Cordis Hong Kong Staycation Package

Booked a superior room on weekdays and got upgraded to upper floors with fantastic city view. Easy access to the hotel from Langham mall on the 4th floor to walk across the bridge. Checked in at 12pm by leaving the luggage for the staff to take up to the room then proceed to enjoy the buffet lunch. The variety and quality is great including drinks, fresh oyster, cold seafood, made to order sushi and sashimi etc. Hence, expect the place to be very busy. The buffet breakfast the next morning was less busy. There is great variety ... Really appreciate the Hong Kong milk tea. The room has coffee machine, marble bathtub and standalone rain shower. There is a separate speaker connected to the TV inside the bathroom. So I was able to watch the TV from the bathtub. Remember to bring a neck pillow so you can fall asleep in the bathtub. The size is a bit smaller but has everything in it. We appreciate the 28 hours long stay. Booked a movie after leaving the hotel. Stretching it to a 2 full days staycation. Pick up the lugguage on the ground floor concierge. Then walk across the street to catch the MTR. So very convenient.

The room is clean and cosy. We got a free upgrade to the upper floor - both the sunset and night view was fantastic. I love the design of the connecting rooms, which makes the room more spacious. For the bathroom, overall is satisfactory but personally, I don't quite like the sink design because it is made of tranpsarent glasses...it makes a very loud voice whenever the tumbler cup touch the sink...I'm afraid it would be broken...

Got the superior room staycation, was offered a cheap upgrade to the club lounge + better room but chose not to take it. Still excellent room! Very good for the price, amazing view and comfortable bathtub. Very relaxing!

Happy stay in Cordis Hotel. Upgraded to Suite with kitchen, it was an amazing experience.

Hotel is good.

The staff of Cordis Hotel are very nice. The rooms are great and the services is excellent. But please mkae sure the rooms provided suit your need before making reservation from kkday. Their customer service officer cannot help on this aspect and even give you a wrong perception. . Lucky that I can liaise with the hotel staff, otherwise, our rooms for family staycation will be separated apart at different levels.

Comfortable bubble bath in the room

The location of the hotel is convenient, and there are still a lot of food nearby under the epidemic. Near the end of the year, there are discounts for shopping around, just to clean the goods for the New Year, the rooms are comfortable, the bubble bath is good, but there are not many types of breakfast food.

All are good. The price is really reasonable. It includes breakfast, lunch and a red wine. The location is heart of Hong Kong. You can shop and buy food any time u like even mid-night. It can extend till 1600 for check out. Wonderful

The hotel can meet our previous requirements one by one, and provides a family room with a kitchen so that we can cook by ourselves. The room is clean and the room service is fast, but the quality and quantity of breakfast can be improved.

This price is a prime number worth going for

The service arrangements are so good. The cakes and champagne are changed to the left. Several times can be matched with the room layout. There are many points for the sea view. The only thing is that the toilet in the room is broken and the left shower is to the toilet. The room is also displayed. In addition, the hotel breakfast buffet noodle stall The staff likes and dislikes it seems to be reworked too early. I am angry to say that I am unlucky. The location is close to Langham Place, the transportation is convenient and there are a lot of things to eat around. The catch is that the breakfast style is a bit less, and the service staff are very caring

Great hospitality from staffs . Great variety of food for breakfast! Just a bit crowed ! Other than that , it is a wonderful stay.

No complaints save that we thought the supper buffet would be during normal dinner time, say 7-8 pm. We were a bit shocked when we were told that the buffet would start at 10:15pm instead. This was not set out in the website unfortunately

It’s excellent experience at Chuan Spa. The room is a bit small but with very convenient location. Breakfast variety is fine and definitely worth to revisit again.

Beautifully appointed rooms, meticulously clean, and attentive staff. The roof top pool on L41 has good views over Kowloon peninsula too. Ming Court is very impressive, on par with China Club.

A very comfortable stay - although the buffet area was a bit too crowded amid the COVID environments. There are some fruit flies so there is room for improvement in terms of hygiene and space. We will recommend friends to come as it was a good value of money.

Our stay was relaxing and comfortable. The room was as advertised, with a good view of Mongkok. The celebration package was ok, the food was so so.

The requested king sized bed is made with two single beds. The bath tub is bigger than most hotels. The TV cannot connect to WiFi hence no YouTube/ Netflix

The check-in staff was quick but didn't ask me if needed any help of sending up luggage. The room was clean but not the promised upgraded Deluxe Plus. The selection of snacks and food in different time slots in Club Lounge were so limited. And the voice of one of the male staff in the lounge who chatted with customers was so loud and they chatted for like half and hour, which affected our mood so much.

Other than the check in process, the whole staycation is value for money with good services in terms of food and beverages and staff are friendly and proactive. They also take good care of my child and provide crayons for colouring.

The package was easy to pick online. The prior arrangement by the hotel was nice for anniversary celebration. The staff were pleasant, friendly and helpful during this stay. The only thing was some hair threads in the bathtub. Overall experience was great.
