hotel lobby and room is clean and comfortable . location just next to big mall. there are bicycle paths around for hotel bicycle riding. restaurant for buffet lunch and breakfast many food.

The hotel is clean. The staff in the front desk are helpful and friendly. The food served in breakfast is of different varieties for choosing. The underneath shopping mall is big and the location of the hotel is very convenient for travelers.

A nice hotel with central location in East Kowloon

Everything had been wonderful. Except the pillows, they’re terribly soft, way too soft. Quite a small TV if you’re going to watch it in the bed, but got a sofa in between so it’s fine, not spending time watching TV anyways. Free bike for an hour. Staff recommended to ride to the promenade. Good recommendation. Free drinks on the house. Buffet was good. Got oysters and Haagen Diaz at lunch. Value for money.

This is our second time staying. But this time I opt for the package deal here in Klook. It was an amazing stay as we celebrated our anniversary they serve as with cake and champagne + 400 voucher massage. Definitely worth the price.

The hotel is clean and so worthy. It is surrounded by different malls, restaurants and supermarkets. They also offered the best experiences for us.

the room is nice and clean. we requested for high floor room, and we assigned a room on the 33rd floor with a decent view. also, it ia so nice the drinks in the fridge is free.

It's my 2nd visit and the room got upgraded this time with more space. Foods of dinner buffet are good but variety rather limited, and also note that no sashimi available. Compliment to the restaurant for infection precautions. Customers were urged to have hands sanitized first, then take foods in one direction. However as expected many customers didn't give a shxt about the instructions in order to grab more food faster. That's why the outbreak may never end because many people have no little sense of self-discipline.

breakfast buffet is good with variety of food for selection. Dinner dining at the Chinese restaurant is good as the environment is quiet and waiter service is nice.

nice room with free drinks provided is good. Reception staffs are friendly and helpfully. Gym room is well managed and bicycle cycling is full of fun.

Very nice hotel. As I am the Spirt member of IHG, they ungrade me to Executive Floor. Buffer Dinner is nice with lobster for each of us. Breakfast is excellent. Will definitely back again

Spacious room, high CP package, we add little bit extra to top up the $1200 credit for lunch and dinner, all you can eat hot pot dinner is super, food is good, remember to reserve a table in advance. Free 1 hour usage of bicycle helps to explore the district, need to reserve in advance for free use of bicycle and car parking space, good experience overall

The food and facilities are quite good in the hotel. the shopping malls are linked together. We like the seaside park to have a walk, biking and cafes around. It is a nice staycation.

Had a good night of sleep with the comfy bedding! It would be better to extend the check in/out time to reduce the hassles. Anyway, it is a real worth of money. Amazing staff and service! PS: Really like the "CONGEE corner" in the morning buffet! My stomach is loving it!

Staff are very nice with good services in this hotel. Room is spacious and Cielo is nice place for dinning. Thank you for your blessing arrangement on our Anniversary ! But do not suggest go to lunch buffet, not tasty and the dishes selection is very limited!

Lovely hotel with a great package! We got cakes and bottles of sparkling wine (in total we booked 3 rooms), comfortable and clean room and great service. Top tip: go to the pool in the first or second session for maximum sun! After that the pool is in the shade.

great stay, pool was a bit cold, but to be expected in Oct. The buffet dinner at 'The Chief's Table' was good, unfortunately there was no sashimi the day we ate there. The option to take up the breakfast buffet in room was a good.

it was another enjoyable stay. Service is great and they are willing to help according to my need. We tried all 3 restaurants there and we actually found the food is really good. The only one thing I would suggest to improve would be the elevator. 4 elevators shared among 4x floors would be somewhat hard

Staffs are very nice and helpful, the hotel room is tidy and cozy with a comfortable view. Had little problems with the USB charger and power plug in the room, just a call and got it fixed in no time. Both food and service at 紫粵軒 were fantastic. Overall pretty reasonable price for an enjoyable stay, will come again if I got holiday time in future.

The staffs are nice. The service is good. I love the cold plate in buffet the most. The hotel upgrades the room for us. Its a happy stay.

Fair service. Nice room. The food voucher can be spent on most of the restaurant there but the vacancy is too little. We encountered the problem of running out of places of most of the restaurants and left us no choice on dieting. We are disappointed to this.

We didn't set any high expectations referring to previous reviews but we actually enjoyed our stay there (Except the phone call we received from duty manager asking us to shut our kids up from noise complain at 6pm) Aside from that we enjoyed our breakfast and dinner buffet. We will plan another visit soon.

upgraded to the executive room, maybe due to the pandemic. So, the view of the room is really nice. and the size is huge enough. personally, the bathroom is amazing. it has speaker connected to the television so I can listen song s during bathtime. besides, I like the details of the hotel. Like, it left room in the fridge for you to freeze the food. And the few drinks inside is totally free!!! Last but not least, I like the bike experience a lot ! especially in summer morning in between the breakfast and the lunch . :)

The room was large and comfortable. The drinks in the fridge were free of charge for the 1st round. The long leg crabs were overly cooked in the salt water and the lobsters were overly frozen. We were able to explore the neighbourhood of this hotel by bike.

Quite many ppl, packed during dinner buffets, but quite a good deal. Clean spacious rooms, pool is nice but on the small end. Nice to include parking, as well as bike rental but due to only include 1hr, seemed to short to use to go anywhere. Overall pleasant stay.

Given the price, I have nth to complain abt this package. -surprisingly wide selection of food at the breakfast buffet - didnt expect much from the dinner buffet at this hotel but the desserts did impress me -pool is great for both kids and grownups - room is spacious with wide windows I mm recommend this package to anyone looking for a lazy and quick staycation.
