EAST Hong Kong Staycation Package

Had a staycation (around $1200) at Hotel East - spacious room with good seaview, 3-course lunch set is great, the wines (included in the package) are good.

Very nice experience!!! Comfortable room and incredible harbour view. Also enjoyed lunch at Mr & Mrs Fox with Dining credits! The appetisers were surprisingly delicious.

Nice room with beautiful harbour view. The HK$1,100 cash coupon for restaurants is pretty fit for a two-persons-1-night stay. Be noted that the package does not include breakfast. But indeed you may spend the cash coupon for a breakfast.

Excellent hotel. Decent sized rooms and great roof top bar. Breakfast is good and late checkout was a bonus.

It’s not my first time choosing this hotel and not my first time writing a review. However, this time we have chosen sth else fo breakfast. This package includes a sea view hotel room, 2 welcome drinks and a buffet breakfast. We normally would choose all day breakfast and Asian breakfast with some croissants etc, this time we choose a veggie bowl, surprisingly it tastes very good and generous amount of avocado ! Nice stay as usual !

The location of EAST Hong Kong is really convenient. It is closed to Taikoo MTR Station and just next to shopping mall - could shop around when having free time. I got a special offer - Free Double Upgrade Harbour view with breakfast - and I really had a nice staycation there - amazing harbour view, clean room, eco-friendly system for drinking water, good breakfast and service! As it was a birthday staycation, I got a bottle of wine for celebration. Definitely will come again!

East hotel with harbour corner room. Nice room with good harbour view. Can view the sunrise in the morning. The sunset is great too when we enjoy the welcome drinks at Sugar. Cozy and nice hotel. All the staff are polite and helpful. Good staycation package with Mr and Mrs Fox dining coupon. Highly recommended.

It’s not my first time here, I like everything about this hotel. It’s next to the MTR station, it has a taxi station at the front door. The room, the service is great, the breakfast is the highlight as well. SUGAR the rooftop bar is now open, we can now use the free drinks ticket there, given by the hotel ( each person is entitled to one free drink). The environment in SUGAR is relaxing and chill in the night or afternoon. I love it a lot.

magnificent view, love the room, too bad that the rooftop bar is not opened due to covid but the welcome drink from the restaurant is well enough. meal at Mr and Mrs Ox is nice too.

Room is clean and spacious but the design of the bathroom might not be suitable for business travelers who are sharing the room. Love the breakfast and that’s probably the highlight of the stay.

We had an amazing time at the East Hotel. We stayed in a beautiful corner room and loved the room and it’s facilities (including a filtered drinking water tap). The breakfast was amazing and we will be back to check out Sugar bar when we can. Would definitely recommend!

Service was great and nice view of harbour view room, breakfast nice and diversify. A great valentines “stay” in EAST.

Generally good with a few hiccups. Only one set of bathrobe was available, and no toothbrush kit until requested via phonecall. Good harbour view. Would love to have a movable bed dining table for staycations esp. dinners have to be had in room. Included breakfast was unlimited order instead of buffet style. You can customise your order if you want more of some ingredients but not the entire set.

A wonderful staycation in EAST Hong Kong. The view of our room is great, especially the night view. The hotel also serves us a bottle of wine to celebrate our anniversary, really thanks for the sweet service.

2nd time stayed in East HK, still amazed by the splendid harbour view, this time we were still arranged on the higher floor 29/F and the room is different from last time but better view. The lunch semi buffet is great with various kind of food choices. Since we woke up late almost 10am, we can choose our breakfast in Domain which is even better than Feast. All the staff we met are helpful and friendly. All in all, another great experience in East HK.

Great deal for the package. Nice view with very clean room. Breakfast all you can order even hand made coffee. Friendly staff in Feast for semi lunch buffet, same order by QR code.

The view is awesome! When we arrived the staff was very helpful and helped us through registration quickly. The buffet was great. Would visit again for sure.

Nice room with great view, but the floor level was a little bit too low, can’t really enjoy the full benefits of sea view. I hope they can offer a higher floor level for guest of the sea view room.

Very good experience, the buffet have many food, no need to queue, delicious, the room is clean, have seaview. Very nice!

We went there for Xmas celebration. The overall experience is pleasant. Reasonable price, good food and nice scenery. Really nothing much more can ask for with this price level. Will probably arrange another staycation with East.

EAST hotel is a great place to spend a staycation in Hong Kong. We had a lot of fun with the room amenities and coffee machine, even though the swimming pool, rooftop bar and gym were closed. We were still able to enjoy our welcome drinks and our included breakfast, which was amazing.

Good experience overall, some small items such as our room’s lighting could not turn off and then some drilling sound during the day, but overall a pleasant stay

It has been a great experience. The location is good and good room facilities. Tap water filter is equipped inside the room which allows us to drink the water without asking for bottle water. The breakfast included was unexpectedly delicious. It’s all you can eat and drink.

Good Seaview with good drinking included. Delicious food in dinner buffet. Close to plaza and easily to get what you want. Great place for vacation.

very nice clean hotel, friendly staff, also quiet, not many guests! we had the whole pool to ourselves! the breakfast included is great you can order as much as you like ?

The hotel was great with its clean modern room, complete facilities, and the best rooftop bar. Weather was cold so we didn't get to try the pool but the gym next door was good and even had a rowing machine. Staff were pleasant and very efficient at all times. We had a relaxing time and location was perfect for a staycation - still within the city with restaurants, bars, and mall nearby but still quiet and peaceful.

Delicious foods. Not so many options of dinner buffet, but the food's flavour are very tasty. The breakfast as well, very delicious. However, the design of bathroom are quite weird. No shower curtain or door to block the water. The shower area is very narrow.

Harbour View Room: Spacious and comfortable - I particularly liked the eco-friendly filter system for unlimited drinking water. We were a little disappointed that the room didn't have a bathtub though. Dining: We had already booked our 3-course set lunch at Sugar beforehand. Food was above average while 32/F view was amazing! Facilities: The pool was closed at the time we visited, but we got to have the 24h gym to ourselves. Not super big but adequate equipment for a decent workout. The footbridge to Taikoo Place was also under renovation, so it was a little inconvenient for getting around.

The staff is great and the room is spacious. The bar Sugar at roof top is a very nice place to relax.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room is stylish with 3M filtered water. Late check out is fantastic, the hotel is not crowded so we can enjoy peace with this staycation.

We got the lower floor so it’s quite close to residential building nearby, it’s not much of a view but this is room type we chose. The breakfast and the drinks that come with the package are pretty good though.

Amazing view and service~ The staff is very nice and friendly. We were lucky that when we stayed in the restaurant was re-opened after renovation. The morning buffet was ok and it could taste better. Yet, the overall impression is nice~

Absolutely 5 star perfect. I love this hotel - the rooms are beautiful, quiet, perfectly appointed and with amazing views. I love the nespresso machine, the filtered water tap, the toiletries and the softest bed sheets. The breakfast at Sugar is perfect as well - amazing views, very peaceful, delicious food a la Carte style. Service has been excellent.

Both check-in counter and the restaurant operates smoothly. Staff are polite. The lunch set is acceptable, but the view is amazing. The room is large and good sea view. The bed was comfortable. However, the only thing had to be criticised is the renovation work is too noisy in the morning at 10am. Overall all is good.

I checked in during COVID 19 so thought there might be insufficient manpower in the hotel. I was wrong and found the services was very prompt and with courtesy. The room setting is stylish and we had a gorgeous seaview room. The 3 course lunch included in the package was comparable to a restaurant of a 5-star. In short, the package price was very reasonable and the hotel is impressive.

The stay was great and the included 3 course meal was great at the rooftop bar. A minus is bath room and shower room, lack of privacy totally, even for couples privacy should take into consideration... Pool was great too.
