drove different route instead of using the main road with lot of traffic. Happy to use them again.

Our flight was changed the minute we arrived in the airport, only given us very short notice to inform Klook/Vietnam Travel Services by WhatsApp explains our flight is 2 hours earlier and they reply within few minutes understanding my situation. After we landed the airport 2 hours earlier received text saying taxi is waiting. superb service in very short notice. Very happy with their service and taxi pick us up. Will use them again.

Fantastic service. Driver was waiting for me inside the terminal building, with my name on a board. Vehicle was two minutes walk from the terminal building and took me straight to my accommodation. Clean and spacious vehicle.

I am very happy with the airport transfer from Danang airport to Hoi An which I booked through Klook. Driver turned up in time at the airport arrival hall with my name on a name card and waited patiently for me even though my flight was delayed for 30 minutes. Great choice if you plan to see the Hai Van pass. The driver stop at few spot in Hai Van pass for us to take photo then bring us to a beach for lunch. Only then, he sent us to Hue hotel.

Booking klook is very easy n the people in Danang are very helpful. They will add you into WhatsApp group to inform you about the time to be pick up n also can request different time if you want.

the plane arrived late however the driver waited which was good and was right at the front so I couldn't miss him. I felt completely safe in the crowded streets of Da Nang and the driver got us to the hotel safely. the experience of booking through klook was easy and hassle free.

This pick up service is very good and the driver was very punctilual and polite. The car was very new with very good air conditioning especially during the hot summer. In additional, the driver helped us carry the luggages to the hotel without requiring any tips.

My flight reached Danang at 3.10 pm. I had arranged the pickup time at 4.30pm as I was afraid there will be a long queue at the immigration. However, to my surprise, by 3.55 pm I was already exiting the arrival gate and the driver was already waiting at the Star Cafe with my name. I was ushered to a van which can accommodate 10 persons or more even though there were two of us. It was a surprise as I had arranged a car for 3. Anyway, It was a pleasant and comfortable journey to Hoi An.

Our driver was nice and helpful. He guided us to the currency exchange in the airport and recommended us lots of food to eat in Hue and Da Nang.

The driver Mr Ther was friendly and also guided us about this region along the way. He met us at the designated point although we come out almost one hour after the appointed time due to a very long wait for baggage. The car was clean and comfortable.

The arrangement was organised nicely. Before departure, the team created a whatsapp group chat and stated very clearly where the pick up point was. Upon arrival, the team contacted me closely, providing me the exact pick-up location. While I was waiting the luggage for a little while, they would ask me where I was and see if I could contact the driver. The ride was safe and the driver was professional. Definitely recommend to anyone in need!

Confirmation almost instantly from both KOOK and the operator. Then a whatsapp groupchat was created for comunication. Driver arrived before the time specified. Got a very clean and comfortable Toyota Fortuner 4WD for the 2 of us. Ride was comfortable. Would definitely use this service again!

The Klook team contacted me as a reminder before my pickup 48 hrs prior which was a nice touch. They proceeded to send me a note via WhatsApp with details of Mr binh the driver. Upon landing and after clearance just head to arrival hall where you will find the driver waiting to collect you. Mr binh waited for another five minutes while I went to collect my sim from truong cafe. He helped us with our bags into the vehicle and in 45 minutes we reached our destination in Hoi an. We booked with klook for our pick up and drop off from the airport to hoi an and it was such good service! Prior to the date, there was a whatsapp group created to reconfirm our flight details and sure enough once we arrived, there was a person with a sign for us! Highly recommend and super reasonable in comparison to other companies offering the same services.

This is a much more economical way to book a transfer to your hotel and we had a nice big, clean van. The transport company got in touch via WhatsApp the day before and responded promptly when we couldn’t find our driver. They even followed up to be sure we found him and all was ok. Really excellent customer service. The driver was pleasant and drive safely but didn’t speak much English (not that it was necessary)

Excellent customer service from the transport company. Our flight has been delayed & re-arrangement of the pick up was made via WhatsApp. Clear instruction was given to us to wait for the driver at star cafe & driver led us to the carpark to collect the car for our transfer to Hoi An.
