Stayed in a City View Room in early March. Gym room with excellent facilities, great sea view and we felt safe as there was only another couple using it. Dinner at the Lounge was included, the service was nice, food quality was good but not great. We visited the pool area to snap some photos, the vibe was tranquil and one could easily lie there all day. It was closed in March due to the pandemic and I promised myself that I would come back when the pool open. Breakfast at the ballroom was superb, it's large enough to accommodate all guests and yet ample space between tables. LOTS of food varieties and many were organic. I'm still missing the breakfast although it was 2 weeks ago?

Love my stay! Excellent service and friendly staff. Dinner at the Lounge was good and the atmosphere was amazing. Food was good and yummy. It was a pity that the pool was closed but the view from the pool was stunning. Maybe I'll be back when it reopens. Breakfast was served at the grand ballroom and food were fresh and delicious! A value for money stay!

A good deal which the hotel send us to the top floor for our bday celebration. Not only did they send us a complimentary cake but also a bottle of Prosecco. Staff has been very professional which they have double confirmed the type of cake we want as I once wrote to the hotel in advising the possible condition of food allergy .

Highly recommend this! We stayed there for the Chinese Valentine’s, so the other options with the dinner is fully booked. But the stay itself was fabulous and the service was perfect! We called the hotel and confirmed we could bring two little kids as our children were both small in age.

celebration of birthday and booked a harbour view room for staycation in Four Seasons. Quality of food and service deserved its brand name. The room is very spacious and the seaview spectacular. I particularly like the buffet breakfast in its huge ballroom. Cosy environment and high quality of food. The only draw back was some delay in check in due the sudden system fault, as I was told. Highly recommended.

The Four Seasons Hotel is really cozy and at a convenient location at the city centre. Generally, the customer service is excellent and I felt like at home during the stay. Dining experience is also nice. Highly recommended, particular when outbound travel is restricted because of the pandemics.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the swimming pool was close but we could choose to join the privatised fitness room. The general service was really impressive and the in-room dining experience was really good. The breakfast buffet provided various of food and drinks.

Booked on Valentine’s Day, there were not many people, nice environment, good atmosphere, feeling good, delicious dinner and breakfast, the staff is helpful, a memorable staycation, hoping to celebrate next time.

A famous brand hotel doesn’t even have Wi-Fi

When I checked in on the same day, the hotel WiFi was broken. The hotel should at least provide Wi-Fi eggs/cards. Wi-Fi can be used when the residents are in the hotel. However, I would rather go to Murray Hotel or Upper House for the same price. Nothing but pretty is worth it...

Very nice room with awesome sea view, have bathtub and shower. We have dinner inside the room and the food is good. Buffet breakfast is good enough too. P.S.: The bd cake is yummy.

I especially have to thank you the staff in the reception that I had found my jacket left in the room after check out. Their prompt action and kind assistance is appreciated ♥ The sea view room is very attractive  and spacious. We have dinner at The Lounge, the food is definitely delicious. Will highly recommend to my friends. perfectly I wonder if a hand free sanitizer can be provided outside the lift on each floor , it feels more hygenic once after using the public utilities.

I arranged this staycation as my mum’s birthday celebration and both of us had a memorable stay. The staff are very polite and helpful in preparing the birthday cake and some decor at room for us, and the in room dining ( dinner and breakfast ) were amazing ! I chose Four Seasons Hotel to celebrate the birthday with my best friend. The waiter who entered the hotel lobby was very proactive to help us. On the same day, I also booked the famous Lung king heen lunch at Four Seasons Hotel. It's really delicious. In general, the quality of each waiter is very good. All the food also made us very satisfied and made us spend a nice and enjoyable evening. I also appreciate your service very much. Looking forward to staying again next time. This is the first time staying at Four Seasons Hotel. The staff responsible for check-in are very enthusiastic and courteous. The room has an invincible sea view, delicious dinner and rich breakfast, making people feel at home. Although the room price is a bit expensive, it is definitely worth it.

From the beginning of entering the Four Seasons Hotel to leaving the hotel and getting on the car byebye, you all feel at home. The counter attendants, lobby attendants, baggage attendants, catering attendants, and room cleaners all smile and are very polite. Over 3,000 yuan, with sea views, breakfast and dinner included, in~room cookies for decoration, and chocolates. The food in in~room dining is so rich, beautifully presented, and delicious, which is really satisfying An experience. Before leaving the lobby for the taxi to return home, the lobby manager sent three cakes to the left for a family of three to return to the house to enjoy. He also told me: I hope to see you again soon. It's so kind.

The staycation package was absolutely great value for money, especially because we decided to change to a sea-view room paying a bit more when we checked in. The view from our window was spectacular! The services provided by all the staff are of the highest quality. The in-room dining was also a great experience. The food was so delicious. We ordered the Western set dinner for two. Our son came to visit and the food, which included a side dish was more than enough for the three of us to share. Four Seasons is definitely the best hotel we have ever tried, providing us with even better experience than our previous staycation in Peninsula in November.

It was the celebration of our anniversary and New Year Eve. It is an unforgettable experience. The hotel and room are grand and deluxe with excellent customer service. It was also wonderful dining experience in room.

The service of Four Seasons is excellent . Every staff is with a smiling face. They are eager to help, The view of our delux sea view room is magnificent . The dine in experience is awesome. The food is delectable. The buffet breakfast in the ball room is comfy and well served. The food is well contained and yummy. I especially like the crispy croissant and creamy yogurt. I had a delightful and enjoyable experience in Four Seasons. I highly recommend this hotel to all of you!

A right choice to make for celebrating the anniversary with a staycation at Four Seasons Hotel - spacious room (upgraded to a suite on high floor), sumptuous foods for in-room dining and most important of all, professional services from reception to room service. A missing piece is the closure of the infinity pool due to the strict measures arising from increasing COVID-19 cases....feel somehow unfulfilling (excuse for coming again)

I have been to quite a lot of staycations these days and nothing can be compared to Four Seasons’s service. Without access to the public gym, Four Seasons has arranged a private gym for us and they even lent us a pair of sport shoes! Food is amazing (the have the best scone in HK!) and everything is just great. Thank you very much to all the Four Seasons staff for making it a memorable anniversary celebration for us.

Amazing room from the top 43rd floor and this amazing view on the bay. Best part was the breakfast in our room, to this view, since during Covid they were offering room service breakfast to avoid contacts - with 4 delicious brekkie menu!!

Fantastic staff, lovely pool especially the heated one, breakfast was not buffet but satisfying none the least.

It was a delightful one night stay experience. The swimming pool at Four Season Hotel is my favourite part as it was surrounded by a number of renowned buildings such as IFC, ICC which creates glamorous atmosphere during swimming. Besides, having dinner and breakfast at the Lounge was also another catching point, as the staff serve well with us unselfishly, and the food was also extremely delicious, which makes this stay a worth place to have in my life. A truly outstanding staycation. I enjoyed every bit of my stay including watching the sunset at the pool terrace, dining in-room as well as at Lung King Heen. The staff is perfect (service standard ties with my favourite hotel chain Mandarin Oriental). Highly recommended!

What a wonderful staycation at this 5-6 stars hotel in HK! Excellent food and services. The staffs offered fresh juice when there was a long queue during check-in. It is a great value as it is more than half price of this kind of room (harbour view suite) for my package, plus dinner and breakfast for 2. I will highly recommend to others.

My friend and I have thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff from the reception, housekeeping, swimming pool and the restaurant are all very professional and greeted us with friendly smiles. My friend has received a complimentary birthday cake. It is clearly proven to be a renowned 5 starred hotel from Hong Kong. The Klook package is definitely value for money: one night stay, 3 course dinner and breakfast inclusive. Both meals are delicious. I would suggest to stay during weekdays as staff has informed us there is a chance that the swimming pools will be packed over the weekend and might have to wait in line for a swim.

Although Typhoon, my friends and mother enjoyed the stay. The view is very nice and the room is ok. Free cookies, Evian water.

Excellent value of this staycation. Being the top hotel in HK, Four Seasons will never let you down on the room/services/food. One of a kind of experience. If you have never had any Four Seasons experience, you have never experience the best among the best. Glad that I find this staycation package at Klook and would be great if Klook can provide weekend get away also. However, all the available days are only during the weekends.

Very good room with big window sea view, very good services at all fronts, nice meals in particular dinner. Would like to recommend to other friends who may like to enjoy staycation. Swimming pool is also good with excellent view, and gym with more than enough exercise machines. Really recommendable for vacation at such a reasonable price.
