Rosewood Hong Kong Staycation

Rosewood is the best hotel which I have ever stayed in. Especially, the gorgeous bathroom is breathtaking not to mention the wonderful services from its staff. I wish I could have a chance to stay again in the near future because we could not use the swimming pool which was temporarily closed due to social distancing measures

Paid additional for the seaview deluxe room and it was soooo worth it. The view was great esp in the mornings and afternoons. Photogenic toilet for lots of photos. One hiccup was they sent up the wrong homemade bday cake to our room which was a bit odd, since we didn’t expect such an error in a 6 star hotel’s service standard. ??

Most memorable birthday!

Happened to have a neighbour playing party music really loud, made a complaint to and was resolve by being upgraded to Harbour Corner Suite which is really lovey! All the more made my birthday memorable.

Service was excellent, food were nice and hotel staffs were dog friendly. It also provided a small outdoor area for pet toilet. Appreciate that.

Very nice service and env

Rosewood is temporarily one of the best 5 star hotels. The attitude of the service staff is very good, making you feel at home. The hotel’s dining is also very good. The only disappointment is the epidemic. The bar is not open and I can’t taste their signature cocktail.

Our room had a stunning Harbour view, service was outstanding, our stay was fun and definitely felt like home. The staffs were friendly, proactive and accommodating. We felt the care and warmth, and the little surprises really touched our hearts.

Best choice for staycation

This luxurious and magnificent hotel is really the best choice for Staycation! Arrived at Lobby at 3 pm, led by the butler to the Manor Club on the 40th floor, and enjoyed the afternoon tea while checking-in. The Manor Club is the Executive Gallery, and it is one of Rosewood’s exclusive privileges. It serves snacks and champagne throughout the day, hot food is available during happy hour, and it is the best place to watch the night view of Victoria Harbour in the evening. This staycation is purchased through kkday, and the room can be upgraded to a "Deluxe Seaview Suite" for free. Once you step into the room, you will see a 180-degree view of the Victoria Harbour. The marble bathroom is also the focus, luxuriously decorated and equipped with a sound system. The sofa in the room is very new and comfortable, and feels comfortable. All non-alcoholic drinks in the minibar can be enjoyed for free. Another expensive service of Manor Club includes fast laundering and ironing of two pieces of clothing, which is very suitable for staycation customers. Breakfast is Holt's Café on the 2nd floor. It is a semi-buffet style. There are Chinese and Western options, and there are many choices of pastry and fruit salad. On the whole, all the hotel's facilities are very new and clean, the food is of high quality, and all the staff are attentive and attentive.

Rosewood hotel interior is very nice and moody. The furniture style and material selection are great. Very spacious of the double bed room. Great view to the Kowloon side. The staycation package include lunch and breakfast, both dining at Holt's Cafe, most of the food were good, but the lunch "Premium Char Siu Rice" was to greasy. The restaurant design looks great, and good service.

Have always wanted to try rosewood staycation, service is good, room is good and the fitness class was also good. Food is so-so. It was my fd’s birthday so they gave us a very delicious chocolate cake in the room. The pool is closed temporarily.

As an ultra luxury hotel, I still think it has room for improvement, such as the complimentary upgrade, the fridge, the pillow, as well as the area that allows you to sit and put on your shoes. All those tiny details constitute the experience. The service is impeccable though, from checking-in, concierge, to dining, all of the servicing personnel are so attentive. I enjoyed staying on Rosewood, thank you.

Awesome staycation experience - dining arrangement is well-managed with the reservation team sending me an email shortly after the booking, and regularly follow up to confirm the arrangement. Staff are v attentive and always offering help when spotting guests. Room is spotless with great view, design and guest amenities. The green and red tea leaves in room are amazing!!! The view of the room is nice. The room is spacious and comfortable. Inferior design is simple yet modern. The bathroom is huge with a bath tub and two basins. Overall the room is in high quality.

excellent service and view, large space shower place, room free upgrade upon arrival. lucky... breakfast is quite good and we arrive just right on time just before it end at 10:30am For the meal, we tried Asaya kitchen, healthy food but it may not be enough for big guy. recomend to stay more amd longer. will plan to come back again

The package includes a lunch/ tea inside the hotel. Since I have food allergies, Reservation team is very helpful to assist us to pick the suitable restaurant. We arrive at 1415 to check-in before lunch. Check-in time starts at 1500 but the room is ready, so we can refresh ourselves before lunch. Room is spacious, large window with Lion Rock Mountain view. A long sofa is set alongside the window so that we can enjoy the view. Everything is clean and tidy. We are very pleased with our stay and definitely recommend to others.

It was a nice stay! From the time the booking was made, the team from Rosewood is so helpful and efficient answering my questions and fulfilling my requests. My room was upgraded and late check-out was offered as well. I brought along my cats and they enjoyed the stay too! The view from the room is fantastic and the bathroom is irresistible to all. Staying in the room for all day to enjoy the service, the view and taking beautiful photos is the best way to pamper oneself! It is my best staycation experience so far! Love it and I would spend my next visit again for sure!

Tablewares & amenities sophisticated while the food is decent?. After all, we are satisfied with the overall staying experience at Rosewood Hotel.

We had a fantastic time during our stay at the Rosewood Hotel. We started off with the most warmest welcome received by the check in counter staff and we were really very happy with the upgrade of the room type too. Food and service at the Hoalt's Cafe for both afternoon tea and breakfast was wonderful. I found this package is very good in terms of money.

The staycation package is actually not cheap, but given the hotel is new and we got a free upgrade to harbour view room. All the amenities and facilities in the hotel are in very good condition, and a lot of good spot to take photo.

it was a great and lovely stay for celebration. Infinity pool is amazing. Bathroom facilities and amenities are very suitable for him & her concepts, especially unique bath-salt formula for Rosewood.

The hotel is new and the staff are friendly. The room is cosy. Unfortunately, I had a bitter experience. When I had my dim sum afternoon tea at Holt's Cafe, I found that the serving porcelain spoon was chipped. It nearly cut my mouth. In fact it would if one takes the food slightly quicker. Though the serving attendant did deeply apologised and voluntarily offered me 4 the pieces of chocolate. I am still in the opinion that such a case should not be happened in such a renowned hotel. It was very disappointing. On top of that, it was a pity that the pool was closed due to convid-19 and social distancing. Other than the above-mentioned, the overall experience was quite good.

Excellent hotel. Great service, great food and ambience. I can’t say enough how much I enjoyed my stay with such a beautiful view as well. Due to my allergies I had to be careful of my food and I must give a huge thumbs up to Alice the lady that served our table for breakfast at Holts Cafe.. She totally impressed me by going out of her way to bring me gluten free bread, cereal and even non diary milk. She even brought me gluten free muffin, I didn’t even ask for it but because she knows I can’t eat a lot of things, she was so kind to bring me some other options. Such great service. I can’t fault anything and definitely will come back agin.

Very beautiful hotel, good stay

Saw a bunch of hair in the toilet bowl when I opened the toilet lid which shocked me a lot as I never expect this in a 5 star hotel. I thought I overlooked but turns out they really missed the hot kettle in my room. Do they expect I can turn unboiled water to hot water using my hands? These were basic stuff and they missed it. I understand that the staff must be very busy due to staycation (it was fully booked), honestly, I don’t blame them. What disappointed me is the attitude of management, they don’t seem apologetic at all (besides saying an insincere sorry and sending me an email with no content and putting some choco in our room while we were out). maybe they think staycation customers are not really their target customers since most of us stay for 1-2 nights and probably won’t come back again. That’s why we were treated this way. So this is how a 5 star hotel treats their customers. well, the service level cannot quantify its 5 star position. Oh, the dinner was great, food was nice and staff was friendly, so was the breakfast- reason for giving this activity a 4 star rating.
