Staying in a sea view room, the room is spacious and well-equipped, with sunset and night views. I enjoyed afternoon tea and a three-course dinner in the room, and a red wine was given as a gift. Because I stayed in the birthday month, I also gave a birthday cake. Breakfast is a buffet, and there are many choices of food. In conclusion, the journey is a great value and worth recommending.

The overall experience is quite good. There are many people who check in but the staff is quick. The package is very cost-effective. It happens to be the anniversary, and the hotel even sent a whole cheesecake. The only picky thing is that the salmon for dinner was a bit dry and the fruit was a bit rotten, so I didn't eat it.

Highly cost-effective STAYCATION

The view is so beautiful, the package includes tea set, and the dinner and buffet breakfast are both delicious. The dinner room service was originally delivered at 8 o’clock left of the mark, but it was delivered at 7 o’clock. After 4 o’clock at 5 o’clock, the tea is so full. ? The gym room is open 24 hours, so convenient. Recommended

High cost performance

This time I stayed in the sea view room, the sea view is very wide, but it is a pity that part of the sea view is blocked by the ocean terminal parking lot. The room is large, and the package includes in-house afternoon tea, dinner and breakfast. The food is large and delicious. The gym is open 24 hours a day. Although the area is small, the facilities are sufficient; the most regrettable is that the swimming pool is not open due to the epidemic. Satisfy a happy staycation!

One night in a deluxe room with sea view, beautiful night view, English afternoon tea, many styles of cakes, no food, dinner delivery service time is a bit longer, but seafood dinner tastes good, I will visit again next time

Very satisfying and comfortable accommodation experience

From check in to out, the waiters are very friendly and polite. Although the room furnishings are old, they are very spacious and they are very satisfied overall.

Choose to play

Thousands of mosquitoes played for 1 night, had enough meals for 3 meals, a tea ok, but only had 1 cup of fine hot coffee or tea. The lobster and crab are good for dinner, and there is a black truffle potato paste, super aftertaste. The breakfast buffet is a lot of people.

Food was quality...better than I expected and the room was nice and clean. Highly recommended.

In room dining was a highlight. The food was amazing and that view - Victoria Harbour at night (we haven’t turned on the TV :-)).

Invincible sea view, especially at night, buy a beer and drink all the way, I really enjoy the buffet quality is good, especially the desserts are good because I also sent a delicious blueberry cheesecake on my birthday. I am very satisfied.

Convenience

The reception staff of the hotel are very friendly. Although the upgraded room is not expected, the staff also explained carefully and let us accept it. For the dinner buffet, I originally wanted to eat raw oysters, so I chose this package. Oysters are available, but don't expect too much. As far as the room is concerned, it feels a bit old, and on rainy days, the humidity is heavy and the floor is low, so it feels wet and stuffy.

Got a package with in-room afternoon tea but was changed to a buffet held in a function room all facing in one direction. I was trying to avoid crowd since i brought my baby with me so we weren’t happy about this change. We also asked for a cot and we were provided with a worn out and dirty one. We had it changed. The replacement looks old but clean.

Overall, the front service provided a great service upon our check in on 14th Feb. However, we are not quite satisfied with the delay of breakfast in room dining on 15th. We had to cancelled our breakfast meal because there was 45 mins delay. We called the in room dining service to ask after the delay, they even said that the meal was not yet prepared. I understand that the hotel might be busy with the occupancy, but it will be better if they can at least inform us. We were not able to use all the $1200 dining cash credit because of this situation. I hope Marco Polo can have a better arrangment with this situation in the future!

Helpful people Amenities are very traditional but it serves like the old British days, depends on how you define them. Nice view for the Habour.

The hotel is situated in the most convenient location at Tsimshatsui district. A bit old fashioned in interior design & needs lots of maintenance in the room. Though provided a room with harbour view, we’re not be able to take pictures from the dirty windows. One thing positive is food in the Italian restaurant Cucina is up to standard.

Ecstatic, great trip, everything was great (tea set could have been a bit better), but the dinner and buffet breakfast were both great, very friendly staff, Sue Park helped us check in and was very sincere! This is already our second stay at Marco Polo HK

Amazing room service and perfect sea view! Can’t ask for more!!

Room is very spacious and the bath tub and the shower r separated which is excellent. the only unsatisfactory factor in the room was the tv because it was an old model which cant connect devices and the channels available are not in HD. apart from that the water pressure was very good, everything super clean. for the 1200 dining credits we booked a table at cucina for the weekend brunch 2 weeks ago so we got a window seats which was absolutely fabulous. the oyster was very fresh and the cheese plats were delicious! excellent to mix with the pastas. for the main, we ordered lamb chop and wagyu cheek. the lamb was tender and it doesnt taste gamy at all and the wagyu cheek was very soft and indulged with the sauce which was delicioux!!!! the petit desserts were of great quality! esp the panna cotta, tiramisu and the creme buele. for the set drink we could order latte and mocha which was illy branded. we were 110% full and satisfied ?

Afternoon tea was average, mostly chocolate sweets. Breakfast was limited but some items were pretty much non edible. Room was alright, not super clean and a bit outdated especially when you see the old style water plug in the bathtub. Staff was friendly though.

Staying in a Deluxe Seaview Suite this time

I lived in an inner garden view room three months ago, and I already feel that the room is big and comfortable. This time I upgraded to a sea view room. The room is bigger and more comfortable. An invincible sea view is really worth the price.

The hotel is comfortable, the service of the staff is amazingly friendly and helpful. breakfast is tasty, but not varied. Because of the tight schedule so I can't enjoy all the hotel facilities. Will definitely visit this hotel again.

Great location by the harbor and got into the proper Christmas spirit with the beautifully decorated lobby in the Marco Polo. Was also happy with the room upgrade but a bit disappointed because they only gave 4 little chocolates for my birthday, when I was told over the phone there would be a cake. The room is very big for Hong Kong standards, that's it's winning factor. Decent welcome drink at Cucina, but breakfast was below average for a 5 star hotel. Overall decent staycation.

We booked two rooms & requested for connected room. The hotel offered this special arrangement to us & upgrade us a harbour view rooms. Apart from that, the serving staffs served diligently, promptly & responded with good smile. Regarding the food, I enjoyed the buffet breakfast. Though you may not say it provided wide range of choices, the quality comfort me with the good old day good quality. We all enjoyed the staycation at our stay in Marco Polo.

Very affordable offer. Unfortunately, the sound proof of the room is really bad and I could still hear loud singing from the harbour side even though I stayed on a relatively high floor. Breakfast was mediocre. Nice house wine at cuccina

Ordering a package on the left is better than mom and dad going to staycation, both the feedback is good, the room is big enough, the view is beautiful, the buffet breakfast & dinner are included, the food quality is good, the most important thing is that the staff has a very good attitude and really like it ???

The entire stay was fantastic and would highly recommend this staycation and the Marco Polo to anyone. The staff were very friendly and efficient. The afternoon tea set was good and served very promptly after check-in.Room was clean, spacious and had a fantastic view of the city. The late check-out was an added plus! Would definitely go back

Good choice for vacation

Nice big quiet room but truly awful check in arrangements. Came at 430..50 to 80 lining up and in a waiting room. Given a number, told more than hour wait. We walked and came back in 45. Huge queue. Left again. Finally got room at 7 . Teaset offered for next day with 4pm checkout. Wine then too . Nice breakfast in hour timeslot. 13 check-in staff but crazily slow check in process. It's totally nuts but most staff r nice.

I availed the staycation for one night and I have High expectation for this hotel. End up getting dissatisfied. The information from klook and the hotel is misleading and confusing.

Fast check-in and check-out, hassle free, high quality in room service (using the voucher), room was fairly spacious and very clean, up to expectation!
