Happy birthday afternoon tea

To celebrate my friend’s birthday, I chose the "BVLGARI Rose Gold Yang" afternoon tea at The Langham Hotel. The presentation and taste of the food is quite good. What is commendable is that you can write a birthday sign for your friends, which makes your friends overjoyed. What needs to be improved is that this afternoon tea itself is a free gift, but it is not mentioned in the product description that it has been delivered, which is a bit disappointing. In addition, what can be improved is that some tables are narrow, and some afternoon tea foods need to be placed on racks and then on the ground.

It’s pleasant to have a 36hour stay in the hotel. Good service and accessibility that we enjoy so much. Variety breakfast and gimmick crossover afternoon tea that we definitely will come back again.

The food is average, the muffins are not hot, a bit disappointed, but the staff is very polite.

Brunch

There are not too many types of food, the oysters on the starter are rather awkward and there are not too many every time, and many times, people will eat them all at once. The other starters are ok, and the dessert is the best.

Nice food and looks so pretty. The waiters and waitresses are always busy. Hard to get their help and attention. I didn’t get to have the Bvlgari souvenir, which was quite disappointed.

The service attitude of the hotel staff is very good. The afternoon tea in the lobby is ok. The Artesian happy hour teaches a simple bartending course. The bartender takes the initiative to talk to each guest and talk about the different ingredients. It feels good. Main Street Deli has enough portion for dinner, the price is more expensive. The Food Gallery has a wide selection of breakfast foods, the taste is not wrong, the emphasis is on the instant western toast, which must be eaten. The best food is Bostonian Seafood & Grill for lunch. Several dishes are good and the CP value is so high, you can try again. A Staycation department helped the house owners celebrate their birthdays, and the house owners felt so happy.

Excellent experience especially considering it was Valentine’s Day! There was a bit of a wait for the breakfast but it was okay. Also, they left a cake and CNY treats as it was my birthday.

High quality buffet

Although there are no oysters, there is a large oyster porridge, which is only full and delicious. There are many types of haagendaz ice cream for desserts, which are very attractive.

Great service, good location close to seafront promenade and shopping, 1400 dining credit was well spent in the Michelin star restaurant and gin tasting was a nice afternoon treat.

Girlfriend's birthday meal feels good overall

The service attitude of the staff is friendly, and I have special requirements, such as the table by the window and the arrangement of the girlfriend's birthday, all can satisfy my girlfriend! Although there are fewer types of food, the refilling speed is relatively slow and some foods will not be refilled again. Improvement is needed! The taste of buffet desserts is outstanding compared to other hotels, and the seafood is fresh! Other hot food standards are average!

The place and service are top-notch ?? There are many styles of food, especially desserts ? Sweet varieties are not too many, but the styles are exquisite and the taste is good ?? This event is a birthday celebration, without prior notice, but the caring hotel colleagues immediately arranged birthday cakes ( It tastes so good) Thank you very much ?

The Hotel is very well designed. Room is clean & comfortable. We enjoy the evening snacks at the Club Lounge and also find breakfast buffet delicious. To celebrate the birthday, our room is decorated with a complimentary teddy bear. What's a surprise!

We checked in at 1:30pm and was offered a connecting room upon request . The rooms are spacious and comfortable . We are happy with the buffet breakfast as there is a great variety .

The hotel room is a bit old, it’s time to do a retouch I believe. The city view, really ? I have to say all the staff are well trained and super friendly, except one of the front desk one when we checked in, check in is the first image of the whole trip, if it’s not happy, made the trip not pleasant. I don’t know why she even gave me wrong information about the services in the hotel. We used $1400 credit for room service and buffet breakfast, it’s more than enough for us. And the gin tasting is good too.

Such a lovely hotel with accommodating staff. We checked in for two nights and started off with a gin tasting session. As we're celebrating a friend's birthday, we brought a cake which the staff stored until we were ready for it, also providing decorations and a gift for her! Connecting rooms meant we felt like we were staying together and the comfortable beds meant we didn't want to leave - except for the food. Highly recommended

Our stay is lovely here, the staff are very attentive and friendly. 1) we have got upgraded to have our breakfast at the lounge, it’s really helpful when you are with your 15 months old, the food quality is good 2) the hotel have offered complimentary gingerbread and drinks for the festive celebration, we have took a photo with our own gift Bed are comfy and clean, we would love to stay here again

Staying at The Langham Hotel in Tsim Sha Tsui this time, the transportation is convenient and there are large shopping malls nearby, so it is convenient for shopping and eating. The lobby already has a Christmas atmosphere?! A family of four booked two rooms, and the staff were so considerate and courteous. Help us find two connecting rooms! Eating dinner in the room is super convenient. The room is pretty good, clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet has many varieties, so you can make Hong Kong-style milk tea by yourself ? so satisfying! Have a great holiday!

Great value for money

Excellent value for money, worth a try. The environment and service are very good, and the food is fresh.

The room is comfortable with good room services. There is a bath tub and the toilet is spacious. There is also free WiFi service which is easy to access.

Really nice packages overall, nice hotel, nice meal, nice credit so we can try different restaurants. And staffs at Klook are incredible to help us solve problems

Make an appointment for Gin Tasting at 7pm, and then go to Palm Court for dessert. When checking in, there are already crowds of afternoon tea. In the evening, there are only 3 styles of cakes. I tried two of them and they were really good. The Tang Pavilion was full in the evening, and the staff said that they could keep the consumption amount until lunch the next day. The breakfast buffet in the morning is too rich, so let’s pick some highlights for Tang Pavilion lunch! The char siu melted in the mouth, the fresh crab cover with a lot of crab meat, the first-class treasure box lunch, the fresh abalone stewed noodles were made to resemble the dried abalone effect, and the balance was settled when checked out, and two pieces were sold at Palm Court. Cut the cake and go home contented.

A good “getaway”. Service was good. I had tea at the palm court and lunch at tang restaurant. The tea was alright, not splendid. But food at the Chinese restaurant was outstanding.

Hotel staff could locate the Klook booking quickly. Early checkin and late checkout were not available tho. Gin tasting was great - bartender was knowledgeable. Room was spacious and neat. Used the dining credits at T’ang Court - food was awesome. Very pleasant stay.

Pretty pink afternoon tea

The food is exquisite, good quality, and beautiful; I was worried about the sweetness, but the taste is just right when the food is served with thick black tea. It is worth a try

Hotel location is convenient. We used all dining credit for the dinner at Tang restaurant. Food was delicious and service was good. Room is slightly larger than what I expected. Overall stay is great
