Great choice for birthdays or other anniversaries

The service attitude of the hotel staff is good. The room is spacious, and you can see the sea view, right! In terms of food, I am also very satisfied. Zhong can check out until two o'clock in the afternoon, so we can have more time to visit the equipment in the hotel. Include breakfast, afternoon tea, cocktail party and dinner, about 3000 mosquitoes, come to play! It was a birthday celebration, and the hotel gave me a small chocolate cake. The only drawback is that the pillow is too soft. My wife and I are not used to it.

Service attitude is very good, very good experience

This time I booked the left sea view room. I saw that part of the view of the room was blocked by the sea view. The staff was very attentive and helped me change the higher floors. The entire room change procedure was completed within 1 hour, which was very fast. During the meal, the staff heard my opinion on one of the dishes, so they immediately stepped forward to understand, listened to my evaluation, and even asked if I washed it before cooking. Food may not be the best in many 5-star hotel restaurants, but it is truly a commendable thing to put customers first, caring about and satisfying the needs of customers.

Service throughout was excellent, especially from the Moroccan waiter in the Executive Lounge at breakfast. While the buffet lunch was impressive and delicious, breakfast was less so, with a more limited range of offerings and mediocre coffee.

Super service, including all staff, rooms are upgraded to high floors, excellent sea views, French restaurant food standard is also very good, it must be accompanied by three glasses of wine to add money, but it is also worth the money. The service makes you feel like a VIP, breakfast and afternoon tea are average but the service is still top-notch

A relaxing holiday

From check-in, check-in, meal, and check out, all the staff are very good, attentive, and feel at home. The dinner is good, but the portion is too small, but the restaurant staff is very polite and smiling. Makes people feel so happy

Great value for money

From the moment of check-in, I have felt the service experience of a five-star hotel. The room view faces the Victoria Harbour sea view, which is condescending and feels comfortable. From afternoon tea, cocktails, dinner to breakfast the next day. The food is rich. You can choose to eat in different places. Very worthy.

The room is not too big, but you can see the sea view, but unfortunately the weather is not good, it's so beautiful. Afternoon tea and dinner are good. It is indeed a good choice at this price!

pretty nice room but the 3rd bed is a moveable one which don't really make a good appearance. The view of the room is nice and open. Lunch buffet choices are limited and fair quality but the breakfast is acceptable.

Great services and food. There was also an surprise custom activity for CNY which engaged with guests. As there is limited on 2 people per table, breakfast sessions should be better arranged to avoid waiting.

In general, the package is considered satisfactory. For the hotel, it is easily accessible from MTR station, and there is an entrance at pacific plaza at which elevator can be directly reached your floor, but it seems to have potential security risk that everyone can enter the hotel floor without any identification procedure. The lobby space is congested and we need to queue up for elevator to reach our room floor. Staffs are helpful and responsive. A staff immediately scroll down the curtain when he spotted us to be affected by rising sunlight, while we are having our buffet breakfast. But, there is also a staff is so hurried to collect my dish even though I have yet finished my food. The buffet lunch and breakfast is delicious and many choice of food. Seafood is also good. Even though our room is not sea-viewed, we are surprised that we are still able to sea a greenly picture in front of the window. It is so relaxing. The bed is comfort and we have a nice and deep sleep that night. There is minor improvement that the TV remote control system seems lagging and hard to switch the channel.

If you are looking for a staycation to rest, sleep, eat and the Conrad Hong Kong is a great option. My room was upgraded with late check out until 2pm. Everything is perfect except we needed to queue for check in. Luckily we still got to check-in and got the room at 1215pm!! A Nice and relaxing trip. Will consider to come again.

We had an awesome stay in Conrad. Fast check in, clean and spacious room with great 5 star service. Lunch and breakfast buffet had almost all the inernational varieties.

The trip was very relaxing and highly recommended. We were upgraded to a deluxe peak room with a fantastic peak view. The buffet breakfast and lunch was good though choices were not much, but it's reasonable. Overall, a good and relaxing experience and it's a good break at the beginning of the year.

The staycation trip was really great. To celebrate my hubby’s birthday and our anniversary, we took our kids together and we all had lots of fun. The lunch buffet was at the average standard. The afternoon tea was arranged in the banquet room coz the lounges on both levels were all full. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet. We took the kids to Hong Kong park and they were very happy. The hotel arranged a birthday cake and a bottle of champagne for us. The hotel room is clean and service is excellent. Thanks for the arrangement. We would definitely come again!

Amazing staycation, package comes with lunch buffet at your arrival. The buffet was fantastic with a large choice of seafood, western and chinese dishes. The room is modern with montain view. The breakfast is nice too. Highly recommended.

The staff service was good and we got an update to a better grade room. Buffet food is average and it was a bit disappointing that drinks were not included and we needed to pay $88 for soft drinks. The renovation was good though it was a bit worn out.

The location of Conard is really convenient. It is closed to Admiralty MTR Station and just above Pacific Place. Thumb up to the staff there. They are professional and helpful throughout and especially the staff in Garden Cafe. I had my breakfast at The Lobby, but maybe under the current epidemic situation, there does not have much choices of food offerings. I had a taste of its choco mousse cake which they offered to us during our stay. It was tasty! Didn't have enough time to have Afternoon Tea but I definitely will come back after the disappear of COVID-19!

lovely big, clean room. Klook wasn't clear about which day the buffet was. I paid a bit extra to have on departure day but unknown to me it's usually on arrival day. Hotel has brilliant service. 30 min check-in at 3pm but comfy, orderly.

Gardens cafe buffet - nice place nice food nice services. No oyster but definitely nice food collection. Nice Japanese sashimi, steak, chilled seafood. Nice relaxing pool and gym (closes at 11pm). Nice big room and nice Mountain View. The bathroom was so big with a nice tub. Had a really nice stay!

This booking was for a birthday celebration. Services brought a lot of comfort and relaxation. However, we are disappointed by the dinner buffet. Otherwise, a great staycation during the covid.
