Easy to book and easy to redeem at the theme park.

entrance ticket bought from klook, smooth process. have a great time here, rides have no long queue so kids can play many times.

the theme park was really fun and it is a highly recommended place to go though it would take a whole day as it's pretty far from the main city area.

I enjoyed the rides the only downside of our time was at the food hall it took 2 hours for our food to be served.

It’s a great system to do anything. We make it before one day. And have a good time. I recommend it.

It's fun to play at the amusement park. Just too many people and too hot during summer vacation. Water park is also cool.

Very good water park in the middle region of Taiwan. Weekday lines are quite reasonable but you still need to get there by midmorning if you want to grab a lounge chair. Cabanas are available for a moderate price but there is no security, not even a locker inside. If you do need to lock things up then there are public lockers available to rent. Best to wear flip-flops here as the walkways are all cement but there are places to store your shoes while taking a ride so it all works out. Food options aren't bad. Before you go, check out the outlet mall which will validate your parking token if you buy something. Food in the mall is surprisingly good too!

Best amusement park in Taiwan! Their rides are goods, suitable for adults who wants to have some fun and they have rides suitable for children too! Will visit the Mala Bay next time!

Convenient and have much fun

We spent half a day there and played most of the rides. the main attraction which was the roller coaster was closed for the month, which was disappointing. but it was a great experience in general for the price

Nice themepark, and not much ppl too (maybe due to COVID-19?) Able to finish the whole themepark rides within 3-4hrs. Sad that the gravity max was still under maintenance. Overall, still a wonderful experience here!

The rate is cheaper. The theme park is awesome. Will come again.

as always, easy redemption! we were able to maximize our visit since it was weekdays and only few people were there. overall, the rides are okay.

All went well - Got the ticket confirmation on the sport. Redemption was very smooth. Note : please go onsite and buy. Klook dont have rocket for children. Over the park they have child ticket so be careful while booking.

It's a interesting place to spend with family or friends. The facilities was secure and amusing. Great place to spend if need to chillax.

Gravity max was not open and would not be opened until jan 21 2020. It is not very worth it to get this. Better to buy the afternoon ticket at the website straight. 3 hours is more than enough, on a Saturday it is very quiet and barely have a queue

Perfect day out for the family! We enjoyed the day trip. Try going on a weekday to ensure less queue!Would recommend and would come again.

We had to travel by bus because our THSR was not available. It took four (4) hours of our day so we had limited time spend in the theme park. Our children loved the rides especially the bump cars. Thank you

Bring my family and children go there. they are happy.. easy redeem. Use bus no 155 from hsr station platform 21.

The rides are great except that we been longing to ride the gravity max roller coaster but there were closed, I guess cause of the holidays other than that it's a nice place to visit. A plus especially travelling with kids.

Enjoyed it. Not bad! I wished there were more family friendly rides (not too kiddy) Also no waiting lines when we went.

it is good. but when I am there, theres foggy. so its hard for us to enjoy the scenery
